Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet fixing member used when a waterproof sheet is stretched and fixed on a ground of a tunnel or a primary lining concrete surface.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, in the tunnel construction, in order to prevent the flooding from the underground of the tunnel from leaking from the primary lining concrete side to the secondary lining concrete, tunnel ground or primary lining concrete and secondary lining concrete A waterproof sheet is interposed in between, and as the waterproof sheet, for example, a laminate of a water-permeable sheet such as a nonwoven fabric on one surface of the water-impermeable sheet is used. And in order to fix such a waterproof sheet to a natural ground or the primary lining concrete surface, for example, the other surface of the hook-and-loop fastener having a plurality of locking projections formed on one side is formed into a plate shape such as an iron plate having the same planar shape. Adhering to one side of the member with an adhesive or the like, and arranging the plate-like member on a concrete wall such as a natural ground or primary lining concrete so that the projection for locking is directed toward the sky inside the tunnel After attaching a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners to the primary lining concrete surface in a dot-like manner so as to be regularly arranged along the length direction or circumferential direction of the tunnel as much as possible, the waterproof sheet is attached to the nonwoven fabric side. It is arranged so as to face the natural ground or the primary lining concrete surface, and the worker sequentially presses and locks the waterproof sheet to the locking projections of each surface fastener from the water-impermeable sheet side of the waterproof sheet. Stretched the sheet to the primary lining concrete surface, it has been fixed.
[0003]
However, it is practically difficult to regularly arrange the surface fasteners on the ground wall of the tunnel or the construction wall such as primary lining concrete, so the worker presses the waterproof sheet from the impervious sheet side. At this time, it has become difficult to press an accurate position, which has been a cause of a decrease in work efficiency. Furthermore, since the plate-like member is flat plate-like, the tunnel ground is uneven and uneven, and depending on the mounting position, the fixing strength to the construction wall by the plate-like member becomes insufficient, and it is waterproof. There was a possibility that the sheet might fall off together with the surface fastener and the plate-like member.
[0004]
In the case of a conventional fixing member, since the weight of the waterproof sheet is applied to the fixing plate via the hook-and-loop fastener and adhesive, if the adhesive strength between the fixing plate and the hook-and-loop fastener is not sufficient, the nail of the hook-and-loop fastener The part that has not been nailed off peels off from the fixing plate, and as a result, the weight of the waterproof sheet is supported by the periphery of the part that is pressed by the head of the nail and the nail head of the hook-and-loop fastener, There was also a risk that the head of the nail penetrated the hook-and-loop fastener and the waterproof sheet fell off with the hook-and-loop fastener.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is not only excellent in work efficiency when attaching a waterproof sheet to uneven ground and primary lining concrete surface, but also for fixing a waterproof sheet excellent in its fixing strength. The object is to provide a member.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and includes a hook-and-loop fastener provided with a number of locking protrusions on one side, and the ground of the tunnel so that the locking protrusion is on the secondary lining concrete side. Or it is fixed to the primary lining concrete surface and is engaged with the engaged portion of the waterproof sheet in which a water-permeable sheet having an engaged portion engaged with the locking protrusion is laminated on the water-impermeable sheet. In the fixing member of the waterproof sheet for locking the waterproof sheet, the hook-and-loop fastener is in a band shape, and is attached to a holding member that fixes the hook-and-loop fastener to the ground of the tunnel or the primary lining concrete surface. And the holding member is in a band shape, and the hook-and-loop fastener is superposed on the surface of the holding member on the secondary lining concrete side, and the hook-and-loop fastener and the holding member After approximately one turn or one turn the holding member and the surface fastener by caulking member at a plurality of positions spaced a predetermined distance along the length direction, crimped wound further extra or two caulking member the holding member and that is attached by caulking so as to sandwich at both ends of the surface fastener as a set, to provide a fixing member of the waterproof sheet, characterized in city.
[0007]
Here, together with the upper Symbol retaining member is strip width is narrower than the surface fastener, provided in plural spaced a predetermined distance above the holding member to the surface fastener is insertable cut along the length direction The holding fastener is attached to the holding member by being inserted from one surface side to the other surface side in one cut of the hook-and-loop fastener and from the next cut to the one surface side. Even if it is a thing, it is more suitable.
