【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、母線側導体と負荷側導体とを接離する主回路開閉部と、負荷側導体と接地用導体とを接離する接地開閉部とを一体化した機能ユニットを備えるスイッチギヤに関する。

【従来の技術】
母線からの受電を、各種の負荷機器、他の電気室に配電すべく用いられるスイッチギヤ(閉鎖配電盤)は、母線との接続のための母線側導体、負荷への送電ケーブルとの接続のための負荷側導体等の接続導体と共に、母線側導体と負荷側導体とを接離する主回路開閉器、負荷側導体を接地するための接地開閉器、監視制御に必要な制御機器等の内部機器を、接地金属製の外箱内に適宜に配設して構成されている。

この種のスイッチギヤの一種として、特公平7−28488号公報に開示されているように、主たる内部機器としての主回路開閉器及び接地開閉器を接続導体の一部と共に一体化して構成された機能ユニットを備え、この機能ユニットを外箱内に配置して、母線及び送電ケーブルとの接続のみを行えばよい構成としたスイッチギヤがある。

図5は上述の特公平7−28488号公報に開示されたスイッチギヤの要部の構成を示す図であり、図6はその電気的接続図である。これらに示すスイッチギヤは、絶縁性ガスが封入され、その周壁の一部を内外に貫通する態様に送電ケーブル接続用のブッシング2aと、母線接続用のブッシング2b(図6参照)とを備える容器1の内部に第1、第2、第3の開閉器3、4、5及び真空消弧室9を配した構成となっている。

図6に示す如く、ブッシング2bを介して外部の母線(図示せず)に接続される三相の夫々に対応する母線側分岐導体6は、図5に示す如く絶縁支持碍子11により支持されて絶縁容器1内に配設されており、これらは、真空消弧室9の内部に構成された図示しない開閉装置、及び第1の開閉器3を介して、絶縁支持碍子60aに固定支持された中間導体60に接続され、該中間導体60により2方向に分岐され、夫々の分岐は、第2、第3の開閉器4、5を介してブッシング2aに支持された負荷側導体2に接続され、該負荷側導体2を経て外部の送電ケーブル(図示せず)に接続される。

開閉器3、4、5は、金属リンク8及び絶縁リンク7を介して伝達される図示しない格別の駆動源の動作に応じて夫々の枢軸回りに揺動する揺動電極を備えている。第1の開閉器3は、その揺動電極の揺動位置に応じて、真空消弧室9内部の開閉装置の出力電極と中間導体60対応位置に突設された固定電極とを接続する閉路位置と、揺動電極と接地用導体10aとを接続する接地位置と、両位置の中間であり、中間導体60の固定電極及び接地用導体10aから離れた断路位置とを実現する構成となっている。

また第2、第3の開閉器4、5は、夫々の揺動電極の揺動により、負荷側導体2と中間導体60の対応位置に夫々突設された固定電極及び接地用導体10b、10cとの間にて、第1の開閉器3と同様の3位置を実現する構成となっている。

以上の構成によれば、母線側分岐導体6と負荷側導体2とを接離する主回路開閉部と、負荷側導体2を接地するための接地開閉部とが、接地用の導体と共に容器1の内部に配設されており、母線側分岐導体6をブッシング2bを介して容器1外の母線に接続し、負荷側導体2をブッシング2aを介して容器1外の送電ケーブルに接続すればよく、小型化されたスイッチギヤを提供することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが以上の如き従来のスイッチギヤにおいて、真空消弧室9内部の開閉装置は当該回路を開閉する作用のみを行い、第1の開閉器3は他の回路との切離しの為の断路器と、開閉装置の出力電極を断路下にて接地する接地開閉器とを兼ね、更に第2、第3の開閉器4、5は夫々に対応する負荷側導体2を接地する接地開閉器としての機能を果たす構成であり、母線側分岐導体6と負荷側導体2との間に2つの開閉器(第1の開閉器3と、第2の開閉器4又は第3の開閉器5)が直列に配置されることから、これらの配置スペースを確保するために容器1の小型化が制限されるという問題があった。

また、容器1の内部には絶縁ガスが封入されており開閉器3、4、5においては、三相の相間、対地間、断路位置での各極間に封入ガスの種類に応じた絶縁距離を確保する必要があり、開閉器3、4、5の夫々が大型化する上、各開閉器3、4、5間に十分な離隔距離を保つために、容器1内の配設効率が悪く、該容器1の小型化が制限されるという問題があった。

また、真空消弧室9は、図15に示す三相回路において単相毎に設けられることから、これらの配設位置の確保の為に容器1の小型化が制限され、また製品コストの上昇を招くという問題があった。

更には、容器1の内部においてアーク短絡が発生した場合、容器1内に封入された絶縁性ガスが、アークエネルギーにより短時間の内に、高温、高圧となる一種の爆発現象が引き起こされることから、前記容器1には、高圧の放圧のための開放部分を設ける必要がある上、放圧完了までの高圧状態に耐える強度が要求されることとなり、容器1の構造が複雑化し、製品コストの上昇を招くという問題があった。

