Description
(1)工作の容易な比較的大径の変速機軸径方向油路の一部だけをオリフィスとしているので、従来のような小径の径方向潤滑油噴射孔を設けることに比して工作が容易である。オリフィスで油量コントロールされる油路の先に実際の潤滑油噴射孔を設けるので、孔の角度、方向、個数等の設定に自由度が生じ、斜板等の潤滑性が向上する。細径の潤滑油噴射孔を、薄肉のリテーナに設けるので、製作が容易である。
(2)供給油量を調整するオリフィスを1箇所としたので、オリフィス径を大きくでき、加工性、油量のコントロール性が向上する。潤滑油噴射孔は環状の周方向油路に連通させて設けることができるので、容易に複数個設けることができる。
Claims (2)
- 油圧ポンプと油圧モータを収容するシリンダ部材が、係止部材により変速機軸に一体に設けられ、上記油圧ポンプと油圧モータとの間に、上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧モータ側に作動油を送る高圧油路と、上記油圧モータ側から上記油圧ポンプ側に作動油を送る低圧油路とからなる油圧回路が構成された静油圧式無段変速機の潤滑構造において、
上記係止部材は、コッタとリテーナリングとC型クリップよりなり、
上記変速機の中心に軸方向の変速機軸中心油路が形成されると共に、上記変速機軸中心油路と連通するオリフィスを備えた径方向油路が形成され、
上記シリンダ部材の軸方向端部に隣接して上記変速機軸周面に周方向に指向した第1係止溝が形成されるとともに、該第1係止溝から上記変速機軸端の方向へ間隔を在して第2係止溝が形成され、
半円状に分割形成されたコッタが上記第1係止溝に嵌め込まれ、該コッタを押えるリテーナが上記変速機軸端から上記変速機軸に嵌装されて該リテーナの一端部が上記コッタの外周面を覆い、上記第2係止溝にC形クリップが取り付けられ、
上記リテーナ内周部側において上記変速機軸の外周部との間に設けられた周方向油路から潤滑油を噴射する潤滑油噴射孔が形成されたことを特徴とする静油圧式無段変速機の潤滑構造。 - 上記リテーナ内周部側に設けられた周方向油路は環状を呈し、
上記周方向油路と上記変速機軸中心油路とを連通するオリフィスを備えた径方向油路は1箇所で、かつ上記潤滑油噴射孔は複数個設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静油圧式無段変速機の潤滑構造。
