Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking-up of a ventilating space in a drain pipe by waste water by deviatively flowing down the waste water by connecting an upper horizontal pipe part to a lower horizontal pipe part by bending and laying the upper horizontal pipe part of a drain horizontal main pipe connected to the lower end of a drain vertical main pipe in a horizontal plane. SOLUTION: In a medium high-rise multiple dwelling house, an upper horizontal pipe part 11 of a drain horizontal main pipe 3 is connected to the lower end of a drain vertical main pipe, and a sewer pipe and a waste water tank are connected to a lower horizontal pipe part 15. In a connecting part of these horizontal pipe parts 11, 15, a horizontal bent pipe part 16 and a connecting pipe part 17 are connected to the upper horizontal pipe part 11, and are connected to the lower horizontal pipe part 15 via a vertical bent pipe 12, a vertical pipe part 13 and a vertical bent pipe 14 after being bent at a right angle in a horizontal plane. Thus, waste water flowing in the upper horizontal pipe part 11 is pressed down outside by centrifugal force in the horizontal bent pipe part 16 to flow to the lower horizontal pipe part 15. Thus, a ventilating space is secured on one side of the vertical bent pipe 12 and the vertical pipe part 13 to prevent springing-out of trap sealing water by blocking-up of the ventilating space.

In the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, when drainage is caused to flow into the drainage main pipe 2, the drainage flows down the pipe while drawing a large amount of air from the top ventilation pipe 8. In the drainage pipe of the drainage device 1, a ventilation space for circulating the air induced by the drainage is required. However, in the above-mentioned drain horizontal main pipe 3, the axes of the upper horizontal pipe section 11 and the vertical pipe section 13 are substantially orthogonal to each other, and both of them are vertically bent from the horizontal direction to the vertically downward direction. As shown in FIG. 5, when the drainage amount is large, when the drainage W flows from the upper horizontal pipe portion 11 to the vertical pipe portion 13, the drainage W causes the drainage W to be connected to each other through the pipe portion 13. The ventilation space in the pipeline may be blocked.

[0006] If the drainage W may block the ventilation space even temporarily, a large amount of air that has moved together with the drainage W loses a relief place at that moment, and becomes a large positive pressure.
Troubles such as splashing out of trap water on the lower floor occur. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to take care not to block the ventilation space by drainage flowing from the upper horizontal pipe to the vertical pipe.

In this embodiment, the drainage flowing from the drainage main pipe to the upper horizontal pipe section 11 of the drainage horizontal main pipe 3 is:
Vertical curved pipe section 1 via horizontal curved pipe section 16 and connecting pipe section 17
2, when the drainage flows through the horizontal curved pipe portion 16, the drainage moves toward the outer peripheral side 16 a of the horizontal curved pipe portion 16 by the action of centrifugal force, and then the drainage flows in a direction orthogonal to the pipe axis. And flows in the connecting pipe portion 17 in a state of being shifted to one side in the horizontal direction and falls from the vertical bent pipe portion 12 to the vertical pipe portion 13, so that a ventilation space is secured on one side of the vertical bent pipe portion 12 and one side of the vertical pipe portion 13. Therefore, the drainage does not block the ventilation space of the vertical curved pipe section 12 and the vertical pipe section 13.

In the above-described embodiment, the horizontal curved pipe section 16 and the vertical curved pipe section 12 are connected via the connecting pipe section 17, but the horizontal curved pipe section 16 and the vertical curved pipe section 12 are connected to each other. You may connect directly. In the above configuration, since the horizontal curved tube portion 16 is formed separately from the vertical curved tube portion 12 and connected, the vertical curved tube portion 13 extends from the tube axis O1 of the upper horizontal tube portion 11.
The distance L1 to the pipe axis O2 can be freely set, and the horizontal bent pipe section 16 is replaced with a pipe having a different angle, so that the position of the lower horizontal pipe section 15 of the vertical bent pipe section 12 in the pipe axis direction can be obtained. And the degree of freedom in designing according to the situation at the site is great.

Further, the horizontal curved pipe section 16 is provided with the upper horizontal pipe section 11.
However, by forming the horizontal curved tube portion 16 with a 90 ° bend, there is an advantage that a special piping member does not need to be manufactured, a commercially available product can be used, and the product can be easily obtained. . The same applies to the relationship between the vertical curved tube portion 12 and the vertical tube portion 13. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper horizontal pipe 11 of the drain horizontal main pipe 3 is piped to the lower surface side of the floor slab 5, and below the upper horizontal pipe 11,
Usually, a ceiling is provided and therefore the upper horizontal tube section 11
(And the vertical curved pipe section 12) is provided between the floor slab 5 and the ceiling. Further, when drainage is caused to flow from the upper horizontal pipe portion 11 to the vertical pipe portion 13, the drainage water is given a centrifugal force.
The upper horizontal pipe part 11 is formed through a three-dimensionally bent pipe.
It is conceivable to connect the vertical pipe portion 13 to the bent pipe. In such a configuration, the bent pipe penetrates the ceiling obliquely and protrudes downward. Since it is connected to the vertical curved pipe part 12 via the horizontal curved pipe part 16 bent inside, there is also an advantage that the horizontal curved pipe part 16 (and the connection pipe part 17) is well accommodated.

Description is omitted. In each of the above embodiments, the position where the horizontal curved pipe portion 16 is provided must be a position where the horizontal curved pipe portion 16 reaches the upstream side of the vertical curved pipe portion 12 while the horizontal centrifugal force applied to the drainage is maintained. According to experiments, the position of the horizontal curved pipe part 16 is 3 m upstream from the vertical curved pipe part 12 (in the first embodiment, the upper horizontal pipe part 1

According to the present invention, the upper horizontal pipe section 11 and the vertical bent pipe section 12 are bent in a horizontal plane, and the horizontal bent pipe section 16 formed separately from the vertical bent pipe section 12 is formed. The drainage is connected to one side of the drainage pipe by the action of centrifugal force when flowing through the horizontal curved pipe section 16 through the horizontal curved pipe section 16, and a ventilation space is secured on one side of the vertical curved pipe section 12 and the vertical pipe section 13. The drainage space does not block the ventilation space. Moreover, since the horizontal curved pipe part 16 is bent in the horizontal plane, when the upper horizontal pipe part 11 is piped between the floor slab and the ceiling, there is an effect that the horizontal curved pipe part 16 fits well. .
