Description

The present invention relates to a transportation cart having a simple structure and high nesting efficiency capable of being reduced by 60% at a standby position.

Conventionally, various types of carts that can be nested have been proposed, such as a cart in which the base plate is repelled and placed in a standby state, or a cart in which the base plate is foldable. In the case of a cart that lifts the base plate and is in a standby state, it cannot be reduced in the length direction. Therefore, when nesting is performed, there is a problem that a standby space is taken up. As a trolley | bogie provided with a foldable baseplate, it is disclosed by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 11-43047 or Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2003-54412, However, the trolley | bogie of the description of Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 11-43047 folds a trolley | bogie. When assembling, the front frame does not move smoothly back and forth with respect to the guide frame due to frictional resistance between the front frame and the guide frame. Moreover, although the front frame moves smoothly back and forth with respect to the guide frame, the transportation cart described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-54412 has a complicated structure and a large number of parts, so the failure probability is high and the cost is suppressed. There is a problem that you can not.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view at the assembly position of the transportation cart of this example, FIG. 2 is a perspective view at the standby position of the transportation cart of this example, and FIG. 3 is a halfway from the assembly position of the transportation cart of this example to the standby position. FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the movement of each member from the assembly position of the transport carriage of this example to the standby position, and FIG. 5 shows the state of the fitting portion of the telescopic connection member of the transport truck of this example. FIG. 6 is a view taken along line AA in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is a plan view before nesting of two transport carts in the standby position, and FIG. 8 is a nesting from the state of FIG. FIG. In the present specification, the length direction refers to the direction in which the transport carriage extends and contracts.

The transport cart 10 includes a first side frame 3a fixed to the first lateral member 1a provided with casters 7, 7, and a caster 7, which is arranged to face the first side frame 3a with a predetermined interval, 7 is pivotally supported via a L-shaped connecting member 43 on a second side frame 3b fixed to the second lateral member 1b provided with 7 and a lower member 33 of the first side frame 3a. The base plate 4 is rectangular in plan view and has a predetermined thickness. The base plate 4 is located below the base plate 4 and connects the first side face frame 3a and the second side face frame 3b, and is extendable in the length direction. The telescopic connecting member 2 is provided. Further, the transport carriage 10 is substantially H-shaped in a standby position (FIG. 2) formed by the first side frame body 3a, the first side frame body 3a, and the telescopic connection member 2, and adopts a nesting structure. .

The first side surface frame 3a is formed of two vertical members and six horizontal beam members, and is connected to a connecting column 31a that is erected on the slightly back side (side) of the first horizontal member 1a. Yes. A hook member 32a is provided on the upper side of the first side face frame 3a to fasten the base plate 4 standing at the standby position. The second side frame 3b is the same as the first side frame 3a except that the hook material 32a is not provided.

Two casters 7 and 7 are provided on the lower surface of the first lateral member 1a, and a pedestal 11a that forms a mounting surface on which two of the four corners of the base plate 4 are mounted on both end portions of the inner surface. 11a. Similarly, the second horizontal member 1b has two casters 7 and 7 on its lower surface, and the other two corners of the four corners of the base plate 4 are placed on both end portions of the inner surface. It has the bases 11b and 11b which form a surface.

One short side of the base plate 4 is pivotally supported on the lower member 33 of the first side frame 3a via an L-shaped connecting member 43. The back surface of the base plate 4 has a base-side concave portion 45 to which an L-shaped connecting member 43 is fixed, a vertical concave portion 41 that accommodates the telescopic connecting member 2 and the support member 5 at the assembly position, and a gripping concave portion 44 into which a hand enters. The hook member 32a has a fastening portion. Further, the center side of the base plate 4 has a shaft support portion 42 to which one end of the support member 5 is attached. The base plate 4 in the assembly position is placed on the first lateral member 1a, the second lateral member 1b, and the four pedestals 11a at the four corners. In order to set the base plate 4 to the standby position, the base plate 4 is lifted by hand, the shaft support portion 33 is turned around the fulcrum, and is stood on the first side frame 3a side, and the hook member 32a is fastened to the base plate 4. Keep it fixed. As will be described later, when the base plate 4 is pivotally moved from the assembly position to the standby position, the telescopic connection member 2 is contracted in conjunction with the movement of the base plate 4, and the first side frame body 3a and the second lateral member 1b. The space shrinks.

