【0006】
va=F(s)・vr ・・・・(1)
qa=Ja・s・F(s)・vr ・・・・(2)
【0007】
すなわちPI(比例積分)演算を行う。
【0022】
va=F(s)・vr ・・・・(1)
qa=Ja・s・F(s)・vr ・・・・(2)
【0023】
【0058】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in this type of conventional device, control is performed to compensate for an error with respect to disturbance by PI calculation. However, when the controlled object has mechanical resonance, the inertia of the load machine is particularly affected by the motor. If it is large, the motor vibrates greatly, and thus there is a problem that the proportional gain Kp and the integral gain Ki cannot be sufficiently increased. As a result, the actual speed vm of the motor is accurately controlled against disturbance. There was a problem that I couldn't.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. In particular, even when the mechanical system has a low rigidity and drives a mechanical load of a large inertia as compared with an electric motor, the invention is stable by simple adjustment. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric motor speed control device that realizes control that improves control accuracy against disturbance.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above object, the present invention provides a first low-pass filter that outputs a signal obtained by filtering a low-frequency component by inputting a signal including an actual speed, which is the rotational speed of the electric motor, as a sum element, and at least the first low-pass filter. By configuring the first embodiment as described above, the error is reduced by compensating the error between the model speed va and the actual speed vm with the first error compensation torque qc1 and the second error compensation torque qc2. To control.
[0030]
Next, the principle of the effect obtained by the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, (a) shows the frequency response of a circuit transfer function described later using the conventional technique. (b) shows the frequency response of the transfer characteristic of the feedback section described later of the motor speed control device of the present invention. (c) shows the frequency response of the circular transfer function of the motor speed control device of the present invention. Note that these frequency responses are all shown in a diagram in which gains are approximated by broken lines.
[0031]
When the rigidity of the mechanical system of the controlled
[0032]
That is, in the configuration of the first embodiment, when the second proportional gain Kp2 of the second proportional controller 7 is set to 0 and the cutoff frequency ωf1 of the first low-
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 2A, when the ratio of the inertia of the mechanical load to the inertia of the motor is large, the anti-resonance frequency and the resonance frequency are separated from each other. Therefore, the gain of the loop transfer function increases at a high frequency. Have. Further, when the controller gain setting is appropriately performed, as shown in FIG. 2A, a plurality of crossing frequencies at which the gain of the loop transfer function crosses 0 [dB] appears.
[0034]
Of these plural crossover frequencies, the crossover frequency lower than the antiresonance frequency is represented as a first crossover frequency ωc1, and the crossover frequency higher than the resonance frequency is represented as a second crossover frequency ωc2. The frequency ωc1 represents the response speed (disturbance response speed) at which the actual speed vm converges with respect to the disturbance applied to the controlled
[0035]
However, since the controller causes a phase delay due to the sampling period, the second crossing frequency ωc2 cannot be increased so much that, as a result, simple PI control as shown in FIG. If used, the first crossing frequency ωc1 must also be set small.
[0036]
Further, when considering adding a low-pass filter to the feedback based on the PI calculation described in the prior art in order to reduce the gain in the high frequency region of the loop transfer function, that is, in the first embodiment, the second proportional control is performed. The second proportional gain Kp2 of the filter is set to 0, the cutoff frequency ωf1 of the first low-
[0037]
As a result, if the peak of the gain of the loop transfer function at the resonance frequency exceeds 0 [dB], a phenomenon occurs in which the control system oscillates and becomes unstable at the resonance frequency. Accordingly, it is necessary to set the gain of the round transfer function small so that the peak of the round transfer function gain does not exceed 0 [dB], and the first crossing frequency ωc1 must be reduced.
[0038]
Therefore, in order to set the first crossover frequency ωc1 as large as possible in a stable control system, the round trip transfer function at the resonance frequency does not increase the phase delay, and the round trip transmission in the higher frequency region than the first cross frequency ωc1 occurs. It is necessary to reduce the gain of the function.
[0039]
On the other hand, the frequency response of the transfer characteristic of the feedback unit (transfer characteristic from the actual speed vm to the torque command qr) when the gain is appropriately set for the controlled
[0040]
In addition, the difference between the first crossing frequency ωc1 and the second crossing frequency ωc2 can be reduced, and even if the second crossing frequency ωc2 cannot be increased too much due to the phase delay due to the sampling period, It is possible to increase the crossover frequency ωc1 of the signal to increase the response to disturbance.
