Description

The present invention relates to a tape cutter device that can fold a cut end portion of a cut adhesive tape to form a folded portion including a non-adhesive portion.

There exists a thing shown by patent document 1 as this type of prior art. In this prior art, a reel capable of storing an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one surface and a non-adhesive surface on the other surface, that is, a storage unit, and a rotationally disposed on the adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, And a cutting blade that cuts the adhesive tape that is picked up by a finger from the section and pulled out. Moreover, it has the structure which also provided the cylindrical standby part which folds the cut | disconnecting edge part of the cut | disconnected adhesive tape between cutting blades, and forms the knob | pick part, ie, the folding | turning part which consists of a non-adhesive part.

In the related art configured as described above, when the adhesive tape is applied to a necessary portion, the folded portion of the adhesive tape is picked up with a fingertip so that the length corresponds to, for example, the entire length of the region to be applied. Then it is pulled out and pasted. Further, when the adhesive tape is attached to a necessary portion and then peeled off, the adhesive tape can be easily peeled off by picking up and pulling the folded portion composed of the non-adhesive portion of the adhesive tape with a fingertip.
Japanese Patent No. 2958331

By the way, in order to improve the work efficiency of the adhesive tape attaching operation, when the adhesive tape is attached to a member to be attached such as corrugated cardboard, the length corresponding to the entire length of the region where the adhesive tape is to be attached as described above. Without sticking out and sticking so that only the tip of the adhesive tape is attached to the adherend, and then moving the main body side holding the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is moved You may want to paste the in the pasted area. When sticking the adhesive tape in this way, unlike the configuration of the prior art described above, it is desirable to arrange the cutting blade on the non-adhesive surface side that is the surface opposite to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape. . However, if the cutting blade is simply arranged on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, it is difficult to form a folded portion composed of a non-adhesive part that is convenient when peeling from the adherend member.

The present invention is made from the actual state in the above-described prior art, and its purpose is that a cutting blade can be disposed on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, and the cutting end of the adhesive tape can be easily separated from the non-adhesive portion after cutting. It is providing the tape cutter apparatus which can form the folding | turning part which consists of.

In order to achieve this object, according to the present invention, a storage unit capable of storing an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one side and a non-adhesive surface on the other side, and the adhesive tape stored in the storage unit are pulled out. In the thing provided with the drawer part and the cutting blade which cuts down the above-mentioned adhesive tape pulled out from this drawer part, while arranging the above-mentioned cutting blade on the above-mentioned non-adhesive surface side of the above-mentioned adhesive tape, A biasing member that is provided so as to be rotatable in the pulling-out direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is pulled out, and that urges the cutting blade in a direction opposite to the pulling-out direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; When the adhesive surface is wound on the side of the storage portion in the vicinity of the cutting blade so that the adhesive surface is wound, rotates with the pulling out of the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape is cut by the cutting blade, When the adhesive tape is cut by the cutting blade and a rotating roller that forms a folded portion consisting of a non-adhesive part at the cut end of the adhesive tape, the cut end of the adhesive tape And a holding portion for holding the head.

In the present invention configured as described above, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is bonded to a member to be bonded such as corrugated cardboard, the tip of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is first bonded to the member to be bonded. Subsequently, while the main body side including the storage portion is moved and the adhesive tape is pulled out, the portions of the drawn adhesive tape are sequentially attached to the adherend member. At this time, the cutting blade held in a closed state in accordance with the operation of pulling out the adhesive tape from the pulling portion rotates in the pulling direction against the urging force of the urging member to be in an opened state. . Further, during this time, the rotary roller around which the adhesive tape is wound rotates in accordance with the operation of drawing out the adhesive tape. Thus, an adhesive tape is affixed on the whole sticking plan area | region of a to-be-adhered member. Thereafter, this adhesive tape is cut with a cutting blade arranged on the non-adhesive surface side. When cut by this cutting blade, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape can be bent by the inertia of the rotating roller so that the adhesive surface is on the inside. Following this operation, the cutting blade is rotated in the direction opposite to the tape drawing direction, that is, in the closing direction by the biasing force of the biasing member. By this rotation of the cutting blade, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape bent as described above is folded back between the cutting blade and the rotating roller to form a folded portion including a non-adhesive portion. Thus, according to the present invention, the cutting blade can be arranged on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, and the folded portion formed of the non-adhesive portion can be easily formed on the cut end of the adhesive tape through the urging force of the urging member after cutting. Can be formed. Further, when the adhesive tape is cut, the cut end is securely held by the holding portion, so that a folded portion having a constant shape and dimension can be formed.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned invention, the holding portion comprises a wedge-shaped cutting edge of the cutting blade. In the present invention configured as described above, a wedge-shaped cutting edge, that is, a holding portion can be formed at the time of manufacturing the cutting blade, so that the holding portion can be easily formed and the cutting end portion of the adhesive tape is bonded to the wedge-shaped cutting edge. By doing so, the cut end can be reliably folded back.

