Description

The present invention is a so-called one part in which a delivery slip and a sticker slip are connected to a slip sheet, and a tack paper composed of a base material, an adhesive layer and a release paper is laminated on the slip sheet via an adhesive layer. For more details on the types of delivery slips, in more detail, even peelable peelable pieces such as delivery slips on delivery slips are less likely to be squeezed or dropped during operations such as printing, printing with printers, and transportation. This relates to a delivery slip that is unlikely to be drowned or dropped out even if there is a change.

In the present specification, “ratio”, “part”, “%” and the like indicating the composition are based on mass unless otherwise specified, and the “/” mark indicates that they are integrally laminated.

(Background Art) Conventionally, a delivery slip is composed of at least a delivery slip and a sticker slip, and the delivery slip is detachably laminated on a base material or tack paper via an adhesive layer. However, a peelable peelable piece such as a delivery slip of a delivery slip may be drowned or dropped during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operation such as transportation, or due to changes in the environment from manufacturing to operation.

(Prior art) Conventionally, a plurality of delivery slips formed by adhering a print sheet having a delivery information printing portion to the surface of the sticking sheet whose back side is the sticking surface with an adhesive are connected in the transfer direction during printing. A printing delivery form, wherein at least one predetermined portion of the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet and the print sheet is spaced along at least two sides of the peripheral surface of the adhesive surface perpendicular to the transfer direction. Non-installation of the adhesive shielding layer provided along each connecting side in each delivery slip adjacent to the transfer direction, by providing an adhesive shielding layer in which a plurality of non-installation portions are formed to make the adhesive surface peelable 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a printing delivery form in which portions are relatively shifted in a direction orthogonal to a transfer direction (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, an adhesive sheet having a delivery information entry part on the front surface, a delivery / receipt form having a delivery information entry part on the front surface, and a delivery name entry form having a delivery item name entry part on the front surface, Adhesive is applied to the back surface of the adhesive sheet and coated with a release paper, and the delivery and receipt slip is configured to be peelable from the corresponding part of the adhesive sheet. The delivery name entry form is configured to be separable together with the corresponding parts of the sticking sheet and release paper, and the peelable configuration of the delivery / receipt form and delivery name entry form for the sticking sheet is at least on the adhesive surface. A delivery form having an adhesive shielding layer on one side is known (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Furthermore, in a laminated sheet comprising at least two substrates, having a partially peelable part formed by interposing a peeling layer in a partial region between the substrates and bonding both substrates with an adhesive, Provide a portion having no narrow release layer on at least a part of the outermost side that is the terminal side when the peelable portion is peeled off, and the adhesive is in direct contact with the substrate surface at the portion without the release layer Is known (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
However, in Patent Documents 1 to 3, since the peeling start portion of the peelable peelable piece has a low peel force, it is drowned during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operation such as transportation, or due to changes in the environment from production to operation. Or dropout may occur.
Furthermore, a first sheet in which a separation region that can be separated by being surrounded by a slit having a side extending in a predetermined direction is formed, and a second sheet adhered to the first sheet; In the separation sheet in which a tensile force is applied in a direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction, the slit has a discontinuous portion where the slit is interrupted on a side extending in the predetermined direction, and a side of the side extending in the predetermined direction. Among them, the end of the separation start portion of the two ends of the portion that is interrupted by the discontinuity provided on the side not including the separation start portion when separating the separation region is directed to the separation region side, and The end of the portion that is not the separation start portion side among the two ends of the portion that is interrupted by the break portion provided on the side including the separation start portion is directed to the separation region side. Is separated sheets are known (e.g., see Patent Document 4).
However, in Patent Document 4, although the separation region can be easily separated without changing the separation direction by the cut-off portion and the oblique end portion, the entire surface of the separable separation region has the same peeling force (bonding that can be peeled off). And there is a risk that dripping and dropping may occur due to high-speed production and printer printing. In addition, there is a drawback that the durability is low and there is a risk of drowning or dropping off, especially in terms of environmental changes from manufacturing to operation. Furthermore, in Patent Document 4, there is no description or suggestion that the entire surface of the separation region has the same peeling force and a difference in adhesive force is provided in each part of the separation region.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the present embodiment) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