[0008]
That is, the waterproof sheet fixing member of the present invention is used when the waterproof sheet is stretched on the ground of the tunnel or the primary lining concrete surface in the waterproof construction of the tunnel. Is placed on the ground or primary lining concrete surface so that the locking projections on the secondary lining concrete side (empty side in the tunnel) are placed and fixed with concrete nails, etc., for example, non-woven fabric, woven fabric A waterproof sheet in which a water-permeable sheet having an engaged portion that engages with the locking protrusion, such as a knitted fabric, is laminated on the water-impermeable sheet, and the water-permeable sheet side faces the locking protrusion of the surface fastener. In addition, the waterproof sheet is pressed at an appropriate location and the engaged portions of the water permeable sheet are sequentially engaged with the locking projections of the hook-and-loop fastener, thereby allowing the waterproof sheet to pass through the water permeable sheet. Stretched bets on natural ground or primary lining concrete surface, is intended to fix.
[0009]
Here, in the case of the fixing member for the waterproof sheet according to the present invention, the hook-and-loop fastener is formed in a band shape, and the hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the holding member. For example, if the surface fastener is fixed along the circumferential direction of the tunnel or along the length direction of the tunnel, the hook-and-loop fastener is fixed in a linear arrangement on the construction wall. When the worker presses the waterproof sheet from the water-impermeable sheet side, the attachment position of the hook-and-loop fastener can be accurately pressed.
[0010]
Furthermore, even if there are irregularities in the ground of the tunnel, in the case of the fixing member of the present invention, it is fixed to the construction wall by fixing means such as hitting a concrete nail or the like to the holding member to which the belt-like surface fastener is attached. A concrete nail can be driven by appropriately selecting a relatively flat portion of the construction wall, and a fixing member can be attached to the construction wall with sufficient fixing strength.
[0011]
Here, the holding member has a band shape, the hook-and-loop fastener is superimposed on the surface of the holding member on the secondary lining concrete side, and the hook-and-loop fastener and the holding member are along the length direction. If the fixing members are attached by caulking members at a plurality of positions spaced apart by a predetermined distance, for example, when the fixing member is driven into the concrete nail and fixed, the concrete fastener is driven into the caulking member. Since the concrete nail is driven through the member, it is possible to prevent the situation that the head of the concrete nail penetrates the hook-and-loop fastener by pulling the hook-and-loop fastener by the weight of the sheet when the waterproof sheet is fixed. On the other hand, if the nail is driven into a position where the caulking member is not attached, Since the concrete nail and the caulking member are fixed and held on the holding member, the mounting strength is excellent. When the waterproof sheet is fixed, the surface fastener holds the waterproof sheet by the weight of the sheet. Since the situation of falling off the holding member together with the sheet can be effectively prevented, it is more preferable.
[0012]
Further, the holding member has a band shape narrower than the hook-and-loop fastener, and a plurality of cuts through which the holding member can be inserted into the hook-and-loop fastener are provided at predetermined intervals along the length direction. The holding fastener is attached to the holding member by being inserted from one surface side to the other surface side in one cut of the surface fastener and inserted from the next cut to the one surface side. In this case, the hook-and-loop fastener and the holding member appear alternately on one surface side of the fixing member. For example, when the fixing member is attached to the construction wall, the holding member is covered by the secondary cover of the tunnel. If a concrete nail is driven into the part that appears on the side of the concrete work (inside), the hook-and-loop fastener is in a state where the concrete nail is driven through the holding member, By the surface fastener are pulled by the weight of the sheet when fixing the water sheet, since the concrete nails head possible to prevent a situation arises through the surface fastener is more suitable.
[0013]
Therefore, the fixing member of the waterproof sheet of the present invention is not only excellent in workability when attaching the waterproof sheet to uneven ground and primary lining concrete surface, but also excellent in durability strength of the fixing member itself, Further, the waterproof sheet has excellent fixing strength, and is suitably used as a fixing member that stretches and fixes the waterproof sheet on the ground of the tunnel or the primary lining concrete surface.
