S(λ)=F(λ)・d(λ) …(2)となる。
【0041】
S(λ)=f1(λ)・f2(λ)・F(λ)・d(λ) …(4)
I=I0・exp(−b・x)
S(λ)=f31(λ)・f32(λ)・d(λ) …(6)
fs=[{Σ|S'(λ)rel−V(λ)|・Δλ}/{ΣV(λ)Δλ}]×100(%)…(7)
なお、S'(λ)relは、
S'(λ)rel={ΣP(λ)A・V(λ)・Δλ}/{ΣP(λ) A・S(λ)rel・Δλ}・S(λ)rel …(8)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a light receiving device for a photometric device such as an illuminance meter, a luminance meter, a color meter, a photo exposure meter, a UV intensity meter,In placeIt is related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The light receiving device of the photometric device is designed to have a predetermined spectral response characteristic according to the measurement purpose of the photometric device. For example, a light receiving device such as a luminometer or luminance meter may have a spectral response characteristic approximate to a standard spectral luminous efficiency V (λ) representing human visual sensation prescribed by the CIE (International Commission on Illumination). Therefore, the light receiving device of the colorimeter is required to have a spectral response characteristic approximate to the color matching functions x (λ), y (λ), and z (λ) defined by the CIE. In general, symbols with bars are used as symbols representing color matching functions, but the bars are omitted for convenience.
[0003]
Conventionally, as a means for realizing such a desired spectral response characteristic, two methods of a spectral method and a filter method are known.
[0004]
The spectroscopic method uses a spectroscopic element such as a prism or a diffraction grating to split the radiant flux to be measured, measures the light intensity for each wavelength with a photoelectric conversion element, and determines the wavelength for each wavelength determined by the desired spectral response characteristics. An output value is obtained by multiplication by a weighting factor. In general, the spectroscopic method can measure with high accuracy in terms of spectroscopic characteristics, but it is expensive and requires an optical path space to the spectroscopic element, which is disadvantageous for miniaturization.
[0005]
As the spectroscopic element, a filter constituted by arranging n kinds of narrow-band bandpass filters having transmission main wavelengths λi (i = 1, 2,..., N) adjacent to each other on a single transparent substrate. A multi-band pass filter method is also known in which a unit is used to receive light transmitted through each band-pass filter by an individual light receiving sensor. This multi-band pass filter system requires a smaller optical path space than when a prism or diffraction grating is used. However, when trying to improve the wavelength resolution while keeping the size of the filter unit constant, the number of band-pass filters increases, so the area of each filter decreases, leading to a decrease in signal level. When attempting to improve the wavelength resolution while ensuring the level, there is a problem that the size of the filter unit increases.
[0006]
On the other hand, the filter method is to measure a light beam transmitted through an optical filter (color filter) having a predetermined spectral transmittance characteristic by receiving it with a photoelectric conversion element having a predetermined spectral response characteristic.
[0007]
As an optical filter, a colored glass filter, an acetate staining filter, a gelatin filter, a vapor deposition interference filter, or the like is used. As a photoelectric conversion element, a silicon photocell, a germanium photocell, a thermopile, a pyroelectric element, a photomultiplier tube, or the like is used. .
[0008]
The spectral response characteristic as a light receiving device in the filter system is determined by the product of the spectral transmittance characteristic of the optical filter and the spectral response characteristic of the photoelectric conversion element. Since the spectral response characteristics of photoelectric conversion elements are almost determined by the type of elements used, the spectral response characteristics targeted as a light receiving device in the filter system can be obtained by adjusting the spectral transmittance characteristics of the optical filter. become.
[0009]
As a method for obtaining a desired spectral transmittance characteristic using an optical filter, two types of additive color mixing method and subtractive color mixing method are known in principle.
[0010]
For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the additive color mixing method adds a light beam transmitted through an optical filter F1 having a spectral transmittance T1λ and a light beam transmitted through an optical filter F2 having a spectral transmittance T2λ to obtain a desired combined spectral transmittance. Tλ is obtained.
