前記現在位置及び前記地図データに基づき、前記案内経路に沿って走行している道路の前記現在位置から前方の所定距離内に交差点が存在するか否かを判定する交差点判定手段と、
前記交差点が前記所定距離内に存在するとの判定が前記交差点判定手段によりなされたとき、前記道路のうち前記交差点に進入する対向路線側車線が渋滞しているか否かを前記交通情報に基づき判定する渋滞判定手段と、
前記対向路線側車線が渋滞しているとの判定が前記渋滞判定手段によりなされたとき、前記案内経路が前記対向路線側車線以外の車線を含むか否かを判定する経路判定手段と、
