Description
Claims (9)
- ボア(91)を備える非可動部(70)と、
カム(20)に滑動的に係合するための表面を有する可動部(10)と、
前記非可動部(70)に滑動的に係合し、かつ前記可動部(10)に係合されることにより所定の方向に押圧されると共に、前記可動部(10)の移動方向(M)に沿って2又はそれ以上並べられ、さらにパーツ(P)を成形するための成形表面(22)が前記所定の方向に突出するカム(20)と、
前記カム(20)に関して前記可動部(10)に対して反対側に配置されるとともに、前記カムによって成形されるパーツ(P)を支持するための、前記可動部(10)と一体的かつ同時に前記移動方向(M)に可動されるパーツ部(61)とを備え、
前記パーツ部(61)及び前記可動部(10)が一体的かつ同時に前記移動方向に移動されることにより、前記パーツ(P)は、前記カム(20)に関して前記可動部(10)に対して反対側に配置されると共に、前記可動部によって押圧された前記カム(20)によって前記移動方向(M)に沿って順次押圧されて、パーツ(P)の表面が前記成形表面(22)によって定められる形に成形され、その後前記カム(20)を通過し、前記ボア(91)を介して落下するように移動されることを特徴とするツール。 - 前記可動部(10)は、ボア(12)を有する実質的に円筒形状を有し、
前記表面は、前記可動部(10)の内側の表面に配置される請求項1に記載のツール。 - 前記パーツ部(61)は、前記可動部(10)のボア(12)の中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のツール。
- 非可動部(70)の周りに実質的に円周形状に配置されるカムリング(20a、20b、20c、20d)を形成する多数のカム(20)を備え、
前記カム(20)は、前記可動部(10)と前記パーツ部(61)の間で前記非可動部(70)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツール。 - 前記カム(20)を所定の方向に押圧するための弾性部材(40)をさらに備える請求項1に記載のツール。
- 前記非可動部(70)上に隣接して配置される複数のカムリング(20a、20b、20c、20d)をさらに備える請求項4に記載のツール。
- 複数の止め部(31)をさらに備え、それぞれの止め部(31)は、カム(20)の移動を制限する請求項6に記載のツール。
- 前記非可動部(70)のボア(91)は、前記パーツ部(61)を受け、前記複数のカムリング(20a、20b、20c、20d)は、前記非可動部(70)のボア(91)の周りに配置される請求項6に記載のツール。
- 可動部(10)の移動方向(M)に沿って2又はそれ以上並べられ、さらにパーツ(P)を成形するための成形表面(22)が所定の方向に突出するカム(20)を、ボア(91)を備える非可動部(70)に滑動的に係合させる工程と、
パーツ(P)をパーツ部(61)によって支持させる工程と、
前記パーツ部(61)を可動部(10)と一体的かつ同時に前記移動方向(M)に移動させることにより、前記パーツ(P)が前記カム(20)に関して前記可動部(10)に対して反対側に配置されるように移動され、前記可動部(10)の表面に前記カム(20)が滑動的に係合され、その表面によって前記所定の方向に押圧された、前記カム(20)によって移動方向(M)に沿って順次押圧されて、前記パーツ(P)の表面が前記成形表面(22)によって定められる形に成形される工程と、
前記パーツ(P)を、前記パーツ部(61)によって前記カム(20)を通過するようにさらに移動させ、前記パーツ(P)を非可動部(70)のボア(91)を介して落下させる工程と
を備えるパーツの成形方法。
