Description
The present invention relates to a hot water supply apparatus that learns the amount of hot water to be used.
In a technique such as Patent Document 1, when the actual load of the day occurs earlier than the predicted load of the day, it is determined that the load to be used has increased, and the predicted load of the day is avoided to avoid running out of hot water. Carry out many boiling operations. In such a case, if the actual load of the day is simply shifted forward in time, the boiling operation may be performed wastefully.
The subject of this invention is providing the hot-water supply apparatus which can avoid hot water shortage and does not perform useless boiling operation.
A hot water supply apparatus according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a boiling operation unit, a hot water storage tank, a use heat amount data acquisition unit, a use heat amount data storage unit, a predicted heat amount calculation unit, a normal boiling operation control unit, and a predetermined condition determination. Means, an insufficient heat amount calculating means, and an additional boiling operation control means. The boiling operation means performs a boiling operation for heating water and boiling hot water. The hot water storage tank stores hot water. The use heat amount data acquisition means acquires use heat amount data of the hot water used by the user. The used heat quantity data storage means stores the used heat quantity data as hourly used heat quantity data for each time zone. The predicted calorific value calculation means calculates the predicted value of the used heat amount for each time zone based on the past used heat energy data for each time zone as the predicted used heat amount for each time zone, and the predicted value of the used heat amount for the day of the day. Is calculated as the amount of hot water used for today . The normal boiling operation control means causes the boiling operation to be performed as a normal boiling operation from the first time to the second time. The predetermined condition determining means determines when the amount of remaining hot water remaining in the hot water storage tank is insufficient with respect to the amount of heat used, or when the amount of residual hot water heat is excessive with respect to the amount of heat used. Insufficient calorie calculation means, when today's predicted hot water heat consumption is larger than the normal boiling heat amount, which is the amount of heat heated by normal boiling operation, boiling is permitted from today's predicted hot water heat consumption and normal boiling heat energy Calculate the amount of heat. The additional boiling operation control means causes the boiling operation means to perform the additional boiling operation for boiling from the second time to the next first time so as not to exceed the boiling permitted heat amount. The insufficient heat amount calculation means corrects the boiling allowable heat amount so that the boiling allowable heat amount is increased when it is determined that the residual hot heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount, and the residual hot water amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount. When it is determined that the boiling permitted heat amount is reduced, the boiling permitted heat amount is corrected.
In the present invention, hot water produced by a boiling operation in which water is heated from a first time to a second time by a heating means such as a heat exchanger is stored in a hot water storage tank. Here, “between the first time and the second time” is, for example, a night time zone when the electricity bill is reduced, specifically, from 11 pm to 7 am on the following day. It is a time zone. In addition, the present invention stores the amount of heat used by the user for each time zone (for example, a time zone of one hour interval), thereby storing the amount of heat used per time zone (ie, past amount of heat used). Based on the above, the predicted heat usage amount by time zone on the day and the predicted hot water usage amount for today for one day on the day are predicted . And when today's predicted hot water heat consumption is larger than the total hot water storage heat amount, from the second time (7:00 am) to the next first time (11 pm), based on the calculated boiling permission heat amount Perform additional boiling operation. Further, in the present invention, when it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount, the boiling permitted heat amount is corrected so that the boiling permitted heat amount is increased, and the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount. When it is determined that the amount of heat allowed for boiling is reduced, the amount of heat allowed for boiling is corrected, and from that time until the next first time (for example, the end of the daytime period), the corrected amount of heat allowed for boiling is exceeded. The additional boiling operation is performed so that there is not.
In the present invention, the additional boiling operation control means, the calorie calculation means, when it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount, or the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount. The additional boiling operation is performed so as not to exceed the boiling permitted heat amount corrected when judged, for example, when the pace at which hot water is used becomes faster than the predicted hourly predicted heat amount, It can correct | amend so that the calorie | heat amount by an additional boiling operation may increase according to the use pace which became quick. For this reason, for example, even during daytime hours, if hot water is used at a fast pace and the amount of remaining hot water is low, supplementing hot water that is likely to be insufficient by increasing the operation time of additional boiling operation Can do. Further, for example, when the use pace of the hot water becomes slower than the predicted use heat amount for each time zone, correction can be made so that the heat amount by the additional boiling operation is reduced according to the use pace that has become slow. For this reason, we decided to supplement the hot water, but if the hot water usage slows down and the amount of remaining hot water becomes too low, the hot water will be boiled wastefully by reducing the operation time of the additional boiling operation. Can be prevented.