Further, the present invention is the above invention, wherein the holding portion is provided on both side portions of the cutting edge of the cutting blade, and includes a locking portion to which the adhesive tape is locked when the cut adhesive tape is pierced. It is characterized by that. According to the present invention configured as described above, the locking portion can be formed in a simple shape to be stuck in the adhesive tape, so that this locking portion, that is, the holding portion can be easily formed, and the cut end portion of the adhesive tape Can be reliably folded back by piercing the locking portion.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, the holding part is composed of a static electricity generating member provided at a position on the storage part side in the vicinity of the cutting blade. In the present invention configured as above, the static electricity generating member can be formed by a simple member such as a synthetic resin plate, so that the static electricity generating member, that is, the holding portion can be easily formed, and the cut end portion of the adhesive tape can be formed. The static electricity generating member sticks to the static electricity generating member due to static electricity, so that the cut end can be reliably folded back.

The present invention can arrange a cutting blade on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, and can easily fold the cut end portion of the adhesive tape after cutting to form a folded portion composed of a non-adhesive portion. When peeling the adhesive tape adhered to the tape, the adhesive tape can be easily peeled off by gripping the folded part, and the adhesive tape can be attached by moving the main body of the adhesive tape. The work efficiency of the adhesive tape sticking work can be improved. Furthermore, when the adhesive tape is cut, the cut end is reliably folded back by the holding force of the holding portion, and a folded portion having a constant shape and dimension can be formed. Therefore, the adhesive tape is attached to the adherend member. The aesthetic appearance when pasted can be secured.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out a tape cutter device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the tape cutter device according to the present embodiment stores a main body 1 and an adhesive tape 2 included in the main body 1 and having an adhesive surface 2a on one surface and a non-adhesive surface 2b on the other surface. A possible storage part 3 and a drawer part 4 from which the adhesive tape 2 stored in the storage part 3 is drawn out are provided. The drawing portion 4 includes a roller member 5 that rotates when the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2a of the drawn pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 comes into contact therewith. A handle 6 is attached to the main body 1 so as to face the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 stored in the storage unit 3.

Further, the first frame 7 is fixed to the main body 1 with screws 8 shown in FIG. A second frame 10 is rotatably mounted on the shaft 9 attached to the first frame 7. In the upper part of the second frame body 10, a stopper portion 10 a that engages with the first frame body 7 as the second frame body 10 rotates, that is, a stopper that regulates the amount of rotation of the second frame body 10. A portion 10a and a finger hooking portion 10b that allows the second frame body 10 to rotate at the fingertip are formed. A pair of left and right protrusions 12 are formed in the lower part of the second frame 10.

As shown in FIG. 2, a cutting blade 11 that cuts the adhesive tape 2 is fixed to the second frame 10 with a bolt 16. That is, the cutting blade 11 rotates integrally with the second frame body 10 in the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape 2 as the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out. Therefore, the stopper portion 10 a formed on the second frame 10 described above regulates the amount of rotation of the cutting blade 11. In addition, the state shown in FIG. 1 has shown the state in which the above-mentioned cutting blade 11 was closed.

The protrusions 12 of the second frame 10 described above are arranged on both sides of the cutting blade 11 so as to sandwich the cutting blade 11 and are provided so as to protrude from the cutting edge 11 a of the cutting blade 11.

8A, the cutting edge 11a of the cutting blade 11 is formed in a wedge shape, for example, and the adhesive tape 2 is attached to the cutting edge 11a of the cutting blade 11 formed in this wedge shape. A holding portion is configured in which the cut end portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 is bonded and held when cut.

