Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated LC composite component that can solve the above-described problems.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a multilayer body constituted by a plurality of laminated ceramic layers, and the inductor body and the capacitor part are positioned so as to be adjacent to each other via an intermediate layer in the stacking direction in the multilayer body. Is formed with a plurality of coil conductors extending spirally along a plurality of interfaces between ceramic layers, This coil conductor has a spiral shape giving one turn or more for each of the above interfaces, The capacitor portion is formed with a plurality of capacitor conductors extending along a plurality of interfaces between ceramic layers, and the laminated body is directed to a laminated LC composite component obtained by firing together with a coil conductor and a capacitor conductor. However, in order to solve the technical problem described above, it is characterized by having the following configuration.
[0015]
That is, in the multilayer LC composite component according to the present invention, among the plurality of coil conductors, the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively close to the capacitor portion is along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively far from the capacitor portion. The total area is reduced by reducing the number of turns compared to a coil conductor that extends in length. First It is a feature.
[0017]
Furthermore, the laminated LC composite component according to the present invention is The number of coil conductors that overlap in the stacking direction is reduced as the outer peripheral side of the stacked body This is the second feature .
[0018]
Up Of the number of turns To the difference In addition, the widthwise dimension of the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively close to the capacitor portion is greater than the width dimension of the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively far from the capacitor portion. It may be made smaller.
[0019]
In an exemplary embodiment of the multilayer LC composite component according to the present invention, the inductor portion is positioned so as to be sandwiched between the first and second capacitor portions.
[0020]
In the multilayer LC composite component according to the present invention, the inductor portion may be located at an end of the multilayer body in the stacking direction. In this case, among the plurality of coil conductors, the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively close to the end of the laminate is the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively far from the end of the laminate. Compared to By reducing the number of turns, The total area is preferably made smaller.
[0021]
In addition, the present invention is particularly advantageously applied when the distance between the coil conductor closest to the capacitor portion provided in the inductor portion and the capacitor conductor closest to the inductor portion provided in the capacitor portion is 150 μm or less. Thus, in order to reduce the difference in shrinkage behavior during firing near the boundary of the capacitor portion side of the inductor portion and reduce the stress, the total area of the coil conductor relatively close to the capacitor portion is relatively What is necessary is just to make it smaller than the total area of a distant coil conductor, and the typical method is a method of reducing the number of turns as in the first to fourth embodiments, Reference example As described above, there is a method of further reducing the width direction dimension of the coil conductor.
[0069]
In order to alleviate the stress described above, it is considered as one effective method to reduce the area of the capacitor conductor provided in the capacitor portion closer to the inductor portion.
[0070]
Further, the ceramic layer is not limited to being made of dielectric ceramic, but may be made of magnetic ceramic, or may be made of dielectric ceramic in the capacitor portion and magnetic ceramic in the inductor portion.
[0071]
The multilayer LC composite component to which the present invention is directed is not limited to being used as a noise filter, but can be applied to a high-frequency LC filter such as a low-pass filter.
[0073]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, among the plurality of coil conductors, the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively close to the capacitor portion extends along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively far from the capacitor portion. Compared to the coil conductor, the number of turns is reduced, Preferably, further Since the width direction dimension is made smaller and the total area is made smaller, the difference in shrinkage behavior during firing near the boundary of the capacitor part side of the inductor part is reduced. The stress that can be generated is relieved, and as a result, structural defects such as cracks and delamination can be made difficult to occur in the laminate.
[0074]
Also, In this invention According to The number of coil conductors that overlap in the stacking direction is made smaller on the outer peripheral side of the stack. Because Further, it is possible to make it more difficult to cause structural defects due to the difference in density caused as a result of the pressing process performed on the laminated body before firing.
[0075]
In addition, when the inductor portion is located at the end portion in the stacking direction of the multilayer body, the coil conductor extending along the interface between the ceramic layers relatively close to this end portion is disposed between the ceramic layers relatively far from this end portion. If the total area of the coil conductor extending along the interface is made smaller, structural defects on the end side of the multilayer body of the inductor portion can be made difficult to occur.
[0076]
Also, the distance between the coil conductor closest to the capacitor portion provided in the inductor portion and the capacitor conductor closest to the inductor portion provided in the capacitor portion is 150 μm or less. And short And structural defects as described above are more likely to occur. There is a general trend . According to this invention, even when the distance is as short as 150 μm or less, it is possible to make it difficult to cause the structural defects as described above. Therefore, the present invention provides the above-mentioned distance of 150 μm or less. The effect will be noticeable, It can be applied particularly advantageously.
