前記膝覆いの位置決め用ロッドを前記フロント・ボードのロッド受け手段に嵌め付けて前記フロント・ボードを予め前記膝覆いの定位置に位置決めし、前記フロント・ボードと前記膝覆いの上半部を分離可能な締め付け手段によって締め付けること、
前記フロント・ボードのロッド受け手段は、端部に切欠リングを有する柱及び端部にリングを有する柱から構成され、前記膝覆いの位置決め用ロッドは前記切欠リング及びリングに回転自在に嵌合されていること、