(Delivery slip) As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the delivery slip 10 of the present embodiment includes a slip sheet 11 in which at least a delivery slip 101 and a sticker slip 103 that can be printed by a printer are provided, and a slip slip 11 On the other hand, in the one-part type delivery slip 10 in which the tack paper 20 in which the base material 21, the adhesive layer 33, and the release paper 25 are laminated in this order is laminated via the adhesive layer 31, at least a portion of the delivery slip 101. Are laminated to the base material 21 via the adhesive layer 31 in a peelable state, and a half-cut portion 41 penetrating the slip sheet 11 is provided between the delivery slip 101 and the sticker slip 103. The peeling start area 301 formed along at least two sides of the delivery slip 101 including the peeling start end 71 that peels off the delivery slip 101 with the half-cut portion 41 as a boundary, and the region excluding the peeling start region 301 are in the middle of peeling The U-shaped partial adhesion region 304B provided in the peeling intermediate area 305 and opened in a U-shape toward the edge of the delivery slip 101 facing the half-cut portion 41 is peeled off. A part of the separation intermediate region 305 is left to the start region 301, the adhesive force of the U-shaped partial adhesion region 304B is set to B, the adhesion force of the separation intermediate region 305 is set to C, and the separation start region 301 is provided. Assuming that the adhesive strength is d, the relationship of d <c <b.

As can be seen from the XX ′ and YY ′ sectional views of FIG. 3, a U-shaped partial adhesive region 304 </ b> B is formed, and even a peelable strip such as a delivery slip is being manufactured and printed with a printer. In addition, it is difficult for dripping and dropping to occur even during an operation such as transportation or in an environment change from manufacturing to operation, and at the outer periphery of the delivery slip 101, a peeling start region having a weak adhesive force on at least two sides including the peeling start end 71 Since 301 is formed, the delivery slip 101 can also be easily separated. Note that the region such as the separation start region 301 is illustrated as being large for convenience of drawing in the drawing, but is an extremely narrow region except for the separation intermediate region 305.

In the delivery slip 10 of this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the peeling start area 301 is formed in a U shape inside the three sides of the delivery slip 101. Can be separated.

The delivery slip 10 may be a continuous slip as shown in FIG. 1, or may be a single slip on one side, or the delivery slip 10 in FIG. . Further, as shown on the left side of FIG. 1, at least one rib portion 107 may be provided, the rib portion 107 may be omitted, or an island type in which the periphery of either the pasting slip 103 or the delivery slip 101 is removed. The rib portion 107 is a portion provided with a hole used for manufacturing or transporting the printer, or a portion serving as a reinforcing material. The direction of conveyance to the printer is not particularly limited, and it may be from the delivery slip 101 side or from the sticker slip 103 side, but it is preferable to transport from the sticker slip 103 side having stronger adhesive force to the printer.

(Half cut portion) The half cut portion 41 is cut only in the slip sheet 11, and when the base material 21 is used alone, the base material 21 is not cut. As shown in FIG. When the tack paper 20 in which the layer 33 and the release paper 25 are laminated is used, the base material 21 / adhesive layer 33 / release paper 25 constituting the tack paper 20 is not cut.

The half-cut portion 41 only needs to cut at least the slip sheet 11 and the peeling layer (not shown), the adhesive layer 31 and the sealing layer are very thin and can be cut even if cut. It does not have to be.

In the delivery slip 10 of the present embodiment, since the U-shaped partial adhesion region 304B is formed, the effect of the environment during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operations such as transportation, or from manufacturing to operation is improved. It can prevent drowning, tearing, or falling off even when there is a change, making it possible to work with high efficiency in manufacturing, printing on a printer, and the like. Moreover, when the delivery slip 101 is peeled off from the peeling start end portion 71 and separated, the peeling start region 301 that is cut from the half-cut portion 41 line and has the weakest peeling force is used as a trigger, and the peeling intermediate region 305, Since peeling proceeds in the order of the U-shaped partial adhesion region 304B and the peeling intermediate region 305, they are easily separated.

