本発明は、百貨店業界、通信販売業界、ブライダル業界等で行われているカタログギフト用のカタログを配送する際に好適に利用される配送用帳票に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の配送用帳票として、例えば特開昭６０−１９９６９５号公報に見られるように、贈答品のカタログと申込みハガキ等を一冊に綴じ合わせた形態のものが知られている。この帳票を利用することにより、被贈答者はカタログから商品を選定し、申込みハガキにて当該商品を申し込むことができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術で述べた配送用帳票は、前述のようにカタログと申込みハガキ等が一冊に綴じ合わされた形態となっているが、カタログを送付する配送伝票は別に用意し、申込みハガキ等と配送伝票の印字情報をマッチングする必要があった。また、一冊に綴じ合わされた形態となっているため、印字情報については、店舗等で使用している汎用のカット紙プリンタでの出力ができないという問題点があった。

本発明は、上記のような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、カット紙プリンタでの処理が可能で、マッチング作業の軽減を図ることができ、また必要に応じて帳票の各部分を剥離紙から容易に剥がすことができる配送用帳票を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
