Description
あるが、センサー基板3b上には複雑な回路や高電力のIC等はなく、必ずしもポッティングまでを必要としない場合がある。このような場合は、モーターフレーム3内部へのポッティング実施は、余計な費用を生じてしまうことになりかねない。あるいはモーターフレーム3内部へポッティングを行わない場合は、前述のように基板ケース底部8aを接着剤等でふさいでしまうことが必要となる。この作業において、基板ケース底部8aへの接着剤塗布が不完全なものであると、ポッティング剤7がモーターフレーム3内部へ漏れ出ることとなり確実性が要求されるため、塗布作業の精度管理等、余計な労力を生じてしまうこととなる。
かどうかという心配を残すが、このパッキン13の機能は、ポッティング剤7が硬化するまでの間のみ機密を保持できれば良いものなので、何ら支障はないはずである。

Claims (2)
- ケーシングに羽根車を内蔵し、また基板ケースに制御基板を収納したDCブラシレスポンプであって、前記制御基板に施されるポッティング剤の目張りとして発泡素材から成るパッキンを用いることを特徴とするDCブラシレスポンプ。
- 前記パッキンが、前記基板ケースのポッティング液面下の開口部を目張りするために用いられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のDCブラシレスポンプ。
