Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hydraulic jack capable of horizontally moving a supported object while supporting the supported object.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of hydraulic jack is used, for example, when building a large ship such as a tanker. That is, a large ship such as a tanker is composed of a plurality of blocks B1 to B7 as shown in FIG. When building such a ship, each block B1-B7 is connected in order. When the blocks B1 to B7 are connected, high accuracy is required for the alignment. However, since the weights of the blocks B1 to B7 are very heavy, it is difficult to align the blocks while being suspended by a crane or the like. Therefore, the blocks B1 to B7 are supported by a plurality of hydraulic jacks, and the hydraulic jacks are moved horizontally to perform fine alignment of the blocks B1 to B7.

[0015]
As described above, when the block Ba is moved horizontally using a plurality of hydraulic jacks, thrust is not applied to the lateral push cylinders of all hydraulic jacks, but thrust is applied only to the necessary lateral push cylinders. The horizontal pushing cylinder of the remaining hydraulic jack is made to follow the movement of the block. Therefore, when the block Ba is moved horizontally, it is divided into a drive
[0016]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above conventional example, when the block Ba is moved in parallel, the movement of the driven lift cylinder may not be able to completely follow the movement of the block Ba. That is, as described above, the movement of the
However, in the hydraulic jack on the driven side, either one of the lateral pushing cylinders is locked. Therefore, when the block Ba is moved in the parallel direction as described above, the driven

Here, since the jack point of the block Ba is a strong portion where the aggregates meet, it does not dent even if it is used as a support point. However, the strength of other parts is not so strong.
[0018]
Therefore, if the support point of the
Further, when the coating of the block Ba is peeled off as described above, there is a problem that the cost must be increased correspondingly because the coating has to be performed again.
An object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic jack in which a support point is not displaced when a supported object is moved horizontally.
[0019]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This The invention has a slide plate, a lift cylinder that is slidably mounted on the slide plate, and expands and contracts in the vertical direction, and is fixed horizontally to the lift cylinder. For X axis extending and contracting in X axis direction While fixing horizontally to the side push cylinder and lift cylinder, For Y axis extending and contracting in Y axis direction With side push cylinder , While fixing to the slide plate, The rod of the horizontal push cylinder for X-axis is fixed to the slide plate and the first connecting portion slidably connected in the Y-axis direction, and the rod of the horizontal push cylinder for Y-axis is slidable in the X-axis direction. Second connecting part connected to And the above For horizontal push cylinder for X axis and Y axis The lift cylinder is moved on the slide plate by the expansion and contraction of the lateral push cylinder.

this According to the present invention, the lift cylinder can be moved linearly on the slide plate, so that when the supported object is moved in parallel, the movement of the lift cylinder can be completely followed by the movement.
Therefore, it can prevent that the support point by a lift cylinder shifts | deviates from a jack point, or the coating of a to-be-supported object peels off.
[0045]
Moreover Since the extendable lateral push cylinder is used, the lift cylinder can be moved to the brass side and the minus side in the XY axis direction even if there are two transverse push cylinders.
Therefore, the parts cost can be reduced as compared with the case where four horizontal pushing cylinders are required.