The hot water supply apparatus according to the second invention is the hot water supply apparatus according to the first invention, wherein the insufficient heat amount calculation means calculates the boiling allowable heat amount by subtracting the normal boiling heat amount from the predicted hot water heat amount for today. .
The hot water supply device according to the third invention is the hot water supply device according to the first invention or the second invention, wherein the insufficient heat quantity calculating means calculates the remaining hot water at the current time from the sum of the predicted heat usage by time zone after the current time on the day. The boiling permitted heat amount is corrected to the first heat amount obtained by subtracting the heat amount.
Therefore, if the hot water is used at a fast pace and the amount of heat remaining in the hot water is decreasing, it is possible to make up for the hot water that seems to be insufficient by increasing the operation time of the boiling operation. When the use pace of the hot water becomes slow and the amount of heat of the remaining hot water becomes too low, it is possible to prevent the hot water from being boiled unnecessarily by reducing the operation time of the boiling operation.
A hot water supply apparatus according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the hot water supply apparatus according to the third aspect of the present invention, wherein the additional boiling operation control means is configured such that an additional boiling operation heat amount, which is a sum of heat amounts due to the additional boiling operation for one day, is first The first heat quantity is calculated so as not to be less than the calculated boiling-allowed heat quantity.
In the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, the first heat amount is calculated so that the total amount of heat by the additional boiling operation for one day does not become less than the initially calculated boiling allowable heat amount. That is, when the usage rate of the hot water is different from the predicted case, the amount of heat to be heated by adjusting the additional boiling operation is adjusted by calculating the first heat amount, but the additional boiling operation is actually performed after the adjustment. The first heat amount is calculated so that the sum of the heat amounts added by the heating does not become less than the boiling-permitted heat amount calculated first. For example, even when warm water is used at a slow pace unlike prediction, the time zone in which warm water is used may only be shifted later. In such a case, in the present invention, since the first amount of heat is calculated so that the amount of heat added by the additional boiling operation does not become less than the initially calculated amount of heating permission heat, the time for using the hot water Even if the band is shifted later, the amount of heat can be secured.
A hot water supply apparatus according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the hot water supply apparatus according to any one of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, wherein the predetermined condition determining means determines that the total amount of heat used from the second time to the current time on the day is When it becomes more than the sum total of the prediction use hot water heat amount according to time zone from the 2nd time to the time after the predetermined time in the current time, it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the use heat amount. The predetermined condition determining means also determines that the total amount of heat used from the second time on the current day to the current time after the time when it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the heat used is determined from the second time on the current day to the current time. When it becomes less than the sum total of the predicted hot water heat amount by time period until a predetermined time after the time, it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount. Further, the predetermined condition determining means alternately performs the deficiency determination and the excessive determination.
In the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, the total amount of heat used from the second time on the current day to the current time is calculated based on the predicted heat consumption for each time zone from the second time on the current day to a predetermined time after the current time (for example, two hours later). When it becomes more than the sum, it is determined that the remaining hot water calorie is insufficient with respect to the heat used. That is, if the total amount of heat used from the second time on the current day to the current time is equal to or greater than the sum of the predicted heat usage by time period from the second time on the current day to a predetermined time after the current time, Also means that the pace of use is getting faster and the amount of heat remaining is insufficient. In addition, after it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount, the total amount of used heat amount from the second time on the current day to the current time is a predetermined time after the second time on the current day. When it becomes less than the sum total of the predicted hot water heat amount for each time period until, it is determined that the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount. In this case, the pace of use is slower than predicted, indicating that there is a surplus amount of remaining hot water.