[0014]

Here, as the hook-and-loop fastener 2, a publicly known one can be used, and the locking projection can be engaged with a water-permeable sheet of a waterproof sheet made of a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric or the like. As long as the shape is not particularly limited, for example, a hook-shaped one or a hook-shaped one is suitable, and among these, a hook-shaped one is particularly suitable because it has a large locking force.
[0016]
The size of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 is not particularly limited, but considering the workability and handling properties when adhering to the tunnel construction wall, the width is usually 10 to 100 mm and the length is 500 to 3, If it is about 000 mm, it is suitable.
[0017]
The holding member 3 is not particularly limited as long as it has a rigidity that allows concrete nails or the like to be driven in and can hold and fix the surface fastener 2 firmly. For example, a metal holding member such as band iron or band copper, a synthetic resin holding member, or the like can be used, and among these, a metal holding member having excellent rigidity is more preferable. And the magnitude | size can be suitably selected according to the magnitude | size of the said hook_and_loop | surface fastener 2, Usually, thickness is about 0.4-3 mm, and the width | variety and length are the same as the said hook_and_loop | surface fastener. Is preferred.
[0018]
The caulking member 4 for attaching the hook-and-loop fastener 2 to the holding member 3 is not particularly limited in its material, size, etc., as long as it has rigidity sufficient to caulk these. Further, the caulking method is not particularly limited as long as the holding member 3 and the hook-and-loop fastener 2 can be firmly caulked. For example, the holding member 3 and the hook-and-loop fastener 2 superimposed on the holding member 3 are covered. The holding member 3 and the hook-and-loop fastener 2 may be caulked so that they are wound so as to make one round. Further, after caulking, it is possible to wrap further and caulk. As such caulking member 4, for example, a base material having the same material and thickness as the holding member 3 is stacked on the holding member 3. The length of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 is about 0.3 to 5 times the width of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 and the holding member 3 so as to reach from the surface on the locking projection 2a side to the other surface side at an appropriate length portion. What was appropriately cut into a size so as to have the above can be suitably used. In FIGS. 1 and 2, four caulking members 4 are used. However, the number of caulking members and the caulking position of the fixing member of the present invention are not limited. In addition, an appropriate number of caulking members can be used at appropriate positions.
[0019]
The waterproof sheet (not shown) fixed by the fixing member 1 is, for example, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-bitumen copolymer. Waterproofing made of a water-impermeable sheet made of a synthetic resin such as a water-permeable sheet having an engaged portion with which the locking projection engages, for example, a water-permeable sheet made of nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc. In this case, the water-permeable sheet does not need to be laminated on the entire surface of the water-impermeable sheet, and may be partially laminated on a necessary portion.
[0020]
An example of a method for fixing the waterproof sheet to a tunnel ground or a primary lining concrete surface using the fixing member 1 will be described below.
[0021]
First, in accordance with the inner circumference or length of the tunnel, an appropriate number of fixing members 1 are arranged so that the locking projections 2a of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 are on the secondary lining concrete placement side (the tunnel inner side). In addition, the construction wall such as the ground of the tunnel or the surface of the primary lining concrete is appropriately faced, along the circumferential direction of the tunnel or over the length direction, and arranged at a predetermined interval as necessary. The fixing member 1 is fixed by an appropriate means such as driving a concrete nail at an appropriate position such as the vicinity of the caulking member 4 depending on the level of unevenness of the caulking member 4 and the surface of the construction wall. In addition, in addition to the fixing member 1 attached to the construction wall in this way, the fixing member 1 to which an appropriate number of fixing members 1 have been fixed in advance and the length direction or circumferential direction of the tunnel. To a predetermined time It will be attached to the similarly construction wall is separated. And after attaching the said fixing member 1 to the suitable range of a construction wall, unwinding the said waterproof sheet and extending on the surface of a construction wall, engaging the water permeable sheet with the hook-and-loop fastener 2 of each fixing member 1 The waterproof sheet is stretched and fixed to the surface of the construction wall of the tunnel by being pressed and engaged with the stop protrusion 2a.
