Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a folding door that prevents a finger from being caught in the hinge when the folding door is opened and closed, and the door connected by the hinge is bent evenly and does not generate a fluttering sound when folded. The present invention relates to a hinge part structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 9 shows a conventional opening / closing operation of a common folding door. The folding door includes a parent door (A) and a child door (B), and a joint such as a hinge is provided between them so that they can be folded. Yes. The child door (b) is rotatably attached to the shaft (c) provided on the suspension side, and the slider provided at the upper end of the parent door (b) can move along the upper rail. Therefore, it can be opened and closed with a locus as shown in FIG.
[0003]
The folding door that is attached to the doorway and opens and closes is easier to open and close than the hinged door. Especially when the doorway is wide, if you install a hinged door, when you open and close it by grasping the handle at the tip of the hinged door, the radius of rotation around the axis of the suspension base becomes large and the operation is difficult, and the tip is on the passage side It will protrude greatly. On the other hand, if it is a folding door, since it is a movement along an upper rail as shown in FIG. 9, operation will be comparatively easy.
[0004]
By the way, the folding door is connected so that the parent door (b) and the child door (b) can be folded via a hinge (e), and the handle (d) attached to the tip of the parent door (b) Opening and closing operation is performed by holding. At this time, as is clear from the figure, the hinge part of the folded folding door is opened, and the opening (f) is closed by closing the folding door, but the opening (f) is closed. You may pinch your finger. In addition, the hem of the clothes being worn may be pinched or the belongings may be pinched.
[0005]
Thus, although a hinge part opens because a folding door is folded, in the case of such a hinge part structure, it does not become the same external appearance design in the inside and outside of the room which pinched | interposed the folding door. When the folding door is folded, the side edges of the parent door (A) and the child door (B) are exposed from the opening, and the edges and mounting screws are surfaced. In the case of the hinge shown in the figure, when the folding door is closed in a straight line, a narrow gap is generated between the parent door (A) and the child door (B), and the light leaks. .
[0006]
The “folding door hinge” according to Japanese Patent No. 3240508 eliminates the gap generated between the parent door (A) and the child door (B), and fingers and clothes are sandwiched between the hinges when opening and closing the folding door. It is devised not to. That is, “a pair of eye plate members to be mounted on corresponding side end surfaces of the two door panels, hinge fittings attached to both ends of the eye plate members, and the hinge plate disposed between the eye plate members. A hinge member for relatively rotating the eye plate member via a metal fitting, and the hinge member closes a gap between the eye plate members, and when the eye plate member opens the door panel in a straight line, It is configured to form a space that opens in a V-shape toward the indoor side through the inclined surface on the front side of
[0007]
However, the above-mentioned “folding door hinge” forms a space that opens in a V shape toward the indoor side when the folding door is formed in a straight line, and this space impairs the appearance of the hinge portion of the folding door. That is, it is possible to eliminate a finger being pinched during the opening / closing operation, but it is not preferable in view of the folding door to leave the space. The exterior design of the hinge part on the front side and the back side of the folding door differs depending on the space.
[0008]
The hinged door shown in FIG. 9 uses a hinge as a hinge (e) for connecting the parent door (b) and the child door (b), but as shown in FIG. 10, the parent door (b) and the child door (b) are used. A shaft hole (g) and (g) are provided at the side end of the door (b), and the two shafts (h) and (h) that fit into the shaft holes (g) and (g) are raised. ) Is often used. Side end members (nu) and (nu) are attached to the side ends of the main door (b) and the child door (b), but the shaft hole (g) is attached to the side end members (nu) and (nu). The structure in which the shafts (H) and (H) are formed and connected to each other by forming the (G) and standing on the joint member (R) is simpler.
