Description

The present invention includes a turntable that is provided so as to be rotatable in a horizontal direction and that conveys an alignment target object supplied to the upper surface in the rotation direction, and a guide that is provided non-rotatingly above the turntable. Thus, the present invention relates to an alignment supply apparatus that aligns the alignment objects while moving them along the guides and carries them out of the turntable.

The alignment supply device is provided in, for example, an automatic inspection device or an automatic packaging device, and aligns the postures of inspection objects and packaging objects (alignment objects) supplied into the apparatus in a line. After that, it is configured to be carried out to the next process (outside). Examples of the inspection object and the packaging object include relatively small articles such as tablets, capsules, confectionery such as candy, washers, buttons, and batteries. As such an alignment supply device, a device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-95315 is conventionally known.

As shown in FIG. 3, the aligning and feeding apparatus 50 supports a turntable 51 rotatably provided around a rotation center axis along a vertical direction, and rotates at a constant speed in the direction indicated by an arrow. A rotary drive mechanism (not shown), an arc-shaped outer periphery guide 52 disposed above the outer periphery of the turntable 51, a carry-out guide 53 connected to the guide end of the outer periphery guide 52, and the rotation of the turntable 51 First, second and third guide plates 57, 58, 59 arranged from the center side toward the outer peripheral side, a regulating member 61 for regulating the height direction of the alignment target H, and the alignment target H An exclusion mechanism 62 that returns to the inside of the turntable 51 is formed.

The first, second, and third guide plates 57, 58, and 59 are supported by a support member 60 that is non-rotatably provided at the rotation center position of the turntable 51. The alignment target H supplied above and conveyed in the direction of the arrow is guided toward the outer periphery of the turntable 51.

The outer peripheral guide 52 is formed such that the distance between the inner side surface (inner peripheral surface) and the rotation center axis of the turntable 51 gradually decreases from the vicinity of the center to the guide end. The alignment object H guided to the outer peripheral side of the turntable 51 by the second and third guide plates 57, 58, 59 is aligned while being guided along the inner side surface serving as a guide surface.

The carry-out guide 53 has one end connected to the guide terminal end of the outer periphery guide 52 and the other end extending linearly toward the outside of the turntable 51, and the first guide member 54. A row of alignment objects which are composed of a second linear guide member 55 which is arranged in parallel with and opposite to the member 54 in the same horizontal plane with a predetermined interval, and which is in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral guide 52 and aligned. H is introduced between the first guide member 54 and the second guide member 55 and guided toward the outside of the turntable 51. The first guide member 54 is longer in length than the second guide member 55, and the one end thereof extends to the outer peripheral guide 52 side from the end of the second guide member 55, and the outer peripheral guide 52 is connected to the guide terminal.

The restricting member 61 is formed of a flat plate-like member and is disposed above the turntable 51 from the guide end of the outer periphery guide 52 to the one end of the first guide member 54 at a predetermined interval. The height direction of the alignment target object H aligned by 52 is regulated, and only the one-stage alignment target object H is passed. Specifically, the upright alignment target object Ha is laid down (see FIG. 4A), and the alignment target object Hb above the second stage of the alignment target object H stacked in two or more stages is moved. Dropping down (see FIG. 4B), the alignment object H is arranged in one stage.

The exclusion mechanism 62 includes a rotation roller 63 provided between the restriction member 61 and the second guide member 55 and a rotation table, which is rotatable around a rotation center axis along the vertical direction. Alignment objects which are composed of a rotation drive mechanism (not shown) that rotates in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of 51 (not shown), etc., and are conveyed in sliding contact with the first guide member 54 as shown in FIG. An alignment object other than H (an alignment object to be excluded) Hc is flipped by the rotating roller 63 and moved to the inside of the turntable 51.

According to the conventional aligning and supplying apparatus 50 configured as described above, first, the alignment object H is supplied from the supplying apparatus 80 onto the turntable 51 that is rotated in the direction of the arrow by a rotation drive mechanism (not shown). Supplied. The supplied alignment object H is conveyed in the rotation direction by the rotation of the turntable 51, guided by the first guide plate 57 or the second guide plate 58, and moved toward the outer periphery of the turntable 51. The state is aligned in about 1 to 3 rows along the inner surface of the outer circumferential guide 52.

The aligned objects H aligned in this way then pass below the regulating member 61, and at that time, they are laid down and arranged in one row by the regulating member 61. The object Hc is repelled toward the center side of the turntable 51 by the rotating roller 63, whereby the alignment objects H are aligned in a row and in a row.

