Description
In particular, the present invention relates to a contact substrate capable of easily and reliably conducting a conductive connection between a mounting portion of an elastic contact and an electrode portion of the substrate, and a manufacturing method thereof.
In order to satisfactorily conduct electrical tests on ultra-fine electronic components, contact substrates having spiral contacts as elastic contacts have been developed. The contact board can also be used as a connector between the electronic component and the board.
In the following
For example, FIG. 8 of
The conductive adhesive has both the role of electrically connecting the mount portion and the electrode portion of the printed circuit board and the role of fixing and holding the mount portion and the electrode portion.
However, when the contact board is used in a high temperature environment, the conductive adhesive deteriorates, the conductive fillers contained in the conductive adhesive are separated, and the mount part and the printed board electrode. There is a problem that the conduction state between the parts becomes unstable.
In addition, in the bonding process using the conductive adhesive, the electrical resistance between the mount part and the electrode part must be properly controlled unless various conditions such as application conditions, pressure conditions, and heating conditions of the conductive adhesive are controlled. However, the manufacturing process itself becomes complicated and the time required for the process becomes longer because various conditions as described above must be controlled with high accuracy. .
Therefore, the present invention is for solving the above-described conventional problems, and a contact board capable of easily and surely connecting between the mounting part of the elastic contact and the electrode part of the board as compared with the conventional one, and its manufacture It aims to provide a method.
The contact board in the present invention is
An elastic contact having a conductive elastic arm extending from the proximal end toward the distal end; and a conductive mount portion integrally connected to the elastic arm at the proximal end; and an electrode portion on the surface. And having a substrate
The mount portion is formed only on one side of the elastic arm,
Between said mounting portion said electrode portion, the protruding portion of the conductive is interposed, the provided protruding portion and the mounting portion through said electrode portion is electrically connected, the previous SL projections not interposed An adhesive layer is interposed between the mount portion and the electrode portion . Thereby, the mount part and the electrode part can be conductively connected easily and reliably as compared with the conventional case. In addition, the electrical resistance between the mount portion and the electrode portion can be reduced as compared with the case where a conductive adhesive is used.
In the present invention, it is preferable that a plurality of the protrusions are provided. Thereby, the mount part and the electrode part can be conductively connected more reliably.
In the present invention, for example, the protrusions are provided point-symmetrically with respect to an arbitrarily set center point, or are provided at at least two corners of the mount portion.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the protruding portion is bonded in a state of being in contact with both the mount portion and the electrode portion. That is, in this embodiment, no adhesive or the like is interposed between the protrusion and the mount or between the protrusion and the electrode. Accordingly, the mount portion and the electrode portion can be reliably connected to each other via the protrusion.
In the present invention, an adhesive layer is interposed in a portion between the mount portion and the electrode portion where the protruding portion is not interposed. The adhesive used for the adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use an adhesive having excellent durability such as thermal stability as compared with a conventionally used conductive adhesive. The continuity between the mount part and the electrode part can be stabilized by the projection part, and the joint between the mount part and the electrode part is made stronger by interposing not only the projection part but also the adhesive layer. This is preferable.
In the present invention, it is preferable that metal is bonded between the protrusion and the mount, and between the protrusion and the electrode.
Or in this invention, it is preferable that the said contact bonding layer is interposed also between the said projection part and the said mount part, or between the said protrusion part and the said electrode part, and the said contact bonding layer is anisotropic conductive paste.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the opposing side portion facing the elastic arm of the mount and the outer side portion opposite to the opposing side portion are formed in a concave curved shape .
Further, in the present invention, a plurality of the elastic contacts are provided, each elastic contact is held by a sheet member, and the adhesive layer is between the mount portion and the electrode portion where the protruding portion is not interposed. it may be in a form which is also interposed between the said sheet member substrate with interposed. Thereby, the elastic contact can be appropriately fixed and held on the substrate.
In the present invention, the elastic arm can be spiral.
The contact board according to the present invention includes an elastic contact having a conductive elastic arm extending from the base end toward the tip, and a conductive mount portion integrally connected to the base arm at the base end; A substrate having a surface provided with an electrode portion, and a conductive protrusion is interposed between the mount portion and the electrode portion, and the mount portion and the electrode portion are interposed via the protrusion portion. It is characterized by conducting connection. Thereby, the mount part and the electrode part can be conductively connected easily and reliably as compared with the conventional case. Further, the electrical resistance between the mount part and the electrode part can be reduced as compared with the case where a conductive adhesive is used.

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the spiral contactor having a structure different from that of FIG. 3, and FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 are plan views of the spiral contactor for explaining the formation position and the like of the protrusion provided between the electrode part and the electrode part of the substrate. 7 to 12 are process diagrams (partial cross-sectional views) showing a method for manufacturing a contact board according to the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a process diagram for explaining a method for manufacturing a contact board different from FIGS. In each figure, the X1-X2 direction indicates the width direction, the Y1-Y2 direction indicates the length direction, the Z1-Z2 direction indicates the height direction, and each direction has a relationship orthogonal to the remaining two directions.
A
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
Alternatively, the
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a
As shown in FIG. 3, five
The protrusion 30 (B) and the protrusion 30 (C) shown in FIG. 3 are point-symmetric with respect to the protrusion 30 (A), and the protrusion 30 (D) and the protrusion 30 (E). ) Is point-symmetric with respect to the protrusion 30 (A). Thus, by arranging the
In FIG. 1, an
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, a spherical contact (BGA) 36 is provided on the
In FIG. 1, the
The formation position of the
In FIG. 4, similarly to FIG. 3, a conductive protrusion 30 (A) is provided at the position of the center point O of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the
The
The plurality of
The

A
Next, in the step shown in FIG. 8, a
Next, in the step shown in FIG. 9, the
Next, in the step shown in FIG. 10, the
Next, in the step shown in FIG. 11, the
Next, in the step shown in FIG. 12, with the
As shown in FIG. 1, when the
As described above, since the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The
Further, the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the spiral contact is used as one configuration of the elastic contact bonded to the substrate. However, the elastic contact is not limited to the spiral contact, and is made of, for example, a stressed metal. What comprised the elastic contact may be used.