[0009]
However, in this hinge structure, the parent door (A) and the child door (B) connected by the joint member (R) do not bend evenly, and therefore it is difficult to smoothly open and close the folding door. . That is, since the center of rotation is shifted to one of the two shafts (re) and (re) standing on the joint member (re), the bending operation is performed uniformly around the joint member (re). It is difficult to perform opening and closing operations involving.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the hinge part of the conventional folding door has the above problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, so that fingers and clothes are not pinched during the opening and closing operation of the folding door, and both doors are bent evenly around the hinge portion to open and close the folding door. Provided is a hinge structure of a folding door that can be operated smoothly.
[0011]
[Means for solving the problems]
In the hinge structure of the folding door according to the present invention, a side end member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is attached to the side ends of the parent door and the child door, and the hinges formed at one arm end of the side end member are vertically The end is connected via a joint member. The hinge is provided with a shaft hole, and both the shafts extending upright from the joint member are fitted into the shaft hole to connect the hinges. Therefore, the parent door and the child door are turned around the axis of the joint member and folded.
[0012]
In addition to the shaft, a hole is formed through the joint member, and a screw is inserted through the hole to attach the hinge cover. The hinge cover has the same length as the side end member and fits between the upper and lower joint members, and the hinge cover can close a gap (space) generated between the hinges formed on the side end members. An edge cover is formed at the other arm end of the side end member. By making the edge cover and the surface side shape of the hinge similar, the double-sided appearance of the hinge portion becomes substantially the same.
[0013]
The folding door includes the parent door and the child door, and is connected so as to be foldable via a hinge portion. The suspension door side of the child door is rotatably supported. A slider is attached to the upper rail to suspend a parent door, and the slider moves along the upper rail. The basic structure of this folding door is the same as the conventional one, and there is a case in which a spring is built in a hinge that pivotally supports the child door so as to be semi-automatic. That is, a manually opened folding door can be closed alone, and conversely, a manually closed folding door can be automatically opened.
[0014]
On the other hand, the hinge part structure of the present invention is configured such that the bending angle of the parent door and the child door becomes equal when the folding door is opened and closed. For this purpose, a main gear is mounted concentrically with the shaft extending from the joint member, and an auxiliary gear meshing with the main gear is provided. Although both main gears are separated from each other, the auxiliary gears are engaged with each other, and the bending angles of the parent door and the child door can be made equal. Further, by engaging the main gears, the bending angles of the main door and the child door can be made equal, but in this case, the outer diameter of the main gear becomes large and protrudes from the door surface.
[0015]
Therefore, the present invention has a structure using an auxiliary gear while reducing the outer diameter of the main gear so as not to protrude from the door surface. Here, the shaft that fits into the hinge shaft hole of the door-side end member does not necessarily need to be attached to the joint member. The shaft provided in another member is fitted into the hole that penetrates the joint member, and the hinge shaft of the side end member You can also fit it in the hole. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
【Example】
1 (a) and 1 (b) show a case where the folding door is extended and the doorway is closed, (a) shows an inner front view, (b) shows an outer front view, and 1 in FIG. A parent door 2 represents a child door, and the parent door 1 and the child door 2 are connected via a hinge portion 3 so as to be folded. The child door 2 is pivotally supported by a hinge 4 so that the child door 2 can rotate. The parent door 1 is suspended by a slider 6 that is loosely fitted to the upper rail 5 and slides. The folding door is folded by moving along with the slider 6 along 5.
[0017]
The slider 6 is attached to the front end of the parent door 1 and the width of the parent door 1 and the child door 2 is substantially equal. Therefore, the parent door 1 and the child door 2 of the folded folding door are provided. Are overlapped, and the front end portion of the parent door 1 does not protrude greatly from the upper rail 5 to the passage side.
[0018]
By the way, the handle 7 and the lock knob 8 are attached to the inside of the parent door 1, but the positions thereof are provided not on the front end side but on the hinge part side with the child door 2. Here, the form of the handle 7 and the lock knob 8 is not limited. However, as shown in FIG. 2, it is easy to grasp by using a U-shaped handle, and the folding door can be easily opened and closed. . The lock knob 8 has a lever shape and is attached to the lower side of the handle 7. By rotating the lock knob 8, the rod bar protrudes upward and can be fitted into the guide groove of the upper rail 5.
