表1に記載した配合の洗浄剤組成物を調製して下記の条件にて試験を行い下記の評価基準で洗浄性能について評価した。組成物の成分は質量%で示す。

吸光度測定
2年間使用したステンレス鋼製のビールディスペンサーの配管を長さ50mmに切断した試料を作製し、40℃の洗浄剤組成物を5L/minの循環量で10分間循環して洗浄した。洗浄終了後、洗浄剤組成物を分光光度計(島津製作所製UV1600)を使用してセル長10mmで400nmにおける吸光度を測定した。
また、洗浄剤組成物として、1規程水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を用いて同様に洗浄を行った場合の洗浄後の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液の吸光度を測定し、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を洗浄剤とした場合の吸光度に対する、各洗浄剤組成物による吸光度の比を洗浄率として百分率で表1に示した。
