Claims (5)
- アーム部材上に取り付けられることによりサスペンションを構成するフレクシャであって、
記録媒体に対して記録及び/又は再生を行う薄膜磁気ヘッドを有するヘッドスライダが搭載されると共に、前記搭載されたヘッドスライダに通電するための配線を備えた本体部と、
前記本体部上に、前記ヘッドスライダと前記アーム部材の基端とを結ぶ線を挟むように並設され、積層された複数の圧電素子を有する圧電体積層ユニットと、
積層された複数の前記圧電素子のそれぞれに独立に電圧を印加するための複数の圧電素子用配線と、
を有するフレクシャと、
前記記録媒体と、
前記圧電素子用配線のそれぞれに電気的に接続された複数の電源と、
を備え、
前記圧電体積層ユニットの前記各圧電素子は、個別に電圧を印加可能となっており、
前記複数の電源は、前記圧電体積層ユニットの前記複数の圧電素子のそれぞれに、前記複数の圧電素子のそれぞれを前記本体部の面方向に伸張させる極性の電圧であって、互いに異なる大きさの電圧を個別に印加することができることを特徴とするハードディスク装置。 - 前記圧電体積層ユニットは、前記本体部における、前記ヘッドスライダから前記アーム部材の基端へと延びる中心線に対して略対称となるように並設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハードディスク装置。
- 記録媒体に対して記録及び/又は再生を行う薄膜磁気ヘッドを有するヘッドスライダが搭載されると共に、前記搭載されたヘッドスライダに通電するための配線を備えた本体部を有するフレクシャと、
前記フレクシャに取り付けられるアーム部材と、を有するサスペンションと、
前記記録媒体と、
複数の電源と、
を備え、
前記フレクシャの前記本体部上には、積層された複数の圧電素子を有する圧電体積層ユニットが前記ヘッドスライダと前記アーム部材の基端とを結ぶ線を挟むように並設されており、
前記フレクシャは、積層された複数の前記圧電素子のそれぞれに独立に電圧を印加するための複数の圧電素子用配線を有し、
前記圧電体積層ユニットの前記各圧電素子は、個別に電圧を印加可能となっており、
前記複数の電源は、前記圧電素子用配線のそれぞれに電気的に接続されていると共に、前記圧電体積層ユニットの前記複数の圧電素子のそれぞれに、前記複数の圧電素子のそれぞれを前記本体部の面方向に伸張させる極性の電圧であって、互いに異なる大きさの電圧を個別に印加することができることを特徴とするハードディスク装置。 - 記録媒体に対して記録及び/又は再生を行う薄膜磁気ヘッドを有するヘッドスライダと、
前記ヘッドスライダが搭載されると共に、前記搭載されたヘッドスライダに通電するための配線を備えた本体部を有するフレクシャと、
前記フレクシャに取り付けられるアーム部材と、を有するヘッドジンバルアセンブリと、
前記記録媒体と、
複数の電源と、
を備え、
前記フレクシャの前記本体部上には、積層された複数の圧電素子を有する圧電体積層ユニットが前記ヘッドスライダと前記アーム部材の基端とを結ぶ線を挟むように並設されており、
前記フレクシャは、積層された複数の前記圧電素子のそれぞれに独立に電圧を印加するための複数の圧電素子用配線を有し、
前記圧電体積層ユニットの前記各圧電素子は、個別に電圧を印加可能となっており、
前記複数の電源は、前記圧電素子用配線のそれぞれに電気的に接続されていると共に、前記圧電体積層ユニットの前記複数の圧電素子のそれぞれに、前記複数の圧電素子のそれぞれを前記本体部の面方向に伸張させる極性の電圧であって、互いに異なる大きさの電圧を個別に印加することができることを特徴とするハードディスク装置。 - 前記ヘッドスライダは、前記本体部に面する側面の重心を前記本体部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のハードディスク装置。