As shown in FIG. 5, an urging member, such as a torsion spring 17, that urges the cutting blade 11 provided integrally with the second frame body 10 in a direction opposite to the pulling direction of the adhesive tape 2 is attached to the shaft 9. is there.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the present embodiment is arranged on the storage unit 3 side in the vicinity of the cutting blade 11 so that the non-adhesive surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2 is wound, and rotates as the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out. When the adhesive tape 2 is cut by the cutting blade 11, a rotating roller 18 is provided between the cutting blade 11 to form a folded portion 2 d to be described later formed of a non-adhesive portion at the cut end of the adhesive tape 2. . The rotating roller 18 is made of, for example, a viscous rubber member and is attached to the main body 1.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8 (b), the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 2 provided on the inner portion of the cutting blade 11 that is located on the storage unit 3 side and drawn out from the storage unit 3. A guide member, for example, a leaf spring 13, is provided that rotates the cutting blade 11 in the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape 2 against the urging force of the torsion spring 17 by contact with 2b. The leaf spring 13 is provided with a folded positioning portion 13a with which a folded portion 2d, which will be described later, of the adhesive tape 2 comes into contact.

As shown in FIG. 8B, an elastic spacer 15 is disposed between the cutting blade 11 and the leaf spring 13. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8 (b), a synthetic resin that forms a static electricity generating member at a position on the storage unit 3 side in the vicinity of the cutting blade 11, for example, an inner portion of the leaf spring 13. A plate 14 is arranged. Similarly to the wedge-shaped cutting edge 11a of the cutting blade 11 described above, the synthetic resin plate 14 also holds the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 with static electricity when the adhesive tape 2 is cut by the cutting blade 11. The holding part to be configured is configured.

That is, the cutting blade 11, the spacer 15, the leaf spring 13, and the synthetic resin plate 14 shown in FIG. 8B are fixed to the second frame 10 by the bolts 16 shown in FIGS. , Are provided integrally.

The above-described finger hooking portion 10b of the second frame body 10 allows the rotation of the second frame body 10 as described above, that is, the cutting blade 11 integrated with the second frame body 10 is moved by the torsion spring by the pressing operation by the fingertip. The adhesive tape 2 is rotated in the pulling-out direction against the urging force of 17 and, for example, a pair corresponding to both side portions of the cutting blade 11 is provided.

When affixing the adhesive tape 2 to a non-adhesive member, for example, corrugated cardboard 20, as shown in FIG. 10, for example, with the palm in contact with the handle 6 and holding the adhesive tape 2 stored in the storage unit 3, The adhesive surface 2a at the tip of the adhesive tape 2 wound around the rotating roller 18 is brought close to the corrugated cardboard and the corrugated cardboard 20 is pressed by the rotating roller 18 as shown in FIGS. Paste to. Then, from this state, the main body 1 side starts to move along the planned pasting area. As a result, as indicated by an arrow 21 in FIG. 11, the second frame body 10 that has been held closed until then is resistant to the urging force of the torsion spring 17 together with the cutting blade 11 and the leaf spring 13. As a result, the adhesive tape 2 is rotated in the pulling direction, and the cutting blade 11 is opened. At this time, the protruding portion 12 first contacts the corrugated cardboard 20, and then the leaf spring 13 contacts.

Subsequently, when the main body 1 is moved along the region to be pasted, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the leaf spring 13 bends due to contact with the non-adhesive surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2, and the leaf spring 13 due to this deflection is deformed. An elastic force and a pressing force via the rotating roller 18 are applied to the adhesive tape 2, and the adhesive tape 2 is firmly attached to a region to be attached. Further, while the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out in this way, the roller member 5 rotates while contacting the adhesive surface 2 a of the adhesive tape 2, and the rotating roller 18 rotates while contacting the non-adhesive surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2. .

When the adhesive tape 2 is applied over the entire region to be applied and reaches the cutting position, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, this adhesive tape 2 is disposed by the cutting blade 11 disposed on the non-adhesive surface 2 b side of the adhesive tape 2. The tape 2 is cut. At this time, due to the inertia of the rotating roller 18 that has been rotated along with the withdrawal of the adhesive tape 2, the rotating roller 18 slightly rotates in the pulling-out direction as indicated by the arrow 22 in FIG. As a result of the rotation of the rotating roller 18 due to the inertia, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is bent into a concave shape so that the adhesive surface 2a is inside as shown in FIGS. Is formed. At this time, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is held by the cutting edge 11a by being bonded to the cutting edge 11a of the cutting blade 11.