本発明は斯かる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、従来に比して大幅な小型化が可能であり、製品コストの低下を図れると共に、内部におけるアーク短絡事故の発生時にも爆発を引き起こすことがない安全性の高いスイッチギヤを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
(1)母線側端子と負荷側端子とを接離する主回路開閉部と、負荷側端子と接地用端子とを接離する接地開閉部とを、共通の真空容器内に設け、主回路開閉部可動側電極棒と接地開閉部固定側電極棒とを前記真空容器内で可とう性導体により電気的に接続してなるスイッチギヤにおいて、接地開閉部の対向電極において、両方もしくは片方の電極対向面の裏に金属製のブロックを接合して電極の熱容量を高めたことを特徴とするスイッチギヤ。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
図1は、本発明に係るスイッチギヤの実施の形態1の要部の構成を示す正面断面図である。

この実施の形態は、金属製の真空容器21内に主回路開閉部71と接地開閉部72を有している。主回路開閉部71は、固定電極26、可動電極27で構成され、それぞれ固定電極棒30、可動電極棒31に固定されている。固定電極棒30は、封着部材39、絶縁物22、封着部材43を介して真空容器21に固定され、真空容器21と電気的に絶縁されている。可動電極棒31は、絶縁ロッド73を介して操作棒35と接続されている。操作棒35は、主回路開閉部71を閉路位置、遮断位置、断路位置へ動作させるための図示してない駆動機構に接続される。さらに、操作棒35はベローズ34を介して封着部材40に接続されている。封着部材40は、絶縁物23、封着部材44を介して真空容器21に接続されている。主回路開閉部71は、ベローズ34により気密を維持しながら動作可能となっている。絶縁ロッド73は、絶縁物53の両端にシールド54が配された構成となっている。シールド54は、絶縁物53とシールド54の接続境界部の電界緩和及び絶縁物53の沿面保護、並びに主回路開閉部71の電流開閉時に発生する金属蒸気から絶縁物53及びベローズ34を保護する目的を有している。
主回路開閉部71の周りには、電流開閉時の金属蒸気飛散を抑制するためのアークシールド37が設けられ、絶縁物22の段部に係合して固定され、真空容器21と電気的に絶縁されている。充電部となる封着部材とセラミックの接合部には、電界緩和の為のリング47、49、50が設けられ、さらに絶縁物内面の金属蒸気による汚損を抑制する役目も担っている。

次に、接地開閉部72は、固定電極28、可動電極29で構成され、それぞれ銅製ブロック65と接合し、固定電極棒32、可動電極棒33に固定されている。固定電極棒32は、封着部材41、絶縁物24、封着部材45を介して真空容器21に固定されている。可動電極棒33は、ベローズ36を介して封着部材42に接続されている。封着部材42は、絶縁物25、封着部材46を介して真空容器21に接続されている。接地開閉部72は、ベローズ36により真空容器21内の気密を維持しつつ動作可能となっている。充電部となる封着部材とセラミックの接合部には、電界緩和の為のリング48、51、52が設けられ、さらに絶縁物内面の金属蒸気による汚損を抑制する役目も担っている。

主回路開閉部71の可動電極棒31と接地開閉部72の固定電極棒33間は、可とう性導体38で電気的に接続されている。可とう性導体38は、端部を取付け板66により挟み込む構造であり、取付け板66と各電極棒31、33はろう付け接合により固定している。主回路開閉部71が閉極状態、接地開閉部72が開極状態の場合は、主回路開閉部71の固定電極棒30と接地開閉部72の固定電極棒32との間を電流が流れることとなる。

接地開閉部72は、短時間通電性能が必要である。通電により、電極同志が溶着し、これを引き外す性能が接地開閉部を動作させる操作装置に要求される。溶着引き外し力を減ずることにより操作装置を小形化する事が可能となる。よって、接地開閉部72の固定電極28及び可動電極29には、対向面とは逆の面に銅製のブロック65を接続することにより、熱容量を増加し、溶着引き外し力を減じている。また、接地電極は大電流遮断及び多回数の小電流遮断の必要がない為、熱容量をブロック65により補って高価である電極材料費を減ずることができる。

以上の如く構成されたスイッチギヤにおいては、絶縁性能の良い真空中で主回路開閉部71および接地開閉部72が構成されているため、それぞれの間に必要な絶縁距離を減少させることでき、従来に比して大幅な小形化が図れる。更に、真空容器21の内部にアーク短絡が発生した場合においても、真空容器21の内部に気体が存在しないから、アーク短絡が爆発につながる虞れがなく、高い安全性が得られる。さらに、接地開閉部72の溶着引き外し力が低減でき、接地開閉部を動作させる操作装置を簡単化でき装置全体として小形化が図れる。