[0019]
FIG. 3: has shown the cross-sectional view of the folding door apparatus provided with the hinge structure of this invention, It is the state which is the state folded and extended. By the way, when folding the extended folding door, if the vicinity of the hinge part is pressed from the outside, it is folded to some extent so that it is roughly V-shaped. The door 1 and the child door 2 are folded and overlapped with each other.
[0020]
The front end of the parent door of the folding door that is folded and overlapped does not protrude significantly from the upper rail to the passage side. Since the slider 6 is attached to the upper end of the front end portion of the parent door 1, only the front end side slightly protrudes from the slider 6. Conversely, when the folded folding door is extended, the handle 7 attached to the parent door 1 is gripped and pulled toward the front.
[0021]
Then, when the handle 7 is pressed when it has been extended to some extent and formed into a generally V shape, the folding door is fully extended and the doorway is closed. In order to lock the closed folding door, the lock knob 8 is rotated to project the rod bar upward and fit into the guide groove of the upper rail 5.
[0022]
Since the handle 7 is attached to the hinge portion side of the parent door 1, if the handle 7 is gripped and pulled, and the handle 7 is pressed while holding the handle 7, the folding door can be completely closed. Although the handle 7 moves in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, this moving distance is small, and even a handicapped person on a wheelchair can operate without moving the place.
[0023]
If the folding door is extended and closed, it can be folded by holding the handle 7 and pulling it to the front and pressing the handle toward the child door when it is folded into a V shape. Although it moves in the direction opposite to the arrow, the moving distance is small and it is not necessary to move the wheelchair.
[0024]
On the other hand, if a handle is attached to the tip of the parent door 1 as in the prior art, the folding door will extend to some extent even if the handle is pulled along the upper rail. It is stretched and cannot be closed. Therefore, when it is stretched to some extent and becomes approximately V-shaped, it cannot be closed without moving the wheelchair and pressing the joint.
[0025]
However, the present invention relates to a hinge part structure of a folding door, and the position of the handle 7 is not limited freely and can be attached to the front end part of the parent door 1. The position of the lock knob 8 is not particularly limited, but it is preferably provided on the hinge side for easy opening and closing operation. Even a handicapped person in a wheelchair can easily operate without moving the wheelchair. I can do it.
[0026]
FIG. 4 is a specific example showing the hinge structure of the present invention. The parent door 1 and the child door 2 are connected so as to be foldable via the hinge portion 3, and (a) shows a case where the parent door 1 and the child door 2 extend in a straight line, and (b) shows a parent door 1 And the child door 2 are overlapped and folded. Side end members 9, 9 having a substantially U-shaped cross section are screwed to the side ends of the main door 1 and the child door 2, so that a recess is formed at the door side end, and the side end members 9, 9 are formed in the recess. Are fitted and attached.
[0027]
An edge cover 11 is formed at the tip of one arm 10a of the side end member 9 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a hinge 12 is formed at the tip of the other arm 10b. A shaft hole 13 passes through the hinge 12. Here, the outer surface 14 of the edge cover 11 and the outer surface 15 of the hinge 12 are both smooth arc surfaces, and the curvatures of the arcs are approximately the same. Therefore, the appearance of the hinge part from the front and back sides looks almost the same shape.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 5, shafts 19, 19 standing up through the holes 22, 22 of the joint member 20 are fitted into the shaft holes 13, 13 of the hinges, and the hinges 12, 12 of the parent door 1 and the child door 2 are inserted. Are connected via a joint member 20 , and the hinges 12, 12 can rotate about shafts 19 , 19 . Reference numeral 16 in FIG. 4 denotes a hinge cover, which has the same length as that of the side end members 9 and 9 screwed to the side ends of the main door 1 and the child door 2, and a gap generated between the hinges 12 and 12 ( Space). That is, the hinge cover 16 is mounted is screwed to the joint member 20 disposed in the joint member 20 and the hinge 12, 12 the upper end disposed in the hinge 12, 12 the lower end.