[0041]
Furthermore, in an actual mechanical system, there may be a resonance mode in a frequency region higher than the main resonance frequency shown in FIG. 2, so that the gain in the frequency region higher than the second crossing frequency ωc2 is By reducing the high frequency component by the low-
[0042]
As a procedure for adjusting the control system, first, the cutoff frequency of the second low-pass filter is set higher than the resonance frequency, and then the second proportional gain Kp2 is increased as much as possible within a stable range of the control system. If the response to the disturbance is not fast enough, that is, if the first crossing frequency ωc1 is small, the cut-off frequency ωf1 of the first low-pass filter is set to a value slightly larger than the target first crossing frequency ωc1. A good control system adjustment can be realized by a simple procedure of increasing the proportional gain Kp1. The integral gain Ki may be set as appropriate.
[0043]
Furthermore, as described above, the phase lag of the transfer characteristic of the feedback unit needs to be reduced, so reducing the phase lag caused by the sample period of the control device corresponds to mechanical resonance in a wider frequency range. However, if all the calculations of the control system described above are performed with a single sample period, it is difficult to shorten the sample period because of the large amount of calculation.
[0044]
However, the transfer characteristic of the feedback section in the frequency region higher than the zero point frequency ωz in the gain line diagram shown in FIG. 2B is predominantly the characteristic calculated by the second low-pass filter and the second proportional controller. Therefore, only the calculation of the high-

This corresponds to performing PI control with a low-pass filter added in the low-

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first low-pass filter for inputting the signal including the actual speed, which is the rotational speed of the electric motor, in the sum element and outputting the signal obtained by filtering the low-frequency component; A first control calculation unit that calculates a low-frequency torque command based on a sum or difference between at least a signal proportionally multiplied by the output of the first low-pass filter and a signal based on a speed command for motor speed control; A second control calculation unit that inputs a low-frequency torque command and an actual speed, and calculates the torque command based on at least a sum or difference between a signal based on a proportional multiple of the actual speed and the low-frequency torque command; Since the motor speed control device is a feature, the frequency response of the loop transfer function can be reduced to a high frequency gain with a small phase delay near the resonance frequency to be controlled. Set fast response is possible to improve the disturbance suppression effect.
[0057]
According to a second invention, in the first invention, the second control calculation unit includes a second low-pass filter that outputs a signal obtained by filtering a low-frequency component of a signal including the actual speed as a sum element. The motor speed control device is characterized in that the torque command is calculated based on the sum or difference of at least the low-frequency torque command and a signal obtained by proportionally multiplying the output of the second low-pass filter. Even if the mechanical resonance exists in a frequency region higher than the mechanical resonance, it is possible to stably improve the disturbance suppressing effect.
[0058]
According to a third aspect, in the first aspect, the speed command is input, and the model speed, which is the assumed model speed of the control target model, and the model torque, which is the model torque, are converted into the speed command. A model computation unit that computes and outputs the signal so as to follow the output, and the first low-pass filter inputs a difference signal between the model speed and the actual speed and outputs a signal obtained by filtering a low-frequency component. The first control calculation unit calculates a low-frequency torque command based on a sum of a signal obtained by proportionally multiplying the output of the first low-pass filter and the model torque, and the second control calculation unit is configured to output the low-frequency filter. Inputting a torque command, the model speed, and the actual speed, and calculating the torque command by a sum of a signal based on a proportional multiple of a difference signal between the model speed and the actual speed and the low-frequency torque command. Therefore, the frequency response of the loop transfer function can be reduced with a small phase lag near the resonance frequency to be controlled, and the high frequency gain can be reduced. In addition to being able to improve, the response of the actual speed to the speed command can be controlled quickly and with high accuracy.
[0059]
According to a fourth invention, in the third invention, the second control calculation unit includes a second low-pass filter that outputs a signal obtained by filtering a low frequency component of a difference signal between the model speed and the actual speed. And the motor speed control device that calculates the torque command based on a sum of at least the low-frequency torque command and a signal obtained by proportionally multiplying the output of the second low-pass filter. Even if mechanical resonance exists in a higher frequency region, the disturbance suppression effect can be stably improved, and the response of the actual speed to the speed command can be controlled quickly and with high accuracy.
[0060]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fourth aspects, the second control operation unit performs an operation at a faster sampling period than the first control operation unit. Since the speed control device is used, the phase delay due to the sample period in the high frequency region can be reduced, and the disturbance suppressing effect can be stably improved with respect to the mechanical resonance in a wider frequency range.
