[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in the gas replacement method and apparatus for transporting the containers containing the contents in multiple rows and replacing the air existing in the remaining space such as the head space of the containers with an inert gas, for the gas replacement of the containers in each row In this gas replacement atmosphere, there is a problem to be solved in that the interference from the gas replacement atmosphere in the adjacent rows is eliminated and the gas replacement rates of the containers in each row are made uniform.
[0010]
The object of the present invention is to transport containers containing contents in multiple rows, and when replacing the remaining space such as the head space in the containers with gas, uniformizing the gas replacement rate of each row of containers, that the container of the gas replacement rate by the position of the columns are different, in particular to provide a gas replacement equipment which makes it possible to avoid the production of low package having gas replacement rate.
[00 11 ]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a gas replacement apparatus for multi-row containers according to the present invention includes a chamber that covers the upper side of containers arranged in multiple rows containing contents and forms a chamber space for gas blowing inside. In the gas replacement device that replaces air existing in the remaining space of each container with an inert gas that is blown into the chamber space, the chamber space is used to make the gas blowing spaces for gas replacement of the containers in each row independent. The partition member for partitioning the inside at a position corresponding to the row of the containers is arranged , the container is held by a cradle, and the partition member is fitted in a groove formed in the cradle. And the labyrinth which blocks | prevents the flow of the said inert gas or external air which leads to the said gas blowing space between the said groove | channels is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[00 12 ]
According to this multi-row container gas replacement device, when a container containing contents is fed in a plurality of rows into a gas blowing chamber space formed inside a chamber covering the top of the vessel, the head of each row of the vessel Air existing in a remaining space such as a space is replaced with an inert gas blown into the chamber space. In the chamber space, the gas blowing spaces of the containers in each row are independent by the partition members arranged at positions corresponding to the rows of the containers, so that the inert gas from the gas blowing spaces in the adjacent rows is separated. There is no flow and it is not affected. Therefore, the containers in each row are replaced with the inert gas in the dedicated gas blowing space, so that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of problems such as dispersion in a particularly low gas replacement rate.
[00 13 ]
Further, by forming a labyrinth between the partition member and the cradle that is transported together with the container, the gas blowing space can be made independent with respect to each row of the container with a simple structure.

【The invention's effect】
According to the gas replacement device for a multi-row container according to the present invention, the gas replacement space for gas replacement of each row of containers is constituted by gas replacement in a state independent from the gas blow-in spaces of adjacent rows. Therefore, when the containers are arranged in multiple rows in the horizontal direction, the variation in the gas replacement rate for each container due to the flow of the blown inert gas is avoided. Accordingly, the gas replacement rate can be made uniform in any row of containers, and in particular, it is possible to prevent a package having a low gas replacement rate from being manufactured.
[00 26 ]
Further, when designing an apparatus that transports containers in multiple rows in the width direction, the measurement result of one row of containers can be applied to estimate the gas replacement rate of any row of containers. In the development and implementation of a multi-row device, when the gas blowing space for gas replacement of each row of containers is not independent from the gas blowing space of the adjacent row, when examining the actual gas substitution rate However, there is only a method to actually manufacture the apparatus and perform an experiment, which requires a lot of labor, time and cost, but by making the gas replacement atmosphere of each row independent as in the present invention, It is possible to easily estimate the gas replacement results of the multi-row containers from the gas replacement measurement results of the containers. Further, if the supply amount of the inert gas is controlled for each column, the gas replacement rate is effective for that column, so that the gas replacement control for each column is also possible. Furthermore, the influence of outside air entering from the chamber end can be virtually eliminated, and the influence can be ignored.
