Description
そしてこの場合、ボルト11操作により継手本体1とフランジ体8とを一体接続させるパッキン6圧縮時には、パッキン6の圧縮に応じて押出軸20Aをパッキン6(座板7)より外側に進出させ、ホルダ15をテーパ面13に押し付け、前実施例同様テーパ面13からは各抜け止め玉14に対して管Pの中心方向に押し込む押し込み力を作用させる状態とさせて、各抜け止め玉14を管Pの外面に強制的に押し付けて継手受け口部1aから接続管Pが抜け出るのを防止するように構成している。
上記からも明らかなように、パッキン6一側の同一円周上に押出軸20Aの挿入する複数の軸挿入孔24を等間隔に開設させ、抜け止め玉14を保持するホルダ15に一面側を当接させる押出軸20Aの他端をパッキン6の軸挿入孔24
に摺動自在に挿入させ、継手本体1とフランジ体8との一体接続によるパッキン6の圧縮時に押出軸20Aをパッキン6より進出させて、抜け止め玉14を接続管P外面に押し付けるもので、パッキン6の貫通軸孔に押出軸を貫通保持させる構成などに比べ、軸孔を通しての漏水などを防止し、パッキン6による止水性能を良好とさせ、この管継手の継手精度を向上させることができるものである。

Claims (3)
- 継手本体とフランジ体の一体接続時に接続管外面と継手本体とフランジ体間で圧縮させて密封させるリング状パッキンと、フランジ体内面に形成したテーパ面で複数の抜け止め玉を接続管外面に押し付けて管の抜け出しを防止する抜け止め機構を設け、抜け止め玉を保持するホルダと継手本体とを連結する押出軸を、パッキンの同一円周上に摺動自在に複数貫設させて、継手本体とフランジ体との一体接続時に押出軸でホルダをフランジ体側に移動させるように設けたことを特徴とする管継手。
- ホルダを弾性材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の管継手。
- パッキンとホルダ間でパッキンの端面を当接保持する座板をフランジ体に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の管継手。
