BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used for a grease trap that prevents oil contained in kitchen drainage from flowing out, prevents clogging of drain pipes, and prevents water pollution in rivers.Aeration equipmentIt is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a relatively large kitchen such as a hotel or restaurant, a large amount of waste water containing oil is discharged, so it is obliged to install a grease trap called a grease trap before it flows into general sewage. This grease trap generally has a structure in which drainage is once flowed into a tank having a submerged weir, where oil is floated on the liquid surface, and the drainage that does not exceed the submerged weir is discharged from a downstream tank. is doing. For the removal of the oil component floating on the liquid surface, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-9-299975 and JP-A-9-314167, in order to activate aerobic microorganisms that decompose oil. It has been proposed that oil is decomposed and removed by sending air to the entire tank and aeration.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the prior art, the aeration air is mixed and stirred in the entire tank, and it is difficult to maintain the oil trap, which is the original purpose of the grease trap, with high efficiency. . As a result, a large amount of oil contained in the kitchen drainage was discharged from the building containing the kitchen, causing water pollution in the river, and blocking the water distribution pipe downstream of the grease trap.
[0004]
This situation was caused by the fact that the waste water in the entire tank was mixed and stirred when aeration air was sent to the entire tank. Therefore, if a gas-liquid contact space for specific aeration is set in the tank, aeration air is sent into the tank, the wastewater in the tank is aerated, and the treated wastewater is returned to the tank. It is considered that the disadvantage of mixing and stirring is corrected. Further, by adopting such a configuration, it becomes possible to actively promote the refinement and reassembly of bubbles supplied for aeration, increase the contact area with the drainage, and increase the dissolved oxygen concentration.
[0005]
In this case, since aeration itself needs to be performed on drainage containing oil, it is necessary to suck oil floating on the surface of the drainage tank and pump it into the gas-liquid contact space. On the other hand, the waste water after aeration needs to be discharged from the gas-liquid contact space and returned to the tank. At this time, it is necessary to pay attention to the discharge from the discharge port. That is, if the discharged waste water is discharged from one outlet at the top, a vortex flow is generated on the surface of the drain in the drain tank, and a downward flow is formed at the corner of the drain tank. This downward flow contains undecomposed oil components and, for example, when the first tank is set on the upstream side, the oil flowing in from the first tank is prevented from rising to the drain tank (second tank). As a result, more oil will flow out to the other downstream tank (third tank), and some will also flow directly into the drain pipe connected to the third tank. There is a risk of lowering. There is also a concern that the amount of oil floating on the liquid surface of the second tank is reduced, and the amount of oil taken into the specific gas-liquid contact space set in the second tank itself is reduced.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and a specific gas-liquid contact space for aeration is set in the tank, and aeration air is sent into the space to aerate the waste water in the tank. A downward flow is formed when discharging the drained water after aeration into the tank while adopting the method.Aerating deviceThe purpose is to provide and solve the above problems.
[0019]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to
SaidSuction pipeThe suction port is located above the casing and below the discharge port.Suction pipeAfter the waste water taken into the gas-liquid contact space from the air is aerated by the air feeding into the gas-liquid contact space by the air feeding section, it passes through the discharge path from the discharge port to the liquid level of the drain tank. An aeration apparatus is provided that is configured to be discharged.
[0020]
In this aeration apparatus, the waste water aerated in the gas-liquid contact space once flows out in the horizontal direction through the discharge path, and is then discharged from the discharge port formed on the side surface of the discharge path. Since the extended end, that is, the terminal end in the outflow direction is closed, the drainage flow collides with the end, and the momentum is attenuated. On the other hand, since the discharge port is formed on the side surface, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the drainage flow, the flow rate of the drained water discharged from the discharge port is reduced. Therefore, the occurrence of downward flow can be suppressed.
[0021]
thisIfIf a plurality of discharge paths are provided, it is possible to discharge in a distributed manner, which is more effective. Also, the outlet isEven if a plurality of discharge passages are formed in the discharge passage, they are dispersed and discharged, so that it is possible to suppress the occurrence of downward flow more effectively.
[0022]
AboveIf at least a part of the upper surface of the discharge path is open, that is, open to the atmosphere, discharge from the discharge port can be realized smoothly. Here, the cross-sectional shape of the discharge path can be selected as appropriate, but considering the ease of processing and forming the discharge port on the side surface (side wall), a cross-sectional shape is suitable. Yes.
[0023]
The shape of the discharge port itself is arbitrary, Discharge pathIn the case where there is an opening on the upper surface, a slit shape formed in the vertical direction so as to reach the opening is suitable.
[0024]
And the opening area of the discharge port in each of the above aeration devicesTheIf it is variable, the optimum discharge flow rate can be selected according to the operating conditions. For example, when the discharge port has a slit shape, this can be easily realized by providing a slide shutter in the slit so that the width direction can be changed.
[0025]
In each of the aeration devices described above, when the drainage tank (that is, the drainage tank in which the casing is installed) communicates with another drainage tank, the drainage above the other drainage tank is put into the gas-liquid contact space. Other suctions that can be taken uppipeMay be added. Ie suctionpipeThe waste water containing the oil of the upper part of the other drainage tank connected may be taken in the gas-liquid contact space of the casing. As a result, for example, the oil that has flowed into the downstream tank can be recovered and aerated.
[0026]
And in each aeration device above, Drainage tankIf the casing is configured to be detachable with respect to the support member attached to the wall body forming the frame, it is convenient for maintenance, inspection and cleaning. As a detachable configuration, for example, it is preferable to slide the casing upward so that the casing can be pulled out, because the troublesome adjustment of the height of the casing set is also eliminated. In this case, for example, a mounting member having an insertion portion penetrating in the vertical direction is fixed to the back side of the casing, and the support member has an L-shaped side surface and can be inserted into the insertion portion. You may do it.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention,Since the waste water in the entire tank is not mixed and agitated, the oil trap, which is the original purpose of the grease trap, can be maintained with high efficiency, and the downstream drainage pipe is not blocked. And since the aeration process is carried out in the gas-liquid contact space in the casing, it is possible to increase the contact area with the drainage by actively promoting the refinement and reassembly of the gas bubbles supplied for aeration. Therefore, it is possible to increase the dissolved oxygen concentration to promote the activation of aerobic microorganisms and promote the decomposition of oil, and on the other hand, to suppress the generation of anaerobic microorganisms and to suppress the generation of rot odor. Furthermore, it is possible to suppress the generation of vortex flow in the wastewater stored in the tank, and the generation of the downflow described above can also be suppressed. Therefore, the amount of oil taken into the casing can be increased to maintain high interception efficiency.