Then, the alignment objects H aligned in one row and one row are introduced between the first guide member 54 and the second guide member 55 from the introduction portion 56 of the carry-out guide 53 and outward of the turntable 51. It is carried out towards.

The above-described exclusion mechanism 62 includes a configuration (exclusion mechanism 64) as shown in FIG. The exclusion mechanism 64 includes a shaft 65, a rotary solenoid 66 that holds the shaft 65 horizontally, a support member 67 that supports the rotary solenoid 66, and an upper end fixed to the shaft 65. Is constituted by a swinging member 68 that is swung in the direction indicated by an arrow in a plane orthogonal to the shaft 65 via the shaft 65.

As shown in FIG. 7, the exclusion mechanism 64 has a swinging direction of the swinging member 68 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the carry-out guide 53, and a lower end portion of which contacts the alignment target object Hc to be excluded. It is possible to arrange between the regulating member 61 and the second guide member 55.

Thus, in this exclusion mechanism 64, the alignment object Hc to be excluded is repelled toward the center side of the turntable 51 by coming into contact with the swinging member 68, thereby aligning the alignment object aligned by the outer peripheral guide 52. Objects H are arranged in a line (see FIG. 7).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-95315

By the way, the alignment target object H is conveyed in the rotation direction together with the turntable 51 by the frictional force acting between the upper surface of the turntable 51.

For this reason, when the alignment object (alignment object to be excluded) Hc bounced by the rotating roller 63 or the swinging member 68 contacts the subsequent alignment object H, the alignment state of the subsequent alignment object H is changed. It tends to be disturbed or stop moving.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8A, the alignment target object Hc to be excluded is in contact with the alignment target object (outermost alignment target object) H to be aligned in sliding contact with the first guide member 54. In this case, at the time of exclusion, the force is transmitted from the alignment object Hc to be excluded to the alignment object H in the outermost row, and the alignment state is disturbed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8B, when being excluded, the alignment object Hc to be excluded collides with the alignment object H in the outermost row that follows, and then toward the inside of the turntable 51. In the case of movement, the collision stops the movement of the alignment target H in the outermost row and disturbs the alignment state.

Thus, when the alignment state of the alignment objects H in the outermost row is disturbed or stopped moving, the alignment state becomes discontinuous, and the number of alignment objects H carried out of the apparatus per time decreases. In other words, the efficiency of unloading the alignment target object H is lowered, which causes a problem that the processing efficiency in the subsequent process is lowered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an alignment supply apparatus that can efficiently carry out the alignment objects aligned in one row without interruption.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
A turntable that is provided so as to be horizontally rotatable and conveys the alignment target object supplied to the upper surface in the rotation direction;
A first guide that is provided non-rotating above the turntable and guides the supplied alignment object toward the outer periphery of the turntable;
Similarly, an arcuate guide provided non-rotatingly above the turntable and on the outer peripheral side of the turntable with respect to the first guide, the alignment object guided by the first guide on the inner surface A second guide that is aligned while being guided from the guide start end side to the guide end side,
A first guide member having one end connected to the guide end of the second guide and the other end extending outward from the turntable, and a second guide disposed opposite to the first guide member with a space therebetween. A guide member is provided, and a row of alignment objects that are in sliding contact with the inner side surface of the second guide and are aligned are introduced between the first guide member and the second guide member, and are placed outward of the turntable. A third guide to guide,
An exclusion means provided in front of the introduction portion of the third guide and configured to return an alignment target object other than the alignment target object conveyed in sliding contact with the inner surface of the second guide to the inside of the turntable. In the aligned feeding device,
In the vicinity of the second guide and / or the first guide member in which the exclusion means is disposed, a suction space that opens to the inner surface thereof is formed, and
The present invention relates to an aligning and supplying apparatus comprising a suction means that is connected to the suction space and sucks outside air through the opening.

According to the present invention, first, the turntable is rotated along the second guide in the direction from the guide start end toward the guide end, and the alignment target is appropriately supplied onto the rotating turntable. The supplied alignment object is conveyed in the rotation direction by the rotation of the turntable, guided by the first guide and moved toward the outer periphery of the turntable, and then the inner surface (inner periphery) serving as the guide surface of the second guide. It is in a state of being arranged in about 1 to 3 rows along the surface.

The alignment objects aligned in this way follow a path between the first guide member and the second guide member of the third guide through the guide end of the second guide. The alignment target object (the outermost alignment target object) conveyed in sliding contact with the inner side surface of the two guides is sucked by the suction means through the opening formed on the inner side surface of the second guide and / or the first guide member. It moves while being sucked and attracted to the inner surface. On the other hand, the alignment objects other than the outermost row (the alignment objects to be excluded) are returned (excluded) to the inside (that is, the center side) of the turntable by the exclusion means.

