第一薄膜トランジスタの第一ノードが前記データラインに接続され、前記第一薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記アドレスラインに接続されるような第一薄膜トランジスタと、
第二薄膜トランジスタの第一ノードが前記データラインに接続され、前記第二薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記アドレスラインに接続されるような第二薄膜トランジスタと、
第三薄膜トランジスタのドレインが前記第二薄膜トランジスタの第二ノードに接続され、前記第三薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記第一薄膜トランジスタの第二ノードに接続され、前記第三薄膜トランジスタのソースが接地電位に接続されるような第三薄膜トランジスタと、
第四薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記第三薄膜トランジスタの前記ゲートに接続され、前記ピクセルドライバ回路が前記第四薄膜トランジスタを介して有機発光ダイオードを駆動するような第四薄膜トランジスタと、
を備えるピクセルドライバ回路。 - アドレスライン、データラインおよび複数の薄膜トランジスタを有するピクセルドライバ回路において、
前記薄膜トランジスタがカレントミラーを構成し、
第一薄膜トランジスタの第一ノードが前記データラインに接続され、前記第一薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記アドレスラインに接続されるような第一薄膜トランジスタと、
第二薄膜トランジスタの第一ノードが前記データラインに接続され、前記第二薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記アドレスラインに接続されるような第二薄膜トランジスタと、
第三薄膜トランジスタのドレインが前記第二薄膜トランジスタの第二ノードに接続され、前記第三薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記第一薄膜トランジスタの第二ノードに接続され、前記第三薄膜トランジスタのソースが接地電位に接続されるような第三薄膜トランジスタと、
第四薄膜トランジスタのゲートが前記第三薄膜トランジスタの前記ゲートに接続され、前記ピクセルドライバ回路が前記第四薄膜トランジスタを介して有機発光ダイオードを駆動するような第四薄膜トランジスタと、
第五薄膜トランジスタのドレインおよびゲートがある電位に接続され、前記第五薄膜トランジスタのソースが前記第二薄膜トランジスタの第二ノードに接続されるような第五薄膜トランジスタと、
を備えるピクセルドライバ回路。 - 請求項1または2に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記薄膜トランジスタがアモルファスシリコンを有するピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項1または2に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記薄膜トランジスタが多結晶シリコンを有するピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記薄膜トランジスタの各々が第二ゲートを有するピクセルドライバ回路。
- 有機発光ダイオードと、
前記有機発光ダイオードを駆動し、前記第四薄膜トランジスタの前記ソースが前記接地電位に接続され、前記第四薄膜トランジスタの前記ドレインが前記有機発光ダイオードに接続される、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のピクセルドライバ回路と
を備えたピクセル回路。 - 請求項6に記載のピクセル回路において、さらにコンデンサを備え、前記コンデンサは前記第四薄膜トランジスタの前記ゲートと前記接地電位との間に接続されているピクセル回路。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記ピクセルドライバ回路がフルカラー表示器のカラーピクセルを駆動するために設けられているピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項6または7に記載のピクセル回路において、前記ピクセル回路がフルカラー表示器のために設けられているピクセル回路。
- 請求項4に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記多結晶シリコンがp型であるピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項1または2に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、少なくとも一つの前記薄膜トランジスタがa−Si:H型薄膜トランジスタであるピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項1または2に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、少なくとも一つの前記薄膜トランジスタがポリシリコン型薄膜トランジスタであるピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項12に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記少なくとも一つの前記薄膜トランジスタがpチャンネル薄膜トランジスタであるピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記薄膜トランジスタが逆スタガTFT構造におけるデュアルゲートトランジスタであるピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項14に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記デュアルゲートのトップゲートが接地されているピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項14に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記デュアルゲートのトップゲートが前記デュアルゲートのボトムゲートに電気的に接続されているピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のピクセルドライバ回路において、前記ピクセルドライバ回路が白黒表示器のために設けられているピクセルドライバ回路。
- 請求項6または7に記載のピクセル回路において、前記ピクセル回路が白黒表示器のために設けられているピクセル回路。