The telescopic connecting member 2 has a hollow square cross-sectional shape in which one end is fixed to the second side frame 3b, the outer frame member 21 having a lower surface portion opening, and one end is fixed to the first side frame 3a. The inner frame 22 has a hollow quadrangular cross-sectional shape in which guide rollers 24a to 24c are provided at four convenient locations on one side surface, which is slidably fitted in the member 21, and on one side surface at a predetermined interval. It consists of. The expansion / contraction connection member 2 can be expanded and contracted only by applying a slight external force in order to adopt the above structure. Further, one end of the support member 5 is pivotally supported on the upper surface of the outer frame member 21 of the telescopic connecting member 2, and further on the second side frame 3 b side for gripping the base plate 4 at the assembly position. A hook member 2b accommodated in the recess 44 is provided to restrict lateral movement of the base plate 4 at the assembly position. The fitting form of the outer frame member 21 and the inner frame member 22 is not limited to the above form, and a guide roller is attached to the lower surface or the upper surface of the inner frame member 22, and friction is caused by contact with the side plate of the outer frame member 21. The form to reduce may be sufficient. Further, the outer frame member 21 and the inner frame member 22 use a friction reducing material such as a fluorine-based resin, omit the guide roller, and can maintain the strength of the fitting and reduce the friction. It may be.

The support member 5 connects the back surface of the base plate 4 and the upper surface of the outer frame member 21 of the telescopic connection member 2 and interlocks the rotational movement of the base plate 4 and the expansion / contraction movement of the telescopic connection member 2. The support member 5 is a pipe-like object in this example, and includes a main body member 51 extending in the length direction, and both end members 52 and 52 bent from both ends of the main body member 51 in a direction perpendicular to the length direction. The both end members 52 and 52 are pivotable about a center axis in a direction orthogonal to the length direction in the shaft support portion 42 on the back surface of the base plate 4 and the shaft support portion 25 of the outer frame member 21 of the telescopic connecting member 2. It is supported. That is, the support member 5 is rotatable in the vertical direction with respect to the outer frame member 21 of the telescopic connecting member 2, and the base plate 4 is rotatable in the vertical direction with respect to the support member 5.

Next, in the transport carriage 10, the case where the assembly position is changed to the standby position and the case where the standby position is changed to the assembly position will be described with reference to FIG. 4. If you standby position from the assembled position, first, lifted by hand second side frame 3b side of the base plate 4 at the position of l 1. The base plate 4 rotates with the shaft support portion 33 as a fulcrum. When the base plate 4 is lifted to the position of l 2 , the shaft support portion 42 attached to the base plate 4 side of the support member 5 is lifted from y 1 to y 2 . Since the support member 5 is a rigid body and does not expand and contract, the outer frame member 21 of the expansion / contraction connection member 2 is brought in. Outer frame member 21 is an inner frame 22 with a movable inner frame 22 and the slide is reduced because it is fixed to the first side frame body 3a side, dolly 10 min reduced moving from x 1 to x 2 . Further, when the base plate 4 is rotated from l 2 to l 3 , the shaft support portion 42 attached to the base plate 4 side of the support member 5 is lifted from y 2 to y 3 . further reduction amount that moves from x 2 to x 3. At the standby position, the length is reduced by about 60%. Even if the outer frame member 21 and the inner frame 22 are reduced to the maximum, there is a portion in which the outer frame member 21 and the inner frame 22 are overlapped with each other, so the reduction rate is 60%. Note that, when changing from the standby position to the assembly position, the operation is the same except that the reverse operation is performed when the assembly position is changed to the standby position. In the assembly position, the telescopic connection member 2 and the support member 5 projecting upward from the upper surfaces of the first and second lateral members 1a and 1b are accommodated in a vertical recess 41 or the like formed on the back surface of the base plate 4. Therefore, it does not become an obstacle when the base plate 4 is placed horizontally.

