Claims (3)
- 溶融めっき槽の溶融金属浴内に配設される浴中ロールのスリーブを支持する浴中ロール用軸受において、前記浴中ロール用軸受はセラミック焼結体であり、前記セラミック焼結体は前記スリーブが挿入される貫通孔を有し、前記貫通孔の内径D(mm)と前記セラミック焼結体の前記貫通孔の中心軸方向の長さL(mm)の比L/Dが 1.0以上、かつ前記貫通孔の内径D(mm)と前記セラミック焼結体の前記貫通孔の半径方向の厚さT(mm)の比T/Dが 0.3以上を満足し、前記浴中ロールのロール中心軸方向から観察した前記浴中ロール用軸受の外形の角部のうち1ケ所を円弧状とし、前記円弧状に成形した部位を上ホルダーにより、2辺を下ホルダーにより押圧して3点支持として固定することを特徴とする溶融めっき槽の浴中ロール用軸受。
- 前記貫通孔の端隅部の面取りを半径5mm以上の円弧状曲面とし、前記セラミック焼結体の外周隅部の面取りを半径1mm以上の円弧状曲面とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融めっき槽の浴中ロール用軸受。
- 前記貫通孔の内径D(mm)と前記スリーブの直径d(mm)との差D−dが5〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶融めっき槽の浴中ロール用軸受。
