Description
図1は本発明のLCDからインジウムを回収する方法を説明する図である。同図に示すように、インジウムを回収する方法は、1:加熱分解工程、2:ガス無害化工程(2−1:ガス冷却工程、2−2:活性炭吸着処理工程)、3:分離工程、4:インジウム及び基板ガラス回収工程、5:洗浄・粉砕処理工程、から構成されている。以下に各工程の説明をする。

Claims (4)
- LCDを炉に入れ、可燃性物質が燃焼又は炭化する温度以上で、かつガラスの溶融温度未満で加熱する工程と、炉内の残存物からガラス基板を取り出し、取り出されたガラス基板にサンドブラスト処理を行いガラス基板の付着物を分離除去する工程と、を有し、
前記サンドブラスト処理におけるサンドの噴射圧を0.1〜0.2MPaとし、サンドを繰り返し使用することによって、廃棄サンド内のインジウムの含有量を1%以上にしたことを特徴とするLCDからインジウムを回収する方法。 - 前記サンドを噴射するノズル径を12φ以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のLCDからインジウムを回収する方法。
- サンドブラストのエアー装置としてブロワーを使用したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のLCDからインジウムを回収する方法。、
- 前記サンドとして炭化珪素を使用することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のLCDからインジウムを回収する方法。