[0022]
According to the fixing member 1, the hook-and-loop fasteners 2 are regularly arranged linearly when the waterproof sheet is stretched and fixed on the ground of the tunnel or the primary lining concrete surface in this way. Therefore, when the worker presses the waterproof sheet and engages the hook-and-loop fastener 2, an appropriate portion can be pressed, work efficiency is good, and even if the construction wall has irregularities, the fixing member 1 Since it is fixed over the longitudinal direction, its fixing strength is also excellent. Furthermore, since the fixing member 1 has the surface fastener 2 and the holding member 3 caulked by a caulking member 4 at a plurality of locations, if the concrete nail is driven into the portion where the caulking member 4 is present, the head of the concrete nail is Since the penetration of the fastener 2 can be prevented, the fixing strength of the waterproof sheet can be further improved. Therefore, the fixing member 1 is useful when waterproofing the tunnel to prevent spring water from entering the tunnel from leaking into the secondary lining concrete from the primary lining concrete side.
[0023]
Next, another configuration example of the waterproof sheet fixing member of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the fixing member 1 ′. In the case of the fixing member 1 ′, the strip-shaped surface fastener 2 is provided with a plurality of cuts 2 b spaced apart by a predetermined distance along its length direction. And the holding member 3 is formed in a band shape narrower than the hook-and-loop fastener 2, and the holding member 3 extends from the cut 2 b on one end side of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 to the cut 2 b on the other end side. By sequentially inserting the surface fastener 2 from one surface side to the other surface side and from the other surface side to the one surface side, a band-like member can be used without using a caulking member like the fixing member 1 of the above configuration example. A surface fastener 2 is attached to a holding member 3.
[0024]
The length, number, formation position, and the like of the cut 2b provided in the hook-and-loop fastener 2 are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected depending on the width and length of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 and the holding member 3. However, considering the strength of the fixing member 1 ′ itself, it is preferable to configure the width of the normal holding member 3 to be about 2/3 to 3/10 of the width of the hook-and-loop fastener 2. Further, considering the strength of the fixing member 1 ′ itself and the efficiency when fixing the waterproof sheet, the number of formation is usually about 3 to 10, and the forming position is the fixing member 1 ′ on the construction wall. When attached, it is preferable that the length of the hook-and-loop fastener 2 appearing alternately on the surface on the sky side of the tunnel is about 2 to 15 times the length of the holding member 3.
[0025]
In the case of this fixing member 1 ′, the hook-and-loop fastener 2 and the holding member 3 may have the same length, but if the length of the holding member 3 is made slightly longer, the fixing member 1 ′ Is more preferable because the concrete nails can be driven to both ends of the holding member 3 when fixing to the construction wall. Further, it is also preferable that each end portion of the holding member 3 is configured to be connectable to the end portion of the holding member 3 of another adjacent fixing member 1 ′.
[0026]
The fixing member 1 ′ is linearly fixed to the construction wall in the same manner as the fixing member 1 by placing the concrete nail in an appropriate position after being disposed on the construction wall in the same manner as the fixing member 1. In addition, the fixing member 1 ′ can also prevent the head of the concrete nail that has been driven from penetrating the hook-and-loop fastener 2 at the portion where the holding member 3 appears.
[0027]
The fixing member of the present invention is not limited to the above-described configuration, and may be variously changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, a plate-shaped member is used as the holding member, One strip-shaped hook-and-loop fastener can be attached to the plate-shaped holding member, and a plurality of the hook-and-loop fasteners can be attached in parallel with appropriate spacing. Further, for example, a material made of a material that can be wound up is used as the holding member, and the length of the hook-and-loop fastener and the holding member is preferably long, for example, about 10 to 30 m. It becomes easier to carry in. In this case, the holding member can be appropriately cut at a construction site for use.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The fixing member of the waterproof sheet of the present invention, when the waterproof sheet is stretched on a construction wall such as a tunnel ground or a primary lining concrete surface and fixed to perform waterproofing of the tunnel, the waterproof sheet is stretched. Not only is the workability at the time of fixing excellent, but even if there are irregularities on the construction wall, the waterproof sheet is excellent in fixing strength, and the fixing member itself is also excellent in strength, so it is useful for tunnel waterproofing construction.