スイッチギヤの基本的構成は、接地開閉部72を構成する固定および可動電極棒32、33が異なる以外は前述の実施の形態1のものと同様である。即ちこの実施形態に於いては、可とう性導体38を接地開閉部側固定電極棒32に接続する為の取付け板と銅製ブロックが一体製作あるいは接合され、部品点数削減を図ることができる。接地開閉部固定側電極28に十分な熱容量を付加している為、可動側電極33には先の実施形態のもののようなブロックを付加しない構成としている。可動側および固定側電極28、29は同じ肉厚とし、素材を共用化している。固定側電極28の側面部をブロックとはめ合わせ構造とし、電極側面をろう付け接合することにより、熱拡散効果向上を図っている。電極用素材の中には、製造上ある程度の肉厚が必要なものがある為、無理に電極の薄肉化を行うより側面をブロックに接合した方が良い場合がある。

スイッチギヤの基本的構成は、接地開閉部72を構成する固定および可動電極棒32、33が異なる以外は前述の実施の形態1のものと同様である。即ちこの実施形態に於いては、接地開閉部固定側電極28の銅製ブロックと、接地電極周りを囲うように配置した金属蒸気遮蔽用のシールド67が設けられている。シールド67は図示の如くブロックと一体製作されたものでも良いし、別の部品として製作して接合したものでも良い。シールド67は、短絡投入責務時に発孤現象で電極から飛散した金属蒸気が真空容器内部に付着して汚損するのを抑制し、絶縁低下を防ぐことができ、さらに、短時間通電により発生した熱の拡散効果も向上させることができる。

スイッチギヤの基本的構成は、接地開閉部72を構成する固定および可動電極棒32、33が異なる以外は前述の実施の形態1のものと同様である。即ちこの実施形態に於いては、接地開閉部固定側電極28の銅製ブロックと、可とう性導体38を囲うように配置したカバー68とが一体製作された構成である。可とう性導体38が金属箔の積層体または網状のものとした場合には端部で、あるいはが矩形断面の場合には導体側面部で電界集中が起こり耐電圧性能低下を生じるので、その電界緩和の為に導電性のカバー68を配置する。図示の例では、カバー68は可とう性導体38の側面部に於ける電界緩和を目的とするもので、可とう性導体38の少なくとも一部を囲むように折り曲げられた板状のもので、カバーから一体に延びた部分がブロックと65となって固定電極32に結合されている。このようなカバー68により幅方向の真空中絶縁距離を縮小可能となり、装置の小形化が実現できる。また、短時間通電により電極で発生した熱が可とう性導体の方向へも拡散できるため、溶着力低減効果が増加する。

以上の説明の如く、この発明のスイッチギヤは、母線側端子と負荷側端子とを接離する主回路開閉部71と、負荷側端子と接地用端子とを接離する接地開閉部72とを、真空容器21内で構成したスイッチギヤであって、主回路開閉部71の接離可能な固定電極32と可動電極31は、それぞれ固定電極棒32と可動電極棒33先端に設けられている。固定電極棒には封着部材39が固定され主回路開閉部71固定側を形成している。可動電極棒31は、絶縁物53を介して操作棒に接続される。操作棒と封着部材はベローズ34によって接続され主回路開閉部可動側を形成し、真空を保ちつつ接離可能な構造となっている。接地開閉部72の接離可能な固定電極28と可動電極29は、それぞれ固定電極棒32と可動電極棒33先端に設けられている。固定電極棒32には封着部材41が固定され接地開閉部固定側を形成している。可動電極棒33はベローズ36を介して封着部材42に接続され接地開閉部可動側を形成し、真空を保ちつつ接離可能な構造となっている。主回路開閉部71の電極周りには金属蒸気飛散を抑制する為のアークシールド37が設けられ、真空容器1に固定されている。主回路開閉部可動側電極棒31と接地開閉部固定側電極棒30は、真空容器1内で可とう性導体38により電気的に接続されている。真空容器1は金属で製作され、前述の主回路開閉部固定側と可動側、並びに接地開閉部固定側と可動側はそれぞれ絶縁物を介して真空容器に固定され、真空容器と電気的に絶縁されている。接地開閉部72の対向電極28、29において、両方もしくは片方の電極対向面の裏に電極より大なる径の銅製ブロック65を配置し、電極28、29とブロック65とを接合してある。

【発明の効果】
(1)以上詳述した如く、本発明に係るスイッチギヤにおいては、母線側端子と負荷側端子とを接離する主回路開閉部と、負荷側端子と接地用端子とを接離する接地開閉部とを共通の真空容器内に設け、主回路開閉部可動側電極棒と接地開閉部固定側電極棒とを前記真空容器内で可とう性導体により電気的に接続してなるスイッチギヤにおいて、接地開閉部の対向電極において、両方もしくは片方の電極対向面の裏に金属製のブロックを接合して電極の熱容量を高めたものであるので、真空絶縁による小形化が可能であるとともに、接地開閉部の溶着引き外し力が低減でき、操作装置部の小形化が可能であり、更に、容器内部でのアーク短絡の発生が爆発を引起こす虞がなく、安全性を高めることができる。