Following this operation, as shown by an arrow 23 in FIGS. 19 and 20, the second frame 10 is integrated with the cutting blade 11 and the leaf spring 13, and the direction in which the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out by the biasing force of the torsion spring 17. Rotates in the opposite direction, that is, in the direction in which the cutting blade 11 is closed. With the rotation of the cutting blade 11 and the leaf spring 13, the bending portion 2c of the adhesive tape 2 is bonded and held to the synthetic resin plate 14 by static electricity generated by the synthetic resin plate 14, while the cutting blade 11 and the leaf spring 13 are The folded portion 2d formed of a non-adhesive portion is formed by being folded back while being in contact with the folded positioning portion 13a of the leaf spring 13 between the rotating roller 18.

FIG. 21 is also a side view for explaining another method of opening the cutting blade 11, showing the adhesive tape attaching operation. Instead of opening the cutting blade 11 in accordance with the movement of the main body 1 as described above, the second frame body is formed by hanging a fingertip on one of the pair of finger hanging portions 10b of the second frame body 10, as shown in FIG. 10 may be rotated so that the cutting blade 11 is opened.

[Effect of this embodiment]
According to the present embodiment configured as described above, the cutting blade 11 can be disposed on the non-adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 as described above, and the adhesive tape 2 can be easily provided via the biasing force of the torsion spring 17 after cutting. A folded portion 2d made of a non-adhesive portion can be formed at the cut end portion. Thereby, when peeling the adhesive tape 2 affixed to the corrugated cardboard 20 which is a to-be-adhered member, the folding | returning part 2d can be hold | gripped and the adhesive tape 2 can be peeled easily, and the main body 1 side of the adhesive tape 2 The adhesive tape 2 can be attached by moving the tape, and the work efficiency of the adhesive tape 2 can be improved.

Further, since the guide member, that is, the leaf spring 13 is provided on the back side of the cutting blade 11, it is possible to prevent the cutting blade 11 from contacting the adhesive tape 2 when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out. Thereby, the cutting blade 11 can be smoothly opened without damaging the drawn adhesive tape 2 with the cutting blade 11, and the reliability with respect to the sticking work can be ensured.

Moreover, since the folding | returning positioning part 13a contact | abutted when forming the folding | returning part 2d in the cutting | disconnection edge part of the adhesive tape 2 was equipped, the bending part 2c of the adhesive tape 2 cut | disconnected by this folding | returning positioning part 13a contact | abuts. Thus, the adhesive tape 2 can be folded back satisfactorily, and the folded portion 2d composed of the non-adhesive portion of the same length can be formed every time the adhesive tape 2 is cut, thereby providing a function for producing the folded portion 2d with high accuracy. It can be secured.

Moreover, since the stopper part 10a which controls the rotation amount at the time of the cutting blade 11 opening is formed in the 2nd frame 10, the stopper part 10a is latched by the 1st frame 7, and the cutting blade 11 is the largest. The distance between the cutting edge 11a of the cutting blade 11 and the rotating roller 18 when cutting the adhesive tape 2 performed in the open state can be kept constant. The folded portion 2d can be formed, which contributes to ensuring the function of producing the folded portion 2d with high accuracy.

Further, since the protruding portions 12 that protrude from the cutting edge 11 are provided on both sides of the cutting edge 11 a of the cutting blade 11, the cutting blade 2 is in contact with the cardboard 20 when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out. 11 can be opened, and the cardboard 20 is not damaged. Moreover, it can prevent that the blade edge | tip 10a contacts another thing, when carrying. As a result, excellent safety can be ensured.

Further, since the rotating roller 18 is made of a rubber member having viscosity, even when the adhesive tape 2 is cut, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is bonded and held to the rotating roller 2 via viscosity. Thereby, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is easily bent into a concave shape so that the adhesive surface 2a side is inward as described above, and the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 can be folded back more reliably and with high accuracy. This contributes to securing the production function of the folded portion 2d.

