Description
Claims (15)
- 円筒状シェルに投入された原料を、装入側から排出側に向けて移動させる間に、回転するシェル内で原料装入側に向けて流通する高温ガスと接触させて熱交換できるようにした回転式熱交換装置で使用されるリフターにおいて、
前記円筒状シェル内径の1/6以上の大きさの開口を原料装入側に持ち、該シェルと同心状をなすインナーセルと、
該インナーセルの外周スペースを、ラジアルプレートによって周方向に仕切った複数のアウターセルと、
を前記円筒状シェルの長手方向の一部の箇所に形成することができるようにしたことを特徴とする回転式熱交換装置用リフター。 - 前記インナーセルを画成するリーフプレートは、各アウターセル内の原料の一部をインナーセルへ篩い落とす孔付きパネルとなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された回転式熱交換装置用リフター。
- 前記アウターセルを画成するラジアルプレートは、各アウターセル内の原料の一部を隣りあうアウターセルに篩い落とす孔付きパネルとなっていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された回転式熱交換装置用リフター。
- 前記アウターセルの原料入口側に、シェル軸線に対して傾斜したスクレーパを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載された回転式熱交換装置用リフター。
- 円筒状シェルに内挿可能なキャリッジが装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載された回転式熱交換装置用リフター。
- 前記インナーセルの原料排出側にインナーセルへの熱ガス流入を阻止してアウターセルのみへ熱ガスを導入させるカバーガイドが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載された回転式熱交換装置用リフター。
- 前記インナーセルの原料排出側にインナーセルへの熱ガス流入量とアウターセルへの熱ガス導入量を調整するガイドコーンが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載された回転式熱交換装置用リフター。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のリフターが装備されていることを特徴とする回転式熱交換装置。
- 請求項8に記載の回転式熱交換装置は、ロータリキルンであることを特徴とする回転式熱交換装置。
- 前記リフターとキルンバーナとの間に、投炭装置が備えられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載された回転式熱交換装置。
- 請求項8に記載の回転式熱交換装置は、ロータリドライヤであることを特徴とする回転式熱交換装置。
- 請求項8に記載の回転式熱交換装置は、熱回収用ロータリドラムであることを特徴とする回転式熱交換装置。
- 円筒状シェルに投入された多含水ニッケル酸化鉱石を、装入側から排出側に向けて移動させる間に、回転するシェル内で高温ガスと接触させて乾燥、予熱および假焼するようにした熱交換方法において、
円筒状シェルの假焼物排出側に位置するバーナで発生させた燃焼ガスにより、ニッケル酸化鉱石を假焼し、
その後中流域に到達した熱ガスに炭材を供給して燃焼させ、ガス温度の低下を抑制すると共に還元性雰囲気を醸成してニッケル酸化鉱石を加熱および予備還元し、
上流域に到った熱ガスにより、前記円筒状シェルと同心状をなして長手方向へ延びるインナーセルを画成するリーフプレートと、該インナーセルの外周スペースを周方向に仕切って複数のアウターセルを画成するラジアルプレートによって、シェル回転方向へ周回されたニッケル酸化鉱石を、乾燥および予熱することを特徴とするニッケル酸化鉱石熱処理法。 - 前記リーフプレートを孔付きパネルで形成しておき、各アウターセル内の鉱石の一部を前記インナーセル内に篩い落とし、当該アウターセルに残留する鉱石の乾燥を速めるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載されたニッケル酸化鉱石熱処理法。
- 前記ラジアルプレートを孔付きパネルで形成しておき、各アウターセル内の鉱石の一部を隣りあうアウターセルに篩い落とし、当該アウターセルに残留する鉱石の乾燥を速めるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項13または請求項14に記載されたニッケル酸化鉱石熱処理法。
