この特許第2539709号の特許公報に記載された床構造は、床パネルの両縁の間に目地材を挟置して床部を構成し、床パネルの両縁をそれぞれ支持するフランジ部を両側の開放側端縁に有する溝型材からなる根太材を複数並置している。また、前記根太材を直角に支持する複数の大引き材を設け、この大引き材と根太材との交接部において、大引き材、根太材にそれぞれ設けられた通水孔が一致するように固定されている。そして、前記目地材、根太材、根太材の通水孔、大引き材と流下する床部に流された洗浄水を排水管に導入する排水装置を設けてある。

ところで、このような床構造を施工するには、根太や大引にステンレススチールを使用している。また、大引には、特に多量の荷重がかかるので、鋼管を使用することも多かった。

本発明は、並列して設置した大引の上に、根太を交叉させて設置し、根太の上に床パネルを設置し、床パネル上の水を、根太と一体に形成した排水路から大引と一体に形成した排水路を通し、外部に排水する床構造であって、根太及び床パネルの荷重を支える部分である大引本体を、金属製にするとともに、排水を受ける部分である大引排水路を合成樹脂のみで床構造とした。前記大引本体は、ステンレススチール製とすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図に基づいて本発明の実施の形態の説明をする。図は本発明の床構造の一実施の形態の説明用の図である。

この実施の形態の床構造は、並列して設置した鋼鉄製の大引30の上に、鋼鉄製又はステンレス・スチール製の根太10を、直角又は所定の角度で交叉させて設置し、根太10の上に床パネル5を設置してある。床パネル5は、隣接する根太10間に設置されるものであり、隣接する床パネル5の縁部間には、根太10上にて所定間隔が開けられ、床パネル5上の水が根太10側に流下するスリット部となる。そして、複数の床パネル5が平面マトリックス状に根太10上に設置されて、全体床を構成している。