Further, in the delivery slip 10 of the present embodiment, since the peeling start area 301 is provided in a U shape inside the three sides of the delivery slip 101, the delivery slip 101 is peeled off from the peeling start end 71 and separated. In this case, the peeling start region 301 is cut from the half-cut portion 41 and has the weakest peeling force, and there are three sides.

Although not shown, in addition to the above-described general half-cut, the half-cut portion 41 starts to peel from a plurality of uncuts, a plurality of small half-cuts, and a peeling start end 71 side of the small half-cuts. The shape on one side of a so-called zipper sewing machine composed of an oblique cut inclined to the end 71 side may be used. In this case, when the delivery slip 101 is peeled off from the peeling start end 71 and separated, the end of the small half-cut or the uncut of the small half-cut is formed so as to have a “<” shape in the tearing direction. An oblique cut is provided in the vicinity, and the tip of the oblique cut is directed in the uncut direction.

Note that the small half cut at the end opposite to the peeling start end 71 is only an uncut, and an oblique cut may not be provided. Further, the uncut only portion may be about 1/3 or less of the entire length of the half cut portion 41.

(Adhesive strength difference) A method of making a difference in adhesive strength depending on the region will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the delivery slip 10 has a slip sheet 11 in which at least a delivery slip 101 and a sticker slip 103 that can be printed by a printer are continuously connected to a base material 21 in a state in which the portion of the delivery slip 101 is peelable. The tack paper 20 composed of the adhesive layer 33 and the release paper 25 is laminated on the surface of the base material 21 via the adhesive layer 31, and a release layer (not shown) is provided on the back side of the slip paper 11. A sealing layer (not shown) is provided on the surface side. Note that the portion of the sticker 103 may be in a strongly bonded state or in a peelable state.

By the combination of the release layer, the adhesive layer 31, and the sealing layer, a difference in adhesive force depending on the region can be provided. If the area of the release layer or the amount of ink is printed, the adhesive strength is weakened. If the sealing layer is provided, the adhesive strength is increased, and if not provided, the adhesive strength is decreased. However, in the case of a pressure-bonding method using a pressure-sensitive adhesive as the adhesive layer 31, the reverse action is exerted. When the sealing layer is provided, the adhesive force is weakened, and when not provided, the adhesive force is increased. In order to control the adhesive force, a plurality of adhesives having different adhesive strengths are selectively used as the adhesive for forming the adhesive layer 31, or the adhesive layer 31 is applied to the entire surface in a solid form or a dot-like area. There are also means for making dot patterns with different densities. As described above, a difference in adhesive force depending on the region can be provided by a combination of the release layer, the adhesive layer 31, and the sealing layer.

In addition, it is preferable to provide a difference in adhesive strength depending on the region by providing an uncoated part without providing a release layer, or by partially providing a release layer. If the release layer is not provided and the uncoated portion is formed, the adhesive layer 31 is in direct contact with the slip sheet 11 and thus the adhesive strength is increased. Moreover, when providing a peeling layer partially, adhesive force becomes strong, so that the area of the part which a peeling layer occupies is large. Therefore, the strength of the adhesive force may be controlled by changing the area of the portion occupied by the release layer.

That is, when the release layer is formed on the back surface of the slip sheet 11, in the delivery slip 10 of the present embodiment, the U-shaped partial adhesion region 304 </ b> B is not provided with a release layer but is an uncoated portion or is peeled off. It is preferable to provide a difference in adhesive strength depending on the region by partially providing a layer. The release layer is a fine dot (halftone dot) having a diameter of about 0.1 mm to 1 mm, preferably about 0.2 to 0.5 mm, more preferably 0.36 mm, and the area occupied by the dot is 10%. By forming a partial release layer of -80%, preferably 30% -60%, more preferably 50%, the adhesive strength is stronger than the peel start region 301 and further stronger than the peel intermediate region 305. Can do.