In this way, in the present invention, the outermost aligned objects aligned by the second guide are sucked by the suction means and moved while being attracted to the inner surface of the second guide and / or the first guide member. Since the alignment target object to be excluded is excluded inside the turntable, the alignment state of the alignment target object in the outermost row can be made stable, for example, the alignment target object to be excluded When removing an object, even if the exclusion force acts on the succeeding outermost row of alignment objects or the alignment object of the exclusion object collides, the disturbance is less than that of the conventional device described above. A relatively continuous alignment state is well maintained.

Thus, the alignment objects aligned by the second guide are arranged in one of the outermost rows in the course of following the movement path, and thereafter, the first guide member and the second guide are introduced from the introduction portion of the carry-out guide. It is introduced between the guide members and carried out toward the outside of the turntable.

In the above, if the suction force of the suction means is too strong, a large frictional force is generated between the inner side surface and the alignment target object, and this frictional force causes the alignment target object and the turntable upper surface to be aligned. There is a possibility that slipping occurs and the conveyance of the alignment objects is hindered. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the suction force appropriately so that the conveyance of the alignment target object is not hindered and the disturbance of the alignment state can be avoided.

In this sense, the opening is preferably formed at the lower end of the second guide and / or the first guide member. In this way, the alignment object in the outermost row is attracted toward the lower end opening of the second guide and / or the first guide member, and is attracted to both the upper surface of the turntable and the inner side surface. It becomes. As described above, when a suction force is applied to the outermost alignment target object, a frictional force is generated between the alignment target object and the inner side surface, which becomes a factor that hinders the conveyance of the alignment target object. By attracting the alignment object to both the upper surface of the turntable and the inner surface, the frictional force between the alignment object and the turntable upper surface can be increased. Therefore, the frictional force generated between the alignment object and the inner surface is offset by the increase in frictional force generated between the alignment object and the upper surface of the turntable, and the alignment object is transported in a stable state. Can do.

According to the aligning and supplying apparatus of the present invention, the outermost aligned objects aligned by the second guide are sucked by the suction means and attracted to the inner surface of the second guide and / or the first guide member. Since the alignment target object to be excluded is excluded while being moved in the above, the alignment state of the alignment target object in the outermost row should be relatively continuous and stable as compared with the above-described conventional apparatus. Therefore, the alignment objects can be efficiently carried out and supplied to the outside of the apparatus.

In addition, if the opening is formed at the lower end of the second guide and / or the first guide member, the outermost aligned objects are attracted to both the upper surface of the turntable and the inner surface. This can be transported in a stable state.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of an alignment supply apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view in the direction of arrows AA in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the alignment supply device 1 of this example includes a plate 10 having a circular accommodation hole 10 a formed in a plan view, and a rotation center axis along the vertical direction so as to be rotatable around the accommodation hole 10 a. The turntable 11 that is arranged and supplied with the alignment object H on the upper surface, a rotation drive mechanism (not shown) that supports the turntable 11 and rotates at a constant speed in the direction of arrow B, and the outer periphery of the turntable 11 An arc-shaped outer peripheral guide (second guide) 12 provided above the section, a carry-out guide 13 connected to the guide terminal end 12b of the outer peripheral guide 12, and the turntable 11 disposed above the outer peripheral guide 12 An internal guide (first guide) 20, a regulating member 17 that regulates the height direction of the alignment target H, a rejection mechanism 18 that returns the alignment target H to the inside of the turntable 11, and the interior is hollow. A suction member 31 made of a housing-like member and disposed in the notch-shaped accommodation portions 12c and 14a formed in the outer periphery guide 12 and the carry-out guide 13, and suction for sucking and exhausting air in the suction member 31 The mechanism 32 is configured.

Above the turntable 11, a supply port 6 of a supply device (not shown) for supplying the alignment object H is opened, and the alignment object H is supplied onto the tar table 11 from the supply port 6. This is conveyed in the direction of arrow B by the rotation of the turntable 11.

The internal guide 20 includes four members, a first internal member 21, a second internal member 22, a third internal member 23, and a fourth internal member 24 that are sequentially arranged in the rotational direction of the tar table 11. The first internal member 21 having two projecting portions 21a and 21b is disposed near the rotation center of the turntable 11, and the second internal member 22 faces the first internal member 21 across the supply port 6. Arranged. Thus, the alignment object H supplied from the supply port 6 is guided toward the third internal member 23 while being sandwiched between the first internal member 21 and the second internal member 22.

