Claims (1)
- 基板上に、発光層を含む有機層を有する青色、赤色、緑色の有機電界発光素子を形成する工程を備えており、
前記各色の有機電界発光素子を形成する工程は、
前記基板上に共振器構造の反射層を含む陽極を形成する工程と、
前記陽極上に形成された各色に対応する発光層を含む有機層を形成する工程と、
前記有機層上に電子注入層を介して形成された陰極を形成する工程とを備え、
前記各有機電界発光素子の有機層の膜厚を、青色、赤色、緑色の順に厚く設定し、
前記反射層と前記陰極との間の光学的距離を、前記各色の発光層ごとにその発光光が共振可能な値に設定し、
前記赤色と緑色の有機電界発光素子の光学的距離を0次の干渉条件に設定し、前記青色の有機電界発光素子の光学的距離を1次の干渉条件に設定し、
前記各有機電界発光素子の有機層の少なくとも発光層を、青色、赤色、緑色の順に成膜する