Further, the peeling intermediate region 305 is provided with a peeling layer on the entire surface, so that a normal adhesive force is maintained. In addition, if the peeling start area 301 of at least two sides including the peeling start end 71 on the outer periphery of the delivery slip 101 is separately formed with a weak adhesion structure, the adhesive strength of the U-shaped partial adhesion area 304B is reduced. When the adhesive strength of the peeling intermediate region 305 is C and the adhesive strength of the peeling start region 301 is D, the relationship of D <C <B <B can be established. 304B is formed.

As a result, the peelable peelable piece such as the delivery slip 101 of the delivery slip 10 is unlikely to be drowned or dropped during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operation such as transportation, or even when the environment changes from manufacturing to operation. In addition, the efficiency in the manufacturing process and the printing operation by the printer does not decrease.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, in the conventional delivery slip 10, the entire peel area 311 has no difference in adhesive strength within the area and is weak overall, so that the delivery slip 101 of the delivery slip 10 can be peeled off. Such peeling pieces are liable to be bent or dropped during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operation such as transportation, or even when the environment changes from manufacturing to operation. For this reason, the efficiency in the manufacturing process and the printing operation in the printer is reduced.

(Peeling Start Area) As shown in FIG. 2, the peeling start area 301 is an adhesive force of at least two sides of the peeling start area 301 including the peeling start end 71 on the outer periphery of the delivery slip 101. To do.
FIG. 2 shows an example of a three-side peeling start region 301 including the outer peripheral peeling start end 71. The peeling start area 301 is set to have the lowest adhesive strength. The peeling start region 301 is provided so as to include all of the half-cut portion 41.

Moreover, when the diagonal cut, the uncut, and the small half cut are provided in the part of the half cut part 41, it provides so that all of these may be included.

In the delivery slip 10 of the present embodiment, the delivery slip 101 includes a peeling start area 301, a peeling intermediate area 305, and a U-shaped partial bonding area 304B, and the adhesive strengths are D, C, and B, respectively. In addition, the adhesion force may be controlled so that the relationship of d <c <b. As described above, the adhesive force may be controlled by providing an uncoated portion only at the part of the release layer or partially providing an uncoated portion. The width of the U-shaped partial adhesion region 304B is larger than 0 mm and about 1 mm or less, preferably 0.8 mm or less.

(Peeling Intermediate Area) The peeling intermediate area 305 in the delivery slip 10 of the present embodiment occupies most of the delivery slip 101 and can be peeled off with the designed adhesive force. What is necessary is just to make it become the relationship of the adhesive force set to each.

In this way, when separating the delivery slip 101 by peeling from the peeling start end 71, the delivery slip 101 can be easily separated without being torn, and the peelable strip (delivery slip) of the delivery slip 10 can be obtained. 101), or the like, even during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operation such as transportation, or even when the environment changes from manufacturing to operation, dripping and dropping are unlikely to occur.

(Slip paper) The slip paper 11 can be used as long as it has sufficient strength and printing, printer printing, printability and transportability, for example, high-quality paper, NIP paper, coated paper, art paper, craft paper. Paper such as copying paper, glassine paper, parchment paper, rayon paper, synthetic paper, paper laminated with a resin film is preferably used, but resin such as cellophane, stretched polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, stretched polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. It may be a film. NIP paper is preferable from the viewpoint of printability. The thickness of the slip sheet 11 is about 20 to 200 μm, preferably 50 to 150 μm, from the viewpoint of printability and handleability. Moreover, you may print a picture, an explanatory note, etc. on the slip paper 11 as needed.

(Peeling Layer) A peeling layer may be provided on the back side of the slip sheet 11 so that a difference is provided in the adhesive force by making an uncoated portion or a partially coated portion for each region. As the release layer provided so that the slip sheet 11 can be separated as desired, it is preferable to use a resin film or a print layer with low adhesion so that the delivery slip 101 can be easily released from the base material 21.
For example, it is most preferable to use an olefinic (co) polymer such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutylene. In addition, polystyrene, polyvinyl butyral, vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl chloride- It may be a film made of a vinyl acetate copolymer, an acrylic resin, a thermoplastic resin such as a cellulose resin, or a mixture thereof. Moreover, you may use the film formed from thermosetting resins, such as a polyurethane.
Moreover, the printing layer using the adhesive layer 31 mentioned later and the ink which has peelability may be sufficient.

