Claims (5)
- 炭化珪素粒子を含む原料を押出成形してハニカム形状のハニカム構造体を得、得られた前記ハニカム構造体を、本焼成し、次いで酸素2〜20容量%及び水蒸気5〜30容量%含有雰囲気下で熱処理して、多孔質ハニカム構造体を得、得られた前記多孔質ハニカム構造体の表面に、アルミナ及びセリアを主成分として含有する触媒を担持させることを特徴とする炭化珪素質触媒体の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理を、天然ガスを燃料としたバーナーを燃焼させて生じた熱により直接対象物の加熱を行う請求項1に記載の炭化珪素質触媒体の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理を、800〜1400℃の温度で行う請求項1又は2に記載の炭化珪素質触媒体の製造方法。
- 炭化珪素粒子を含む原料を押出成形してハニカム形状のハニカム構造体を得、得られた前記ハニカム構造体を、酸素含有雰囲気下でバインダーを除去した後に、酸素2〜20容量%及び水蒸気5〜30容量%含有雰囲気下で熱処理し、次いで本焼成して、多孔質ハニカム構造体を得、得られた前記多孔質ハニカム構造体の表面に、アルミナ及びセリアを主成分として含有する触媒を担持させることを特徴とする炭化珪素質触媒体の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理を、400〜1000℃の温度で行う請求項4に記載の炭化珪素質触媒体の製造方法。
