ロック解除部材５０は、カム５４から延びるガイド溝５４ａをさらに備えている。カム５４は、第１のリテーナ２１に揺動可能に支持されている。
ピン５５は、ホルダ３０に固定されている。ピン５５は、カム５４に係脱可能とされている。ピン５５がカム５４から外れると、ピン５５はガイド溝５４ａ内に入り込む。ピン５５は、カム５４から外れているとき、ガイド溝５４ａ内に常時存在している。
