Claims (1)

ベース部材に、ストライカと係合可能なラッチと、前記ラッチに設けられた係合部に係合することにより前記ラッチの回動を阻止する係合爪部を有する金属板状のラチェットをそれぞれ枢着して成る車両用ラッチ装置において、
前記ラチェットにおける前記係合爪部の板厚方向のほぼ中央部に、前記係合爪部の先端から前記ラチェットの解除回動方向へ沿う帯状の溝部を形成し、
前記溝部の端部を、前記係合爪部が前記ラッチの前記係合部に係合した状態において前記係合部よりも前記ラチェットの解除回動方向側に位置するように延設し、
前記ラチェットの外周面に、前記係合爪部の板厚方向における前記溝部の両側に金属面が露出するように合成樹脂成型部を一体成型し、
前記合成樹脂成型部は、前記ラチェットの側面部を覆う側面成型部と、前記側面成型部に直接繋がるとともに、前記ラッチの回動時に前記係合部の先端が摺接する前記ラチェットの顎部にその板厚方向の全域を覆う第1の縁成型部と、前記溝部内に成型されて前記第1の縁成型部に滑らかに繋がるとともに、前記溝部の両側に形成される金属露出面よりも突出して前記ラッチの前記係合部に当接可能な緩衝部と、前記側面成型部に直接繋がるとともに、前記溝部の端部を含む前記ラチェットの縁の板厚方向の全域を覆う第2の縁成型部を含むことを特徴とする車両用ラッチ装置。
