Claims (5)
- 原料としての石炭及び鉄鉱石を加熱した熱間の状態で塊成型物に成型する工程と、前記塊成型物をシャフト炉型熱処理炉で熱風を用いた直接加熱法にて乾留する工程とを備え、前記鉄鉱石の一部が還元された粉状鉄源を内包したフェロコークスを製造するに際し、前記塊成型物に成型する工程では、前記鉄鉱石の配合比率を、10wt%以上、50wt%以下とし、前記石炭の予熱温度を前記鉄鉱石の予熱温度よりも低い温度とし、これらを混合することで、前記石炭を350℃以下の粘結性が発現する温度として、バインダとしても機能させることを特徴とするフェロコークスの製造方法。
- 前記石炭及び前記鉄鉱石以外に、塊成型物のシャフト炉内での融着抑制のため、バイオマスを20wt%以下の比率で原料として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフェロコークスの製造方法。
- 前記石炭及び前記鉄鉱石以外に、廃プラスチックを20wt%以下の比率で、原料として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフェロコークスの製造方法。
- 前記塊成型物に成型する工程では、(1)前記石炭の予熱温度及び(2)前記バイオマス及び前記廃プラスチックの少なくとも一方の予熱温度を前記鉄鉱石の予熱温度よりも低い温度とし、混合した後、前記塊成型物に成型することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のフェロコークスの製造方法。
- 前記塊成型物に成型する工程では、予熱処理された原料に1〜10wt%のバインダを添加し、混合後に熱間の状態で前記塊成型物に成型することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載のフェロコークスの製造方法。