Therefore, when the usage rate of hot water becomes faster than expected, it can be corrected so that the amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation increases according to the increased usage pace. When it becomes late, it can correct | amend so that the calorie | heat amount by an additional boiling operation may decrease according to the slow use pace. For this reason, even if the use pace of warm water differs from prediction, it can be adjusted by adding or subtracting the amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation. As a result, it is possible to prevent the hot water from running out, and to avoid unnecessary additional boiling operation.
A hot water supply apparatus according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the hot water supply apparatus according to any of the first to fifth aspects of the present invention, wherein the predetermined condition determining means is configured such that when the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount, The determination when the amount of hot water is excessive with respect to the amount of heat used is made after the second time.
In the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, the predetermined condition determination means determines when the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount or when the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount after the second time. ing. For example, when the time from the first time to the second time is a night time zone, when the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount during the night time zone, or the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the additional boiling operation from being performed unnecessarily.
A hot water supply apparatus according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the hot water supply apparatus according to any of the first to sixth aspects of the invention, wherein the electricity bill is cheaper than the other time zones in the time zone from the first time to the second time. It is a night time zone.
In the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, the time zone from the first time to the second time is the night time zone (for example, the time zone from 23:00 to 7 on the next day). Therefore, the time zone in which the boiling operation is performed can be performed in the night time zone as much as possible.
A hot water supply apparatus according to an eighth aspect of the present invention is the hot water supply apparatus according to any of the first to seventh aspects of the present invention, wherein the normal boiling heat amount is an amount of heat that can be stored in a hot water storage tank.
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the first invention, the additional boiling operation control means, the calorific value calculating means, when it is determined that the remaining hot water heat quantity is insufficient with respect to the used heat quantity, or the remaining hot water heat quantity is relative to the used heat quantity. Additional heating operation is performed so as not to exceed the corrected boiling allowable heat amount when it is determined that the amount is excessive, for example, faster than the predicted heat consumption by time zone predicted by the pace at which hot water is used. In such a case, the amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation can be corrected so as to increase in accordance with the increased use pace.
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the hot water is being used at a fast pace and the amount of remaining hot water is decreasing, the hot water that is likely to be insufficient can be compensated for by increasing the operation time of the boiling operation. However, if the hot water usage rate slows down and the amount of heat remaining in the hot water becomes too low, it is possible to prevent the hot water from being boiled unnecessarily by reducing the operating time of the boiling operation. .
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the third aspect of the invention, the first amount of heat is calculated so that the amount of heat added by the additional boiling operation does not become less than the initially calculated amount of heat to be allowed to be heated. Even if it is shifted later, the amount of heat can be secured.
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the fourth aspect of the invention, when the hot water usage pace becomes faster than predicted, the amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation can be corrected according to the increased usage pace. When the pace of use becomes slower than predicted, the amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation can be reduced according to the slowed pace of use. For this reason, even if the use pace of warm water differs from prediction, it can be adjusted by adding or subtracting the amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation. As a result, it is possible to prevent the hot water from running out, and to avoid unnecessary additional boiling operation.
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the predetermined condition determining means determines when the remaining hot water heat amount is insufficient with respect to the used heat amount or when the remaining hot water heat amount is excessive with respect to the used heat amount after the second time. Judgment.
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the sixth aspect of the invention, the time zone from the first time to the second time is the night time zone (for example, the time zone from 23:00 to 7 on the next day). Therefore, the time zone in which the boiling operation is performed can be performed in the night time zone as much as possible.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

(2) Hot water storage unit operation (boiling operation)
On the hot
In the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment, in the normal boiling operation, boiling is performed so as to cover today's predicted hot water heat amount to be used later. Then, the amount of heat insufficient in normal boiling operation, i.e. the amount of heat obtained by subtracting the amount of heat that can keep stored in the hot water storage tank over next predicted using hot water heat (hereinafter referred to as boiling allow heat daytime) boiling add up operation To boil. Here, the unit price of electricity charges for daytime hours is higher than the unit price of electricity charges for night hours. Therefore, in order to reduce running costs, it is preferable not to perform additional boiling operation as much as possible. For this reason, in the hot water supply device 1 according to the present embodiment, the amount of heat that is deficient in the normal boiling operation is calculated as the daytime boiling permission heat amount, and the total amount of the boiling heat amount in the additional boiling operation exceeds the daytime boiling permission heat amount. There is no control.