[0011]
In the additive color mixing method, generally, as shown in FIG. 13, the light beams transmitted through the optical filters F1 and F2 are mixed by the integrating sphere P1 and made incident on the photoelectric conversion element P2, thereby preventing measurement errors due to color unevenness. I have to. However, if an integrating sphere is used, the configuration of the photometric device becomes complicated due to the increase in size of the light-receiving device, and the difference in the spectral response due to the difference in the shape of the integrating sphere is likely to cause a mechanical difference. As the amount of received light decreases, the reproducibility of measurement decreases.
[0012]
Therefore, conventionally, a subtractive color mixing method is often used. In the subtractive color mixture method, as shown in FIG. 14, optical filters F1 and F2 having spectral transmittances T1λ and T2λ are overlapped, and the radiant flux is continuously transmitted through the optical filters F1 and F2. A rate Tλ is obtained.
[0013]
However, since the types of optical filters are limited, it is very difficult to accurately configure an optical filter having a desired spectral response characteristic using only the subtractive color mixing method.
[0014]
The filter method is difficult to accurately match the target spectral response characteristics over the entire wavelength range, and is inferior to the spectroscopic method in terms of spectroscopic characteristics, but the configuration is simpler and less expensive than the spectroscopic method. Since a small light receiving device can be realized, generally, a small and inexpensive photometric device often employs a filter method instead of a spectroscopic method. However, even in the filter system, it is desired to further improve the spectral characteristics while maintaining the characteristics of being small and inexpensive.
[0015]
Therefore, a light receiving part of an illuminometer that uses the principle of additive color mixing in a filter system has been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-154920). This light-receiving unit has multiple types of rod-shaped filters with different spectral transmittances inserted and arranged on the light-shielding support plate, and by changing the composition ratio, the spectral response as the light-receiving unit is changed to the standard relative luminous sensitivity (standard spectral luminous efficiency) ).
[0016]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional light receiving section described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-154920, it is necessary to arrange a large number of rod-shaped filters in order to match the spectral response to the standard spectral luminous efficiency with high accuracy. The structure of the light-shielding support plate for holding the filter is complicated, the actual production is not easy, the mass productivity is very inferior, and the filter portion is enlarged. Further, among the radiant bundles incident on the light receiving part, those other than the radiant bundle incident on the rod-shaped filter are shielded by the light shielding support plate, so that the sensitivity of the entire light receiving part is lowered. In addition, trial and error means must be employed to determine the proportion of each type of rod-shaped filter that constitutes the light receiving section, and thus it is not easy to design.
[0017]
An object of the present invention is to provide a light receiving device of a photometric instrument that includes the optical filter and can easily and accurately obtain a desired spectral response characteristic.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1A light receiving device of a photometric device comprising an optical filter and a photoelectric conversion element arranged at a position where a radiant flux that has passed through the optical filter is incident on a light receiving surface, wherein the optical filter comprises:The filter substrate is divided into at least two regions having different spectral transmittance characteristics from each other at a predetermined area ratio.R,oneThe region other than the region is composed of a collection of a plurality of small regions distributed over the entire filter substrate.oneThe area is composed of the remaining areas excluding the plurality of small areas. Each of the at least two regions has a spectral transmittance characteristic that transmits light in a different predetermined wavelength range, and the photoelectric conversion element has a radiant flux transmitted through at least two different regions of the optical filter as the area. Receiving light at a ratio and outputting an electrical signal according to the intensity of the radiant flux;It is characterized by.
[0019]
According to this configuration, for example, in the case of an optical filter in which the filter substrate is divided into three regions having different spectral transmittance characteristics from each other at a predetermined area ratio, oneThe first and second regions other than the region are each composed of a collection of a plurality of small regions distributed over the entire filter substrate.oneThe third region is a remaining region excluding the plurality of small regions constituting the first and second regions, so that the spectral transmittance characteristics of the entire optical filter are as follows. This is determined by the spectral transmittance characteristics of the first, second, and third regions and the area ratio of each region. Therefore, by changing the number of small regions and the area of each small region, desired characteristics can be easily and accurately obtained as the spectral transmittance characteristics of the entire optical filter.
