本発明はマドラー、特に持ち帰り用の飲用容器と共に使用するに適したマドラーに関する。

【従来の技術】
持ち帰り用の飲用容器としては、使い捨てのコップに使い捨ての蓋をしたものが一般的である。このような蓋をした容器から飲料を飲もうとすると、蓋を取らなければならないが、片手だけしか使えない状況にある場合は極めて不便である。また、車内で移動中に飲む場合などには車の揺れによってこぼれるなどの問題があった。

これに対して、蓋の一部に開口を設けて飲み口を作り、蓋した状態で該開口から直接又はストローを介して飲むようにした蓋が提案されている（例えば、実開昭６３−１９２２６５号公報等）。これらの蓋に開口された飲み口は、通常開口されている状態のままであり、密封されていない。従って、コップが転倒した場合等に内溶液がこぼれ出すことは避けられない。また、密封手段を有していないので、例えば飲用を途中で中断する場合等、開口を封鎖しておくことができない欠点がある。

一方、コーヒー、紅茶等においては、砂糖やミルクを入れた場合、これを撹拌するためにマドラーが使われるが、持ち帰り用のコップ飲料の場合はコップと別体の付属品として一般に供給される。従来のこの種マドラーは、柄であるスティック先端に小さな撹拌部を形成したプラスチック製のものが多用されているが、これらのものは撹拌用としての機能を有するのみであり、使用後は、置場所に困ることも多く、そのまま捨てられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように従来の飲み口が開口されている蓋付のコップは開口が開いたままの状態であるので、開口が小さいとは言え、振動や転倒した場合内溶液が漏れ出すばかりでなく、ゴミや埃の侵入又は内溶液が外気に直接触れる等の問題点がある。そのため、少なくとも例えば店から購入して持ち帰る途中や、途中で飲用を一時的に中断する等の場合、開口が密封できるようにするのが望ましい。しかしながら、蓋に飲み口である開口を密封する手段を設けるとそれだけコスト高になり、使い捨てのコップに採用するのはコスト的に困難である。一方、従来の使い捨てマドラーは、コップ入り飲料と別体に付属品として供給されるが、小さいため持ち運ぶ途中で落したり、また、一度使用したものを清潔な状態で保管するのは面倒であり、置場所に困り通常最初の使用後にそのまま破棄している。そのため、飲用途中で、あるいは飲用中断後再度飲用する時等で、再び使用するには不便であった。

本発明は、上記問題点を一挙に解決できるマドラーを提供しようとするもので、使い捨てのマドラーが単に撹拌機能ばかりでなく、コップ蓋の飲み口をシールする機能も備えて、非常に安価に上記問題点を解決することができるマドラーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題点を解決する本発明のマドラーは、蓋の一部に開口を設けて、この開口から飲料を飲むようにしたコップと共に使用されるマドラーであって、該マドラーの一部に上記蓋の開口に嵌合して該開口を密閉する開口密閉部を設けたことを特徴とするものである。より具体的には、前記開口密閉部は、蓋の開口上端に係合する鍔およびそれに続いて開口とほぼ同じ断面を有する嵌合部からなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して具体的に説明する。
本実施形態のマドラーは、図１に正面図（ａ）、側面図（ｂ）、平面図（ｃ）を示すように、先端に撹拌部２を有する本体１の他端は把持部３となっており、これに続いて鍔部４、嵌合部５が形成されている。嵌合部５は、蓋の飲み口開口部に密嵌合するように開口部の形状に合わせた断面形状に形成され、本実施形態では図示のように略断面楕円状に形成されている。そして、飲み口に係合する場合、飲み口に挿入し易く且つ密嵌合するように、下方から次第にその断面積か大きくなるように外周部がテーパー状となっている。また、上記顎部は、前記嵌合部５の上端縁から外部にフランジ状に形成され、飲み口を蓋ってその外周面と接触できるようになって、マドラーがコップ内に落ちないように係止する機能と共に、開口部を密封する機能とを果たすようになっている。なお、撹拌部２は、蓋の飲み口を自由に通過できる大きさに形成されている。

本実施形態では、前記鍔部４と嵌合部５とで飲み口を密封する開口密封部を構成しているが、開口の密封機能は、必ずしも両方で果たす必要はなく、前記顎部のみで、又は嵌合部のみで果たすように構成しても良い。

図２はその使用状態を示し、コーヒー、紅茶などの飲料６を入れたコップ７は蓋体８によって蓋をされる。この蓋体８には開口９が設けられ、この開口９は内容物である飲料を飲むときは、蓋をしたまま飲むことが出来る飲み口となる。携帯時、あるいは飲むのを途中で止めた場合は、図に示すようにこの開口９に本発明のマドラー１を挿入嵌合する。これにより、開口９は鍔部４により覆われて密閉され、嵌合部４が開口９に嵌合するためにみだりに抜けることがない。

【発明の効果】
本発明のマドラーは、上記のようにマドラーとしてのみならず、飲料容器の密閉器具としても機能を果たすことができ、しかも簡単な構成で、通常のマドラーと同程度のコストで提供することが出来て、従来の飲み捨てコップ飲料の問題点を一挙に解決することができる優れた実用性を有する発明である。
