Description
Claims (7)
- 内燃エンジンが発生させたクランクケースガスからそのガス中に浮遊している固体および/または液体の粒子を除去する方法であって、
前記クランクケースガスは、回転不能なハウジング(1)のガス用の入口(8)に供給され、
前記クランクケースガスは、前記ハウジング(1)を通して流され、かつ遠心ロータ(2)によって回転軸(R)を中心として前記ハウジング(1)内で回転させられ、
前記遠心ロータ(2)は、前記ハウジング(1)内にて、軸方向に互いに間隔をおいて配置された2つの軸受部で、動作可能に軸支されており、
前記遠心ロータ(2)は、円錐形の複数の分離円板の重ね合わせを含む分離装置を備えたロータ本体(4〜6)を有しており、
前記分離円板は前記回転軸(R)と同軸に配置され、前記ロータ本体(4〜6)を通るいくつかの通路を形成し、
浄化すべきガスは前記通路を通って流通させられ、
前記遠心ロータ(2)は、前記通路が、その第1の端部で前記入口(8)に連通し、かつその反対側の端部で前記ハウジング(1)の出口(10)に連通するように、前記ハウジング(1)内に配置されており、
少なくとも前記ロータ本体(4〜6)の主要部分が、軸方向に見て前記2つの軸受部の間に配置されている、
内燃エンジンが発生させたクランクケースガスからそのガス中に浮遊している固体および/または液体の粒子を除去する方法において、
前記遠心ロータ(2)の一部を、前記ハウジング(1)内で電動モータの回転子(19)としても用いることによって、前記遠心ロータ(2)が回転させられ、
前記電動モータは、前記ハウジング(1)内に回転しないように保たれている固定子(18)を有し、かつ前記遠心ロータ(2)を回転させるための電流が供給され、
前記電動モータの前記回転子として用いられる部分を含んでいる前記遠心ロータ(2)は、その回転中に、前記2つの軸受部だけで軸支され続ける
ことを特徴とする、内燃エンジンが発生させたクランクケースガスからそのガス中に浮遊している固体および/または液体の粒子を除去する方法。 - 前記遠心ロータ(2)の、軸方向に見て前記2つの軸受部の一方の側に位置している部分を、前記電動モータの回転子(19)として用いることを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遠心ロータ(2)を実質的に垂直な回転軸(R)を中心として回転させることを含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 未浄化のガス用の入口(8)と浄化済みのガス用の出口(10)とを有する回転不能なハウジング(1)と、該ハウジング(1)内に配置された遠心ロータ(2)と、該遠心ロータ(2)を回転軸(R)を中心として回転させるように構成された電動モータとを有し、
−前記遠心ロータ(2)は、軸方向に互いに間隔をおいて配置された2つの軸受部だけに位置する軸受(12,13)によって前記ハウジング(1)内に軸支されており、
−前記遠心ロータ(2)は、円錐形の複数の分離円板(6)の重ね合わせを含む分離装置を備えたロータ本体(4〜6)を有しており、前記分離円板は前記回転軸に同軸に配置され、浄化すべきガスを流通させるために前記ロータ本体を通るいくつかの通路を形成しており、
−少なくとも前記ロータ本体(4〜6)の主要部分が、軸方向に見て前記2つの軸受部の間に配置されており、
−前記遠心ロータ(2)は、前記通路が、その第1の端部で前記入口(8)に連通し、かつその反対側の端部で前記出口(10)に連通するように、前記ハウジング(1)内に配置されている、
ガスからそのガス中に浮遊している固体および/または液体の粒子を除去するガス浄化分離機において、
前記電動モータは前記ハウジング(1)内に配置されており、前記ハウジング(1)によって支持された固定子(18)と、前記遠心ロータ(2)の一部で構成され、前記軸受(12,13)だけで前記固定子(18)に対して軸支されている回転子(19)とを有している
ことを特徴とする、ガスからそのガス中に浮遊している固体および/または液体の粒子を除去するガス浄化分離機。 - 前記電動モータの前記回転子(19)は、前記2つの軸受部のうちの1つの、一方の側に位置しており、かつ前記ロータ本体(4〜6)の少なくとも前記主要部分は当該軸受部の他方の側に位置している、請求項4に記載のガス浄化分離機。
- 前記遠心ロータ(2)は実質的に垂直な回転軸(R)を中心として回転するように軸支されている、請求項4または5に記載のガス浄化分離機。
- 請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載のガス浄化分離機を、内燃エンジンが発生させたクランクケースガスから該クランクケースガス中に浮遊している粒子を取り除くために用いる方法。