Furthermore, an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer, an ultraviolet absorber, a slip agent, an antistatic agent, an antifogging agent, a colorant, a filler, and the like may be added to the release layer as desired. The coating amount and coating thickness of the resin for forming the release layers 21 and 32 are not particularly limited, but preferably the coating amount is about 0.1 to 10 μm, preferably 0.5 to 10 μm.

(Tack Paper) The tack paper 20 includes a base material 21, an adhesive layer 33, and a release paper 25. A sealing layer is provided on the surface side of the base material 21 as necessary.

(Substrate) As the substrate 21, the same paper or film as the slip sheet 11 can be used. Moreover, you may give free printing, such as a design and an explanatory note, to the surface and / or back surface of the base material 21 as needed.

(Sealing layer) As the sealing layer, the adhesive layer 31 prevents penetration into the base material 21 between the base material 21 and the adhesive layer 31 described later, and the adhesive force between the slip sheet 11 and the base material 21 is increased. In order to adjust, a sealing layer may be provided on the surface of the base material 21. As the sealing layer, a so-called binder, a conventionally known thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, polyester resin, polyamide resin, cellulose derivative, thermosetting resin, reactive resin, etc. Or a mixture thereof, and if necessary, an additive may be added and applied or printed by a known coating method or printing method.

(Adhesive layer) The adhesive layer 33 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive that enables the delivery slip 10 to be affixed to luggage, and is most preferably an acrylic adhesive, but a natural rubber adhesive, a synthetic rubber adhesive, silicone A rubber-based adhesive may be used. The coating amount and coating thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33 are not particularly limited, but preferably the coating amount is about 0.1 to 50 g / m 2 , preferably 3 to 30 g / m 2 , The coating thickness is about 0.1 to 50 μm, preferably 3 to 30 μm.

(Release paper) The release paper 25 (also called a separate paper or a separate paper) has a release layer on one side of a base material such as high-quality paper, coated paper, impregnated paper, and plastic film. The release layer is not particularly limited as long as it is a material having releasability, and examples thereof include silicone resins, organic resin-modified silicone resins, fluorine resins, aminoalkyd resins, and polyester resins. These resins can be used in any of emulsion type, solvent type and solventless type.

(Adhesive layer) The adhesive layer 31 is for integrating the base material 21 and the slip paper 11, and for example, urethane, acrylic, vinyl acetate, or other thermoplastic resins can be used. The film is applied to a thickness of about 0.1 to 50 μm, preferably 2 to 15 μm by a known printing method or coating method such as a flexo method or a gravure method, and dried as necessary before or after bonding. The substrate 21 and the slip sheet 11 are preferably bonded together by a wet or semi-wet lamination method, a thermocompression bonding method, or a pressure-sensitive method in which the adhesive (or resin) is not dried. It is not a thing.

(Lamination) The part of the release layer provided on the slip sheet 11 becomes a separable delivery slip 101 as shown in FIG. The delivery slip 101 after separation may also serve as a receipt.

(Half-cut portion) The half-cut portion 41 can be processed by a known half-cut method using a big blade. Although not shown, the half-cut portion 41 includes a plurality of uncuts, a plurality of small half-cuts, and an oblique cut that starts at the peeling start end 71 side of the small half-cut and tilts toward the peeling start end 71 side. It is good also as what is called a one-sided zipper shape. A method of processing the small half cut and the oblique cut except for the uncut may be a known half cut method from the slip paper 11 side, but a processing method using an etching blade is preferable because the dimensions are fine.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a delivery slip that can be easily peeled off or not dropped during manufacturing, during printing with a printer, during operation such as transportation, or even when the environment changes from manufacturing to operation.
