Claims (5)
- エンジンから排出された排気ガスの熱により内部の液相の作動流体を加熱して蒸発させる、排気管内に設けられたヒートパイプと、
前記ヒートパイプ内で蒸発した気相の作動流体を熱交換対象の流体との間で熱交換を行わせて液相の作動流体に凝縮する凝縮部と、
前記凝縮部内で凝縮した液相の作動流体が導入され、前記ヒートパイプの上流端に接続された導入部と、
を備える排気熱回収器であって、
上記ヒートパイプは、複数の上流側ヒートパイプ部分と、複数の下流側ヒートパイプ部分とを有し、
更に、前記複数の上流側ヒートパイプ部分と前記複数の下流側ヒートパイプ部分との間に接続され、前記複数の上流側ヒートパイプ部分で加熱された作動流体を合流させる合流部を有する、ことを特徴とする排気熱回収器。 - 請求項1に記載の排気熱回収器において、
上記合流部は、上記複数の上流側ヒートパイプ部分における流路断面積の総和よりも大きな流路断面積に設定されていることを特徴とする排気熱回収器。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気熱回収器において、
上記合流部は、上記複数の下流側ヒートパイプ部分における流路断面積の総和よりも大きな流路断面積に設定されていることを特徴とする排気熱回収器。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の排気熱回収器において、
上記複数の上流側ヒートパイプ部分における流路断面積の総和は、上記複数の下流側ヒートパイプ部分における流路断面積の総和よりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とする排気熱回収器。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の排気熱回収器において、
上記合流部は、上記排気管の中心部付近に設けられていることを特徴とする排気熱回収器。
