Claims (2)
- コイルボビンと、コイルボビンにコイル導線を巻回して形成したコイルと、コイル導線が接続される、コイルボビンのベースから同一方向に略並列して突出する少なくとも3本のコイル端子と、を備えたコイルブロックにおいて、
前記各コイル端子は互いに同一平面内に配置され、
前記並列して突出したコイル端子の内側に位置する内側コイル端子は、前記ベース側の根本部の近傍で前記内側コイル端子の一部を前記同一平面から曲げ起こして、該コイル端子の延伸する方向に直交する方向の幅の内部に納まる形状に形成した突起を有し、コイル導線が前記根本部と前記突起とに絡げられて前記突起に溶接されていることを特徴とするコイルブロック。 - 前記並列して突出したコイル端子の内側に位置する内側コイル端子は、前記曲げ起こして形成した突起に代えて、前記ベースの近傍で前記内側コイル端子を分岐して前記同一平面内に形成した分岐部にコイル導線を絡げて溶接されており、前記分岐部の先端がコイル端子本体と平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイルブロック。