(Compensation control of the amount of heat allowed for daytime boiling)
In the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment, as described above, the predicted amount of hot water used for today is derived, and based on this, the amount of heat allowed for daytime boiling is calculated. However, when the user consumes a larger amount of hot water than the predicted amount of hot water used, it cannot be determined whether the use of hot water is simply advanced or whether the amount of hot water used per day is increased. For this reason, when the amount of hot water used is consumed more than the predicted amount of hot water used for heating, simply increasing the amount of heat allowed for boiling during the day may result in wasteful boiling operation. In order to prevent this, the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment corrects the amount of heat that is allowed to be heated during the day by using the establishment and non-establishment of a predetermined condition (see later) as a trigger. In addition, correction | amendment of this daytime boiling permission calorie | heat amount is performed in a daytime time zone. Hereinafter, based on the flowchart of FIG. 5, correction control of the daytime boiling permission heat amount will be described.
In step S1, it is determined whether there is a condition satisfaction flag. In step S1, if there is a condition satisfaction flag, the process proceeds to step S2, and if there is no condition satisfaction flag, the process proceeds to step S4. The condition satisfaction flag will be described later.
In step S2, it is determined whether or not a predetermined condition is satisfied. The "predetermined condition" here is that the total amount of hot water consumed actually from 7 o'clock to the current time is greater than or equal to the total amount of predicted hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time. Is the time. If the predetermined condition is satisfied in step S2, the process proceeds to step S3. If the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the process returns to step S2.
In step S3, a condition satisfaction flag is set. Note that the “condition establishment flag” here is a flag indicating that the predetermined condition in step S2 described above is established. When step S3 ends, the process proceeds to step S6.
In step S4, it is determined whether or not a predetermined condition is not satisfied. If the predetermined condition is not satisfied in step S4, the process proceeds to step S5, and if the predetermined condition is satisfied, the process returns to step S4.
In step S5, the condition satisfaction flag is deleted. When step S5 ends, the process proceeds to step S6.
In step S6, correction calculation of the daytime boiling permission heat amount is performed. Here, as the correction calculation of the daytime boiling permission heat amount, the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time is subtracted from the predicted hot water heat amount after the current time. When step S6 ends, the process proceeds to step S7.
In step S7, the daytime boiling permission heat quantity is updated to the correction value of the daytime heating permission heat quantity calculated in step S6. When step S7 ends, the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S8, it is determined whether or not the current time is 23:00. In step S8, if the current time is not 23:00, the process returns to step S1, and if the current time is 23:00, the daytime boiling permission heat amount correction control flowchart is terminated.
(Additional boiling operation control)
As described above, the additional boiling operation is performed based on the daytime boiling permission heat amount. Here, the control (when the additional boiling operation is performed) at the time of performing the additional boiling operation will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
In step S11, it is determined whether or not the amount of hot water used actually consumed from 7 o'clock to the current time is greater than the predicted amount of hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time. In step S11, when the amount of hot water actually consumed from 7 o'clock to the current time is larger than the predicted amount of hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time, the process proceeds to step S12, and from 7 o'clock to the current time If the amount of hot water actually consumed up to this point is less than the predicted amount of hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time, the process returns to step S11.
In step S12, it is determined whether the predicted hot water heat amount from the current time to 23:00 is larger than the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time. In step S12, when the predicted hot water heat amount from the current time to 23:00 is larger than the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time, the process proceeds to step S13, and the predicted hot water heat amount from the current time to 23:00 is the remaining hot water amount at the current time. If it is less than the amount of hot water, the process returns to step S11.
In step S13, it is determined whether or not an insufficient amount of heat can be secured 2 hours ago. Specifically, it is calculated based on the value obtained by subtracting the total amount of predicted hot water heat used for 2 hours after the current time from the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time, and the heating capacity of the heat pump unit. If it is determined in step S13 that the insufficient heat quantity can be secured 2 hours ago, the process returns to step S11. If it is determined that the insufficient heat quantity cannot be secured 2 hours ago, the process proceeds to step S14.
In step S14, an additional boiling operation is started. When step S14 ends, the process proceeds to step S15.