Further, the third internal member 23 is disposed such that the guide terminal end portion 23a is located outside the guide start end portion 24a of the fourth internal member 24 (on the outer peripheral side of the turntable 11), and the first internal member 23 The alignment target H guided by the second inner member 21 and the second inner member 22 is guided toward the fourth inner member 24 by the inner side surface of the third inner member 23, and then by the outer side surface of the fourth inner member 24. Guided toward the outer periphery guide 12.

The guide members 21, 22, 23, and 24 are fixed to the lower surface of a support plate (not shown) disposed above the turntable 11.

The outer peripheral guide 12 is supported by the plate 10 and formed such that the distance between the inner side surface (inner peripheral surface) and the rotation center axis of the turntable 11 gradually decreases from the guide start end 12a to the guide end point 12b. The alignment object H guided by the fourth inner member 24 is aligned while being guided along the inner surface thereof.

The carry-out guide 13 has one end connected to the guide terminal end 12b of the outer periphery guide 12, and the other end side extended to the outside of the turntable 11, and the linear first guide member 14 and the first guide. A second linear guide member 15 that is arranged in parallel with and opposite to the member 14 in the same horizontal plane at a predetermined interval, and is arranged to align a row of alignment objects H aligned in sliding contact with the outer peripheral guide 12. It is introduced between the first guide member 14 and the second guide member 15 and guided toward the outside of the turntable 11.

The restriction member 17 is formed of a flat plate member, similar to the restriction member 61 of the alignment supply device 50 described above, and is arranged above the turntable 11 at a certain interval in the vicinity of the guide end 12b of the outer peripheral guide 12. The height direction of the alignment target object H that is provided and aligned by the outer periphery guide 12 is regulated, for example, as shown in FIG. ), The alignment target object Hb above the second stage of the alignment target object H stacked in two or more stages is dropped and only the one-stage alignment target object H is passed.

The exclusion mechanism 18 has the same configuration as the above-described exclusion mechanism 64 shown in FIG. 6, and includes a shaft 65, a rotary solenoid 66 that holds the shaft 65 horizontally, and a support that supports the rotary solenoid 66. A member 67 and an upper end portion are fixed to the shaft 65, and the rotary solenoid 66 is actuated so as to be swung in the direction orthogonal to the shaft 65 through the shaft 65. Is done. In this exclusion mechanism 18, the swinging direction of the swinging member 68 is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the carry-out guide 13, and the lower end thereof is conveyed in sliding contact with the alignment target Hc to be excluded (the outer peripheral guide 12). The alignment target object Hc) other than the alignment target object H) is disposed between the restricting member 17 and the second guide member 15 so as to be in contact with the alignment target object Hc, and comes into contact with the swinging member 68 to thereby be excluded. Is flipped to the center side of the turntable 11, whereby the alignment objects H aligned by the outer peripheral guide 12 are arranged in one row (see FIG. 7).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the connection portion between the guide terminal end 12 b of the outer peripheral guide 12 and one end of the first guide member 14 has an outer surface (opposite to the center of the turntable 11). Notch-shaped accommodating portions 12c and 14a that open to the bottom surface and the bottom surface are formed, and are further communicated with the accommodating portions 12c and 14a, respectively, and notched portions that are open to the bottom surface and the inner surface (guide surface). 12d and 14b are formed, and the distal end portion of the suction member 31 is accommodated in the accommodating portions 12c and 14a as described above.

As shown in FIG. 2, the suction member 31 has an open front end surface and a lower surface, and the internal space communicates with the notches 12d and 14b through the opening 31a. The suction member 31 is supported by the outer peripheral guide 12, the first guide member 14, the plate 10, and the like.

The suction mechanism 32 includes a suction pump 33, a joint 34 joined to a through hole 31 b formed on the upper surface of the suction member 31, and a connection pipe 35 connecting the suction pump 33 and the joint 34. The air in the suction member 31 is sucked and exhausted by the pump 33. When the air in the suction member 31 is sucked by the suction pump 33, the opening that opens on the inner surface of the outer peripheral guide 12 and the first guide member 14 through the notches 12 d and 14 b communicating with the inner space of the suction member 31. Outside air is sucked from 30 and the alignment object H conveyed while being in sliding contact with the inner surface of the outer peripheral guide 12 and the first guide member 14 is attracted to the inner surface and the upper surface of the turntable 11 by this suction force. It becomes a state. Thus, the interior space of the notches 12d and 14b and the suction member 31 functions as a suction space. The height dimension of the opening 30 is determined in relation to the height dimension of the alignment target H, and is set as appropriate within a range not exceeding the height of the alignment target H.