In addition, when the adhesive tape 2 is cut by the cutting blade 11, the holding portion that holds the cut end of the adhesive tape 2, that is, the cutting edge 11 a of the cutting blade 11 formed in a wedge shape, and a static electricity generating member. Since the synthetic resin plate 14 is provided, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 is cut, the cut end portions are reliably folded back through the holding force of these holding portions to form a folded portion having a constant shape and size. Can do. Thereby, the beauty | look at the time of affixing the adhesive tape 2 on the cardboard 20 which is a to-be-adhered member is securable.

Further, when the adhesive tape 2 is cut, a cutting edge 11a made of a wedge shape of the cutting blade 11 and a synthetic resin plate 14 as a static electricity generating member are provided as a holding portion for holding the cutting end. The wedge-shaped cutting edge 11 a of the blade 11 can be formed at the time of manufacturing the cutting blade 11, and the synthetic resin plate 14 has a simple shape, and therefore includes the cutting edge 11 a of the cutting blade 11 and the synthetic resin plate 14. The holding part can be easily formed.

Moreover, since it has the structure provided with the finger hook part 10b which rotates the cutting blade 11 in the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape 2 against the urging force of the torsion spring 17 by the pressing operation by the fingertip, it is stored in the storage part. By holding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 and pressing the fingertip on the finger hooking portion 10b, the cutting blade 11 can be opened and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 can be attached easily, which is easy to use. In particular, since the fingertip portion 10b is configured to have a pair corresponding to both side portions of the cutting blade 11, it can be easily used by both right-handed and left-handed people. Usability can be improved.

[Another embodiment]
FIG. 9 is a view showing another cutting blade that can be mounted in the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9, the cutting blade provided in the present embodiment is a two-blade provided with another cutting blade 25 in addition to the cutting blade 11, and the adhesive tape 2 is also applied by the cutting edge 25 a of the other cutting blade 25. You may comprise so that cutting | disconnection of this becomes possible. In this case, for example, a spacer 15a having elasticity equivalent to that of the spacer 15 is disposed between the leaf spring 13 and another cutting blade 25, and is located on the inner side of the other cutting blade 25, that is, on the storage unit 3 side. A synthetic resin plate 26 forming a static electricity generating member is disposed in the portion, and the cutting blade 11, the spacer 15, the leaf spring 13, the spacer 15a, another cutting blade 25, and the synthetic resin plate 26 are shown in FIG. Alternatively, the first frame 16 may be fixed to the second frame 10 and integrally provided.

With this configuration, both cutting with the cutting blade 11 and cutting with another cutting blade 25 are possible, so that the cutting function for the adhesive tape 2 can be improved.

In the above embodiment, the rotary roller 18 is made of a rubber body having viscosity. The rotary roller 18 is made of, for example, one having a static electricity generating function, that is, a synthetic resin forming a static electricity generating member. It may be configured. In addition, although the rotating roller 18 is made of a rubber body having viscosity, for example, a synthetic resin sheet or the like as a static electricity generating member may be attached to a part of the outer peripheral surface.

In such a configuration in which the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roller 18 is provided with the static electricity generating member, the adhesive tape is generated by static electricity generated from the static electricity generating member when the folded portion 2d is formed at the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2. The two bent portions 2c can be adhered and held on the rotary roller 18. This contributes to securing a function for producing the folded portion 2d with high accuracy.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the synthetic resin board 14 arrange | positioned on the back side of the wedge-shaped blade edge | tip 11a of the cutting blade 11 and the leaf | plate spring 13 as a holding | maintenance part which hold | maintains the cutting | disconnection edge part at the time of the cutting | disconnection of the adhesive tape 2 is carried out. Although it is set as the structure provided, it replaces with these structures, or in addition to these structures, it is provided in the both sides of the blade edge | tip 11a of the cutting blade 11, and this adhesive tape 2 is stuck when the cut adhesive tape 2 is stabbed. You may make it the structure provided with the latching | locking part which latches.

In the structure configured as described above, the locking portion can have a simple shape that is stuck in the adhesive tape 2. In addition, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is stuck in the engaging portion, so that the cut end portion can be reliably turned back, which contributes to ensuring the function of manufacturing the turned back portion 2d with high accuracy.
