Description
Claims (15)
- 治療用放射線および撮像用放射線を用いる放射線治療装置において、
撮像用放射線による2次元画像の撮像装置と、
出力された画像の処理を行い、複数の互いに交差する断面図を含む断層撮影データを形成する演算手段であって、各断面図はピクセルを有する画像であり、このピクセルの強度は、対応する断面図を横切るよう配置される、断層撮影データセットの複数のボクセルを平均することにより決められるような演算手段と、
前記断層撮影データからのフィードバックに基づいて制御可能であり、治療用放射線を生成する治療用光源と、
を備えたことを特徴とする放射線治療装置。 - 各断面図は直交していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の放射線治療装置。
- 少なくとも3つの断面図が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線治療装置。
- 各断面図は治療用光源のアイソセンタにおいて交差することを特徴とする請求項3記載の放射線治療装置。
- 複数のボクセルは対応する断面図と直交するよう配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線治療装置。
- 複数のボクセルは直線的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の放射線治療装置。
- 5以上20以下の数のボクセルが用いられることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の放射線治療装置。
- 7以上15以下の数のボクセルが用いられることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 10個のボクセルが用いられることを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 各断面図を表示するディスプレイ手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記治療用光源は、入力手段を介してオペレータにより入力された指示に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の放射線治療装置。
- 入力手段は、ディスプレイと相関関係のあるものであることを特徴とする請求項11記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記相関関係は、前記ディスプレイで重ね合わせられた画像を経由するものであり、このディスプレイは入力手段における操作に応答して移動可能となっていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の放射線治療装置。
- 重ね合わせられた画像は、以前の検査または患者の治療のうちのいずれかのものから得られることを特徴とする請求項13記載の放射線治療装置。
- 重ね合わせられた画像は輪郭図であることを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の放射線治療装置。
