Description
The present invention relates to a hydrogen supply system for producing hydrogen using wind power generation.
Since hydrogen is obtained by decomposing water, in general, many liquid hydrogen supply points such as liquid hydrogen stations and liquid hydrogen plants are constructed near sea to produce hydrogen using seawater. .
Then, as power for driving a device that decomposes water into hydrogen and oxygen, a commercial power source obtained from a thermal power plant or the like, or a windmill type wind power generator is used. A windmill-type wind power generator includes a blade attached to an upper portion of a support and a generator driven by the rotation of the blade. A technique for producing hydrogen using a wind power generator is described in
However, in the land, especially in Japan, there are only a few areas where the wind is constantly blowing, so the installation locations of factories that produce hydrogen are limited, and it is difficult to supply a large amount of hydrogen. Furthermore, when hydrogen is produced only by wind power generation, electric power cannot be obtained if the wind does not blow, so there is a problem that a stable hydrogen supply amount cannot be obtained. In addition, in the case of land, there are many remote areas where strong winds are always blown. Therefore, when hydrogen is produced in such remote areas, it is difficult to transport hydrogen.
It is also possible to install a wind power generator on the sea near the coast, install a hydrogen production plant on land, and supply the power obtained from the offshore wind power plant to the hydrogen production plant via the submarine cable. However, the construction work of the wind power generation device becomes a marine work, and there is a problem that the installation cost becomes high, and the landscape is also deteriorated.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hydrogen supply system capable of supplying hydrogen as desired by performing wind power generation at a place where wind always blows to produce stable hydrogen.
The hydrogen supply system of the present invention includes a wind power generation system, a hydrogen production apparatus that electrolyzes water with electric power obtained by the wind power generation system to generate hydrogen, and a tank that stores hydrogen obtained by the hydrogen production apparatus. And a transportation means for transporting hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production ship to land.
Examples of the wind power generation system include a windmill equipped with a generator, a sailing ship equipped with a screw, and a sailing ship equipped with a superconducting magnet using the technology of a superconducting propulsion ship.
The electric power generated by the wind power generation system is not only used for the hydrogen production device, but also when the liquefaction device for liquefying gaseous hydrogen is provided, this liquefaction device, when the fresh water device for desalinating seawater is provided, the fresh water device, etc. It can also be supplied to electrical equipment installed on ships. Furthermore, when a secondary battery is provided, the secondary battery can be charged and power can be appropriately supplied from the secondary battery to each device described above.
When seawater is used when hydrogen is produced by a hydrogen production apparatus, it is preferable to provide a freshwater apparatus for desalinating seawater in order to remove salt from the seawater. Furthermore, the hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production apparatus may be stored in the tank as a gas, or may be stored in the tank as liquefied liquid hydrogen. Hydrogen may be stored in a tank in a high pressure state. Furthermore, when liquid hydrogen is stored in a tank, a cooling device for cooling the tank is required. The hydrogen stored in the tank may be transported to the land using the hydrogen production ship as it is as a transportation means, or the hydrogen stored in the tank is recovered with a tanker, and the hydrogen is transported to the land with this tanker. You may make it do.
And when the fuel cell is mounted in a ship, you may use a part of hydrogen obtained with the hydrogen production apparatus for a fuel cell. When liquid hydrogen is used for a fuel cell, the electric power generated by the fuel cell can be used as electric power for driving each electric device and each device equipped on the ship.
In the hydrogen supply system of the present invention, a fleet is formed by a plurality of hydrogen production ships, and these ships are arranged in a trade wind zone. By arranging the hydrogen production ship in the trade wind zone in this way, a stable wind can be obtained, so that stable power generation and stable hydrogen production can be performed.
When a tanker is used as a means of transporting hydrogen, carbon dioxide is stored in advance in the tanker and moved to a hydrogen production ship. When hydrogen is recovered in the tanker, hydrogen is reacted with the stored carbon dioxide. It can also be transported to the land in the state of being changed to methane, which has good stability.
In consideration of safety, the hydrogen production ship is moved while avoiding a storm based on a precise weather forecast. Furthermore, since the trade wind zone is a public property of mankind, it is preferable to determine the right of navigation and power generation by appropriate competitive bidding.
Moreover, when a wind power generation system is provided with a superconducting generator or a superconducting magnet, it is necessary to cool these devices. Therefore, in the present invention, when a superconducting device is provided, it is preferable that a liquefying device for liquefying gaseous hydrogen obtained by the hydrogen production device and a cooling mechanism for cooling the superconducting device are provided. The cooling mechanism can be configured by a refrigerant circulation mechanism that supplies liquid hydrogen from the liquefaction device to the superconducting device to cool the superconducting device and collects the cooled hydrogen in the liquefaction device. Note that a pump is required to circulate the liquid hydrogen that cools the superconducting equipment through the circulation path of the refrigerant circulation mechanism. In order to drive the pump, electric power is required, but in the present invention, the electric power generated by the superconducting generator can also be used as it is to drive the pump.
