Claims (6)
- 被塗布物表面に対し、C−F結合を有する有機樹脂バインダとしてのスルホン酸基がグラフト重合されたポリ4フッ化エチレンであるナフィオン(登録商標)に、光触媒機能を有する金属酸化物を配合した塗料を塗布して乾燥することにより、厚みが5μm以上の塗膜を形成することを特徴とする光触媒塗料の塗布方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が多孔質の酸化チタンである請求項1記載の光触媒塗料の塗布方法。
- 鋼板表面に対し、C−F結合を有する有機樹脂バインダとしてのスルホン酸基がグラフト重合されたポリ4フッ化エチレンであるナフィオン(登録商標)に、光触媒機能を有する金属酸化物を配合した塗料を塗布して乾燥することにより、厚み5μm以上の塗膜が設けられたことを特徴とする鋼板。
- テント地表面に対し、C−F結合を有する有機樹脂バインダとしてのスルホン酸基がグラフト重合されたポリ4フッ化エチレンであるナフィオン(登録商標)に、光触媒機能を有する金属酸化物を配合した塗料を塗布して乾燥することにより、厚み5μm以上の塗膜が設けられたことを特徴とするテント地。
- ガラス表面に対し、C−F結合を有する有機樹脂バインダとしてのスルホン酸基がグラフト重合されたポリ4フッ化エチレンであるナフィオン(登録商標)に、光触媒機能を有する金属酸化物を配合した塗料を塗布して乾燥することにより、厚み5μm以上の塗膜が設けられたことを特徴とするガラス。
- 車体表面に対し、C−F結合を有する有機樹脂バインダとしてのスルホン酸基がグラフト重合されたポリ4フッ化エチレンであるナフィオン(登録商標)に、光触媒機能を有する金属酸化物を配合した塗料を塗布して乾燥することにより、厚み5μm以上の塗膜が設けられたことを特徴とする自動車車体。