According to the aligning and supplying apparatus 1 of the present example configured as described above, first, the turntable 11 is rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow B by a rotation drive mechanism (not shown), and on the rotating turntable 11. The alignment target H is appropriately supplied from a supply port 6 of a supply device (not shown).

The supplied alignment object H is conveyed in the rotation direction by the rotation of the turntable 11, and is guided by the first internal member 21, the second internal member 22, the third internal member 23, and the fourth internal member 24 to turn. After moving toward the outer periphery of the table 11, the outer peripheral guide 12 is arranged in about 1 to 3 rows. The alignment object H that could not pass between the third internal member 23 and the fourth internal member 24 passes between the fourth internal member 24 and the first internal member 21 and passes through the supply port 6. Reflux down.

The aligned objects H aligned as described above are then arranged in a single stage via the restricting member 17, and then the unloading guide through the guide end 12 b of the outer peripheral guide 12. The route that leads between the 13 first guide members 14 and the second guide members 15 is followed. In the course of this movement, the alignment target object (outermost alignment target object) H slidably brought into contact with the inner surface of the outer peripheral guide 12 is one of the guide terminal end 12b of the outer peripheral guide 12 and the first guide member 14. Through the opening 30 formed on the inner side surface of the end, it is sucked by the suction pump 33 and moved while being attracted to the inner side surface and the upper surface of the turntable 11, and from the introduction portion 16 of the carry-out guide 13 to the first guide member 14. And the second guide member 15 are carried out toward the outside of the turntable 11. On the other hand, the alignment objects (alignment objects to be excluded) H other than the outermost row are returned (excluded) to the inner side (that is, the center side) of the turntable 11 by the exclusion mechanism 18 and are moved to the third inner member 23. Move towards.

As described above, in the alignment supply device 1 of this example, the outermost row of alignment objects H aligned by the outer periphery guide 12 is sucked by the suction mechanism 32, and the inner surfaces of the outer periphery guide 12 and the first guide member 14 and Since the alignment object Hc to be excluded is excluded inside the turntable 11 while being moved while being attracted to the upper surface of the turntable 11, the alignment state of the alignment objects H in the outermost row is stabilized. For example, when the alignment target object Hc to be excluded is excluded, the exclusion force acts on the subsequent alignment object H in the outermost row, or the alignment target object Hc to be excluded collides. Even so, the disturbance is less than that of the above-described conventional apparatus, a relatively continuous alignment state is maintained well, and the alignment object H can be efficiently carried out and supplied to the outside of the apparatus.

When a suction force is applied to the outermost row of alignment objects H, a frictional force is generated between the alignment object H and the inner surface, and the alignment object H is stably conveyed by this frictional force. In this example, the alignment target object H is attracted to both the upper surface of the turntable 11 and the inner side surface, and therefore, between the alignment target object H and the upper surface of the turntable 11. Since the frictional force generated between the alignment target object H and the inner side surface can be offset by the increased frictional force, the alignment target object H is transported in a stable state. can do.

As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of this invention was described, the specific aspect which this invention can take is not limited to this at all.

For example, in the above-described example, it is sufficient that the opening 30 is formed in the vicinity where the exclusion mechanism 18 is provided. When the position where the exclusion mechanism 18 is provided is different from the above, the opening 30 is accordingly provided. What is necessary is just to change the formation position of the part 30. FIG. For example, when the exclusion mechanism 18 is provided on the upstream side in the transport direction from the above case, the opening 30 may be formed only in the peripheral guide 12 in the vicinity thereof, as shown in FIG. Similarly, the length of the first guide member 14 is longer than that of the second guide member 15, and the end of the first guide member 14 is provided so as to extend from the end of the second guide member 15 toward the outer peripheral guide 12. When the exclusion mechanism 18 is provided so as to face the first guide member 14, the opening 30 may be formed only in the first guide member 14.

In the above example, the opening 30 is formed at the lower end of the outer peripheral guide 12 and the first guide member 14, but the present invention is not limited to this, and may be formed above this. However, in this case, since the force for attracting the alignment target object H onto the turntable 11 is weakened, the stable conveyance of the alignment target object H is hindered by the frictional force between the alignment target object H and the inner side surface. There is concern about being done. Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to appropriately adjust the suction force of the suction pump 33 to such an extent that the conveyance of the alignment object H is not hindered and the disturbance of the alignment state can be avoided.