When a superconducting generator is used in a wind power generation system, the superconducting generator can obtain a large amount of power while being a small generator. As a superconducting generator, for example, a rotating body connected to a rotating shaft of a blade, an armature coil disposed around the rotating body, a magnetic shield disposed on the outer periphery of the armature coil, and a rotating body And a superconducting magnetic field coil disposed around the outer periphery of the cooling chamber.
Thus, by using a superconducting generator as a generator used for wind power generation, power generation efficiency is greatly improved while being smaller and lighter than a generator not using a normal superconducting (magnetic field) coil.
Furthermore, the wind power generation system can be configured by mounting a windmill including a blade, a generator driven by the rotation of the blade, and a column on which the blade is attached to the top on the hull. In the case of a wind power generation system using a windmill, power is generated by a generator when the blades rotate by receiving wind.
By the way, since a windmill is installed on a ship, some thrust generate | occur | produces simultaneously with generating electric power using a windmill. Since hydrogen production ships try to move under the influence of this thrust and wave, in the present invention, a large resistance is given to the moving direction, such as flowing a sea anchor, so as to stay in the designated sea area as much as possible. preferable. And when it deviates from the designated sea area, the power generation is temporarily stopped, the sea anchor is pulled up, and the ship sails by itself and returns to the designated sea area.
Further, when the sea anchor is not used, wind power generation may be performed while staying in a certain sea area by turning a screw in water. In this way, if the water velocity is zero, there is almost no energy loss due to wave resistance.
Further, the wind power generation system may be configured to include a sail, a screw, and a generator that are arranged on the ship. In the case of this configuration, the screw is placed in water and connected to the generator in a rotatable manner, and the wind is received by the sail to run the hull so that the screw is rotated and power is generated by the generator.
When a hydrogen production ship is used as a sailing ship, the sailing ship can sail upwind, so if it sails in a zigzag, it can continue sailing in the same sea area. As a result, power can always be generated while being a sailing ship. By the way, when sailing, energy loss occurs due to wave resistance. Since the energy loss due to the wave-making resistance increases in proportion to the second to the third power of the speed, the energy loss becomes considerably large at a high speed, and the wind energy obtained at the corner is consumed as the wave-making energy. Therefore, when wind power generation is performed by a sailing ship, it is preferable to sail the sailing ship at a low speed.
The wind power generation system includes a sail attached to the ship, a penetrating cylindrical duct attached to the bottom of the ship, a superconducting coil disposed on the outer periphery of the duct, and a long electrode disposed in the duct. It can be set as the structure provided. This configuration takes the principle of a superconducting propulsion ship in reverse and generates power using magnetohydrodynamics.
According to the wind power generation system having this configuration, when water is circulated in the duct by exciting the superconducting coil and generating a magnetic field while receiving the wind from the sail and running the ship, Electricity can be generated by flowing current through the electrode through the water. Theoretically, since the generator and the motor are two sides of the same, the propulsion unit that runs the same superconducting propulsion vessel becomes a generator if the superconducting propulsion vessel runs on wind power.
When wind power generation using a sailing ship is performed, an optimum sail angle is set in consideration of wind direction, wave direction, wave resistance, and the like. And in order to determine a sailing direction and to generate electric power, it is preferable to perform computer control and optimize so that the maximum electric power can be obtained.
When wind power generation using the technology of a superconducting propulsion ship is performed, it is preferable to include a liquefaction device that liquefies gaseous hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production device and a cooling mechanism that cools the superconducting coil with liquid hydrogen. Also in this case, the cooling mechanism can be configured using a refrigerant circulation mechanism that circulates liquid hydrogen between the liquefaction device and the superconducting coil.
According to the hydrogen supply system of the present invention, a hydrogen production ship navigates a wide windy sea area and can always move to a windy place, so that stable wind power generation can always be performed, and stable hydrogen production can always be achieved. Yes. As a result, wind energy can be converted into hydrogen with good form stability and stored, so that stable energy supply is possible.
By transporting hydrogen with a ship that sails at sea, mass transport is possible, and transport efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, when a superconducting generator or a superconducting magnet is used in the wind power generation system, liquid hydrogen can be used for cooling these superconducting devices by liquefying the hydrogen produced by the hydrogen production apparatus. Further, by storing the liquid hydrogen in a tank and transporting it to the land, the liquid hydrogen can be used as a fuel for an electric vehicle or the like.
By using a superconducting generator in the wind power generation system, the generation efficiency of electric energy can be improved.
