【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a battery capacity determination device, and in particular, a battery capacity determination method and a determination device for determining the capacity of a battery that can exchange power with an electric device, and power for controlling power transfer between the battery and the electric device. The present invention relates to an exchange control method and a control device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-258513, an apparatus that determines the capacity (charged state) of a battery from the open voltage of the battery mounted on the vehicle is known. In general, a correlation is recognized between the open circuit voltage and the capacity of the battery. Therefore, in the conventional device, the battery capacity corresponding to the open circuit voltage of the battery is determined from a predetermined correlation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, after the ignition switch is switched from the off state to the on state in order to start the vehicle, a certain amount of time is required until the computer for determining the battery capacity effectively starts up. For this reason, if the battery capacity is determined immediately after the ignition switch is turned on, the computer is unstable and does not function effectively, so the battery capacity may be erroneously determined. In addition, the battery exchanges power with a specified electrical device, but even if the battery capacity is determined when such power is being transferred, the battery voltage fluctuates, so the battery capacity is accurately determined. I can't do it. In this regard, the conventional apparatus cannot be said to accurately determine the battery capacity.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a battery capacity determination method and determination apparatus, a power transfer control method and a control apparatus capable of preventing erroneous determination of battery capacity at the time of system startup. For the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object is achieved by a predetermined electrical equipment and power battery capacity determining how the first battery capacity capable of performing exchange Ru was determined in a computer, the computer, the different second battery from the first battery with rises by the power supply, before the transfer of power between and the first battery and the electrical device after the computer has risen enabled is permitted, Rukoto to determine the capacity of the first battery in the computer This is achieved by a battery capacity determination method characterized by the following.
[0006]
Further, a battery capacity determining apparatus comprising: a first battery that can transmits and receives predetermined electrical equipment and power, a computer having a capacity determining means for determining the capacity of the first battery, wherein the computer, the The power supply from a second battery different from the first battery is started, and the capacity determination means is activated after the computer is effectively started up and before power transfer between the first battery and the electric device is permitted. in is also achieved by the battery capacity determining device comprising a Turkey to determine the capacity of the first battery.
[0007]
In the invention of this embodiment, the capacity determination of the first battery, the computer determines the capacity of that is permitted transfer of power between and the first battery and the electric device after rises to enable the power supply from the second battery Done before. For this reason, an erroneous determination of the battery capacity due to the rise of the system is prevented, and an erroneous determination of the battery capacity due to the power fluctuation is prevented, so that the determination of the battery capacity can be performed accurately.
[0008]
In this case, the battery capacity determining method described above, the capacity determination of the first battery, if Rukoto was performed after the first predetermined time required for the computer rises enabled has elapsed, due to power fluctuations Incorrect determination of the battery capacity is reliably prevented.
[0009]
Further, in the battery capacity determining method described above, the capacity determination of the first battery, a second of exchanging electric power with the first after a predetermined time has elapsed and the said first battery electric appliance is permitted if Rukoto was performed before the predetermined time elapses, and when the front Stories second predetermined time has elapsed, by the fact that transfer of power between the first battery and the electrical apparatus is permitted Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent erroneous determination of the battery capacity due to power fluctuations accompanying power transfer with the electrical equipment.
[0011]
Further, the above object is a power transfer control method for controlling power transfer between a first battery and an electric device, wherein a computer for determining the capacity of the first battery is a second battery different from the first battery. after determining the effective rise and capacity of the first battery by electric power supply is achieved by the power exchange control method and permits the transfer of power between the first battery and the electrical device.
[0012]
Further, the electrical device, the first battery that exchanges the electrical equipment and power, wherein the a power exchange control device for controlling the power transfer between the electrical device and the first battery, the first battery capacity computer determines that after determining the effective rise and capacity of the first battery by electric power supply from a different second battery from the first battery, the power of the first battery and said electrical equipment It is also achieved by a power transfer control device comprising power transfer control means for permitting transfer.
[0013]
In the invention of this embodiment, transfer of power between the first battery and the electrical equipment, permission after the computer determines the capacity of the battery is determined the capacity of the rising and the first battery to enable the power supply from the second battery Is done. That is, it is prohibited before the capacity of the first battery is determined.
