Description
また、40は制御盤で、該制御盤40にはモータ7の回転数をコントロールするインバータが接続されていると共に、モータ7の負荷電流を測定する電流計,およびタイマーを具備し、前記シリンダ32に指令を出してドア27を開閉できるようにしている。
ちなみに上記組成のプラスチック廃材では、曲げ弾性率1700kg・f/cm2以上、曲げ強度300kg・f/cm2以上,引張強度150kg・f/cm2以上の夫々高い特性を得ることができた。このため成形品の用途も新規の材料と損色なく非常に広範囲なものとなる。また、ここでリサイクルし得るプラスチック廃材は上記組成に限らず、自動車バンパー,自動車内装品,ペットボトル,発泡ウレタン容器,薬品容器,バッテリーケース等の種々の廃プラスチック製品を混合し、再製品化が可能となった。

Claims (1)
- 中空状の回転軸を軸受によりチャンバ中を貫通するように支持し、該回転軸の一端をモータに連結し、該回転軸の他端から該回転軸中に冷却媒体を循環させることで該回転軸の外周に突設された複数枚の羽根を冷却すると共に、チャンバ壁中に冷却媒体を循環させることにより該チャンバを冷却し、前記複数枚の羽根のうちの両端部の二つの羽根は該回転軸を回転させたときその前縁がチャンバの両端壁の内面と殆んど隙間なく摺接するように該回転軸の円周方向を基準として約15度の角度で傾斜して回転軸の外周面に固着され、中間部の複数枚の羽根は該回転軸の外周面に千鳥状に固着され、該回転軸の円周方向の一定角度間隔の部位における軸方向において対向する少なくとも二つの羽根の互いの対向間隔が回転下流方向に向けて狭まるように該各羽根が該回転軸の円周方向を基準として約15度の角度で捻って設けられ、前記モータにより該回転軸を高速回転させることで該チャンバ内に装填されたプラスチック廃材が該各羽根に当たって該チャンバの中心向に案内されるよう撹拌され、その撹拌に伴なう摩擦熱により該プラスチック廃材が溶融し、ゲル状態のプラスチック廃材が前記冷却により羽根およびチャンバの内面に粘着するのが防がれるようにしたことを特徴とするプラスチック廃材再生用ミキシング装置。