In step S15, it is determined whether or not the total amount of heat generated by the additional boiling operation has increased during the day and exceeds the permitted heat amount. In step S15, when the cumulative amount of heating by the additional boiling operation exceeds the permitted heat amount during the daytime boiling, the process proceeds to step S16, and the total boiling heat amount by the additional boiling operation increases by the daytime and exceeds the permitted heat amount. If not, the process returns to step S15.
In step S16, the additional boiling operation is stopped. When step S16 ends, the flowchart of additional boiling operation control ends.
<特徴>
(1)
<Features>
(1)
In the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment, by storing the amount of heat used by the user for each time slot at one hour intervals, based on the stored amount of heat used for each time period (that is, past amount of heat used). Thus, the predicted heat usage by time zone on the day and the predicted hot water heat usage for today are predicted. And when today's predicted hot water heat amount is larger than the total hot water heat amount, an additional boiling operation is performed to increase the daytime boiling and add the permitted heat amount from 7:00 to 23:00. That is, when the amount of heat of hot water stored in the night time zone is insufficient, the insufficient amount of heat is calculated as the daytime boiling allowance heat amount, and the additional boiling operation is performed during the daytime period by the amount of the daytime boiling allowance heat amount. Furthermore, in the present invention, when the predetermined condition is satisfied or when the predetermined condition is not satisfied (see above), the remaining hot water amount remaining in the hot water storage tank at that time is subtracted from the sum of the predicted use heat amount according to time period from that time to 23:00. The amount of heat obtained (corrected daytime boiling permitted heat amount) is calculated, and from that time until the next 23:00, additional boiling operation is performed based on the corrected daytime boiling permitted heat amount.
Therefore, for example, when the pace at which hot water is used becomes faster than the predicted heat consumption by time period predicted, correction is made so that the amount of heat from the additional boiling operation increases according to the increased use pace. Can do.

In the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the above-described embodiment, as the additional boiling operation control, once the additional boiling operation is started, the control is such that the daytime boiling increases and the permitted amount of heat is heated at once, but this is not a limitation. . Below, even if additional boiling operation starts as a modification, additional boiling operation control in the case of stopping additional boiling operation according to conditions is demonstrated based on the flowchart of FIG.
In step S21, it is determined whether or not the amount of hot water actually consumed from 7 o'clock to the current time is larger than the predicted amount of hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time. In step S21, when the amount of hot water actually consumed from 7 o'clock to the current time is larger than the predicted amount of hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time, the process proceeds to step S22. If the amount of hot water actually consumed up to this point is less than the predicted amount of hot water used from 7 o'clock to 4 hours after the current time, the process proceeds to step S24.
In step S22, it is determined whether or not the predicted hot water heat amount from the current time to 23:00 is larger than the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time. In step S22, when the predicted hot water heat amount from the current time to 23:00 is larger than the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time, the process proceeds to step S23, and the predicted hot water heat amount from the current time to 23:00 is the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time. When it is less than the amount of hot water, the process proceeds to step S24.
In step S23, it is determined whether or not an insufficient amount of heat can be secured 2 hours ago. Specifically, it is calculated based on the value obtained by subtracting the total amount of predicted hot water heat used for 2 hours after the current time from the remaining hot water heat amount at the current time, and the heating capacity of the heat pump unit. If it is determined in step S23 that the insufficient heat quantity can be secured 2 hours ago, the process returns to step S21. If it is determined that the insufficient heat quantity cannot be secured 2 hours ago, the process proceeds to step S26.
In step S24, it is determined whether or not an additional boiling operation is being performed. If it is determined in step S24 that the additional boiling operation is being performed, the process proceeds to step S25, and if it is determined that the additional boiling operation is not being performed, the process returns to step S21.
In step S25, the additional boiling operation is stopped. When step S25 ends, the process returns to step S21.
In step S26, the additional boiling operation is started. When step S26 ends, the process proceeds to step 27.

In step S27, when the cumulative amount of heating by the additional boiling operation exceeds the permitted heating amount during the day, the process proceeds to step S28, and the total heating amount by the additional boiling operation exceeds the permitted heating amount during the day. If not, the process returns to step S21.