[0020]
The spectral response characteristics of the entire light receiving device are determined by the spectral transmittance characteristics of the optical filter and the spectral response characteristics of the photoelectric conversion element, and the desired characteristics can be easily obtained as the spectral transmittance characteristics of the optical filter, and Since it can be obtained with high accuracy, a desired characteristic can be easily and accurately obtained as the spectral response characteristic of the entire light receiving device.
[0021]
In addition, it is preferable that the said small area | region is arrange | positioned disperse | distributing substantially uniformly over the whole filter substrate. As a result, the influence of the bias of the incident radiant flux can be reduced to a level that can be almost ignored.
[0022]
The small area can be obtained by making a hole in the filter substrate or forming a thin film on the surface. Also, aboveoneA thin film is formed in the area ofoneSmall regions constituting one region other than the first region may be left as the original filter substrate, and thin films having different spectral transmittance characteristics may be formed in regions other than the one region. Moreover, when forming a thin film and comprising a area | region, you may use the transparent substrate which has a fixed transmittance | permeability characteristic over the whole wavelength range as a filter substrate.
[0023]
Moreover, it is preferable that the small regions, micropores, or microarea thin films are disposed substantially uniformly and distributed over the entire filter substrate. As a result, it is possible to reduce the illuminance distribution on the light receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion element, that is, the error in the output electric signal level due to the bias of the radiant flux incident on the light receiving surface.
[0024]
The invention of claim 2The light receiving device of the photometric device according to
[0025]
According to this configuration, the radiant flux incident on the microhole passes with a transmittance of 100%, and the radiant flux incident on the portion other than the microhole transmits with a predetermined spectral transmittance. The rate characteristic is determined by the area ratio of the minute hole part and the part other than the minute hole from a predetermined spectral transmittance characteristic. Therefore, by changing the number of micropores and the area of each micropore, desired characteristics can be easily and accurately obtained as the spectral transmittance characteristics of the entire optical filter.
[0026]
In addition, it is preferable that the micropores are arranged almost uniformly distributed over the entire filter substrate. As a result, the influence of the bias of the incident radiant flux can be reduced to a level that can be almost ignored.
[0027]
The invention of claim 3The light receiving device of the photometric device according to
[0028]
According to this configuration, the spectral transmittance characteristics of the entire optical filter include the predetermined spectral transmittance characteristics, the area ratio of the portion where the thin film is not formed, the spectral transmittance characteristics of the thin film, and the spectral transmittance. The ratio of the area of the thin film having characteristics, that is, the area ratio of each thin film having the spectral transmittance characteristics when a plurality of types of thin films are formed. Therefore, by changing the number, type, and minute area of the thin film, desired characteristics can be easily and accurately obtained as the spectral transmittance characteristics of the entire optical filter.
[0029]
Note that a transparent substrate having a certain transmittance characteristic over the entire wavelength range may be used as the filter substrate.
[0030]
In addition, it is preferable that the thin film having a small area is arranged in a substantially uniform manner over the entire filter substrate. As a result, the influence of the bias of the incident radiant flux can be reduced to a level that can be almost ignored.
[0031]

FIG. 9 shows a comparison between the relative spectral response S (λ) and the standard spectral luminous efficiency V (λ) by this combination. As can be seen from the figure, in order to further reduce the error amount fs, it is necessary to reduce the response in the wavelength range of 450 to 510 nm and increase the response in the range of 510 to 550 nm. However, there has been no filter having a spectral transmission characteristic that suitably corrects only the characteristic in the wavelength range of 450 to 550 nm.

The degree is increasing. In addition, as the 2nd filter 24 (FIG. 6), the thing of the same board thickness as the 2nd filter 32 (FIG. 7) is employ | adopted.
[0073]
As described above, according to the third embodiment, the optimum spectral luminous efficiency V in FIG. 9 is obtained by obtaining the optimum combination of the area ratio of the micropores 3 of the porous

[0084]
That is, in the third embodiment, the example in which the spectral response characteristic of the entire light receiving unit 20 (FIG. 6) is approximated to the standard spectral luminous efficiency V (λ) has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention can be applied to a case where the CIE color matching functions x (λ), y (λ), and z (λ) are approximated, and can also be applied to other spectral response characteristics. In general, symbols with bars are used as symbols representing color matching functions, but the bars are omitted for convenience.