Since the transport cart 10 is reduced by 60% in the length direction at the standby position, if the two transport carts 10 and 10 are arranged to face each other in the length direction and are nested, Does not take up space (see FIGS. 7 and 8). In addition, although the support member 5 can be omitted in the transport carriage 10, in this case, nesting of the three transport carriages 10 is possible, and further space saving can be realized.

Next, modified examples of the transportation carriage in the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 10, FIG. 11 and FIG. 13 are reference examples of the present invention. 9 to 13, the same components as those in FIGS. 1 to 8 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted and different points will be mainly described. In other words, the transportation carriage 10a of FIG. 9 differs from the transportation carriage 10 of FIGS. 1 to 8 in that the connection support 31a is attached to the first side frame 3a and the connection support 31a is attached to the first lateral member 1a. The mounting position is changed in the direction of the side edge to make a cantilever frame. The same applies to the second side frame 3b side. As a result, the nesting in the lateral direction is deepened during nesting, and the protruding portion is reduced.

10 differs from the transportation carriage 10 in FIGS. 1 to 8 in that the installation of the support member 5 is omitted and another caster 7 is connected to the outer frame member of the telescopic connection member 2. It is in the point formed in the lower surface of 21. According to the transport carriage 10b, when the assembly position is changed to the standby position and when the standby position is changed to the assembly position, the movement of the base plate 4 and the movement to the inner side of the second side surface frame 3b are made independent by hand. However, the structural members can be omitted, and the cost can be reduced.

11 is different from the transportation carriage 10b in FIG. 10 in that a third horizontal member 1c having casters 7 and 7 attached to the lower surface is formed on the lower surface of the outer frame member 21 of the telescopic connecting member 2. It is in the point. According to the transport carriage 10c, the same effect as the transport carriage 10b is achieved.

12 is different from the transportation carriage 10 in FIGS. 1 to 8 in that one connection post 31a, 31b, the expansion / contraction connection member 2 and the support member 5 are additionally provided, that is, a double frame. It is in the point. According to the transporting carriage 10d, the same effects as the transporting carriage 10 are obtained except that the overall rigidity is increased.

13 differs from the transportation carriage 10d in FIG. 12 in that the form of the base plate 4 is changed and the support member 5 is omitted. That is, the transport cart 10e includes a first side frame 3a fixed to the first lateral member 1a provided with the casters 7, and a caster 7 arranged to face the first side frame 3a with a predetermined interval. The second side frame 3b fixed to the attached second lateral member 1b, and the center of the first side frame 3a and the lower side of the second side frame 3b, both ends of which are pivotally attached to each other, can be folded at the center. The folding base plate 4a and the folding base plate 4a are provided below the folding base plate 4a and connect the first side face frame body 3a and the second side face frame body 3b and the telescopic connecting member 2 that is extendable in the length direction.

The base plate 4a is formed by connecting two base plate members with a hinge at the center and folding the base plate 4a in two. One end of the base plate 4a is pivotable to the end side of the inner case of the telescopic connecting member 2. The other end is pivotally supported on the end side of the outer case 21 of the telescopic connecting member 2 so as to be rotatable. In the transport cart e, when the assembly position is changed to the standby position and when the standby position is changed to the assembly position, the length in the length direction can be obtained simply by moving the first side frame 3a or the second side frame 3b inward. Can be reduced. Further, in the transport carriage 10e, the number of the expansion / contraction connection member 2 and the support member 5 may be one. In the conventional transporting cart, there is a cart with a nesting structure provided with a folding base plate, but there is no simple cart as in the present invention.