[0029]
FIG. 5 shows an embodiment showing a hinge structure according to the present invention. Arms 17 and 17 are screwed to the upper ends of the main door 1 and the child door 2 and extended to the hinge portion side, and main gears 18 and 18 are attached to the tips of the arms 17 and 17. As shown in FIG. 8, the arm 17 is bent in a substantially “h” shape, the main gear 18 is attached to the tip, and a shaft 19 that is concentric with the main gear 18. Is extended. Here, the main gear 18 is fixed to the arm 17 and does not rotate.
[0030]
In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a joint member, which is disposed at the upper ends of the hinges 12 and 12 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the joint member 20 has a generally oval shape, with the two axes 21 and 21 rising symmetrically about the neutral line MM, and the holes 22 and 22 being symmetrical. Penetrated. Auxiliary gears 23, 23 are attached to the shafts 21, 21, and the auxiliary gears 23, 23 can mesh with the main gear 18 fixed to the arms 17, 17. Moreover, the auxiliary gears 23 and 23 mesh with each other.
[0031]
Here, since the main gears 18 and 18 are not meshed with each other, the diameter thereof becomes small and does not protrude from the door surface. As shown in FIG. 6 where the parent door 1 and the child door 2 are folded, the bending angles of the parent door 1 and the child door 2 are equal because the auxiliary gears 23 and 23 are engaged with each other. It is bent and folded at the same angle with the part 3 as the center.
[0032]
Although FIG. 5 shows a hinge part structure configured at the upper ends of the hinges 12 and 12, a hinge part having the same structure can also be configured at the lower end. However, the hinge structure may be a structure in which only the upper end and only the joint member 20 are attached to the lower end. However, in this case, since the auxiliary gears 23 and 23 are unnecessary, the shafts 21 and 21 are not necessary. However, the joint member 20 with the shafts 21 and 21 raised can be used as it is. Further, without using the arm 17, the shafts 19, 19 can be fixed and raised in place of the holes 22, 22 in the joint member 20, and the joint member 20 can be screwed to the hinge cover 16.
[0033]
In this way, the joint members 20 are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the hinges 12 and 12 and are screwed to the upper and lower ends of the hinge cover 16 for covering the hinges 12 and 12. The hinge cover 16 is formed with screw holes 24, 24,... At five locations as shown in FIG. Therefore, the hinge cover 16 is configured so that the screws inserted from the holes 25, 25,... Of the joint member 20 are screwed into the screw holes 24, 24,. Mounted.
[0034]
As described above, the hinge structure of the folding door according to the present invention attaches the side end member to the end surfaces of the parent door and the child door, and connects the hinge of the side end member via the joint member shell extending shaft. The main gear and auxiliary gear are attached, and the following effects can be obtained.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
In the hinge structure of the folding door according to the present invention, the side end members are attached to the side ends of the parent door and the child door, and the hinges of the both side end members are connected so as to be folded via a shaft extending from the joint member. And since the hinge cover is attached by the upper and lower joint member between both hinges, the clearance gap between hinges can be prevented. In addition, since the hinge cover is provided, fingers and clothes are not caught when opening and closing the folding door.
[0036]
Then, by sharing the outer surface shape of the hinge provided at the tip of one arm of the side end member and the edge cover provided at the tip of the other arm, the hinge part of the folding door becomes substantially the same on the front side and the back side. The appearance is improved. Furthermore, in the present invention, a main gear is provided concentrically with the shaft fitted in the shaft hole of the hinge, and an auxiliary gear meshing with the main gear is provided, and both the auxiliary gears mesh with each other. For this reason, the parent door and the child door are folded at the same angle with the hinge portion as the center, and a fluttering sound during the folding operation can be prevented. Then, by using auxiliary gears that mesh with each other without meshing the main gears, the outer diameter of the main gear is reduced and does not protrude from the door surface.
