Description

【0001】

In addition, on the planting plate 5 and the side plate 6 side surface 7b of the lower end portion of the seedling holder 7, a rectangular shape slightly wider than the planting plate 5 and the side plate 6 is provided. A hole 7c is provided. Further, in the middle portion of the seedling holder 7 in the vertical direction, two opposing faces 7d, 7e of the U-shaped plate in plan view constituting the seedling holder 7 (the rotation of the seedling holder) are provided. The planting depth setting plates 9 in the horizontal direction are fixedly provided on the outer surface of the two surfaces perpendicular to the moving shaft. The planting depth setting plate 9 is disposed outside the seedling dropping guide tube 2. In addition, the edge part on the opposite side to the planting plate 5 and the earthing plate 6 of the said planting depth setting plate 9 comprises the bending part 9a bent upwards. Yes. In addition, a resistance plate 10 is provided integrally with the seedling holding body 7 at the lower end portion of the seedling holding body 7. This resistance plate 10 protrudes downward from the seedling holder 7, and the lower end of the plate 10 has its seedling dropped in the lateral direction when viewed from the direction of the rotation axis 7a of the seedling holder 7 (as viewed in FIG. 1). The guide tube 2 is provided so as to be inclined at substantially the same position as the center position.
[0011]
The seedling supply unit 3 includes a turntable 11 that rotates about a rotary shaft 11a in the vertical direction, and five seedling supply cylinders 12 that are arranged on the turntable 11 in a predetermined circumferential pitch in the rotation direction. ing. Each of the seedling supply tubes 12 is positioned above the seedling dropping guide tube 2 by the rotation of the turntable 11 at a predetermined angle. A seedling receiving plate 13 having the same diameter as the rotating table 11 and having only the upper portion of the seedling dropping guide tube 2 cut out is provided below the rotating table 11. The seedling supply tube 12 is supported so that the seedling does not fall downward, and when the seedling supply tube 12 comes above the seedling dropping guide tube 2 due to the rotation of the turntable 11, the seedling receiving plate 13 has the above-mentioned structure. The seedling in the seedling supply tube 12 is dropped into the seedling drop guide tube 2 through the notch.
[0012]
The handle grip 4 is provided at the upper end portion of the seedling dropping guide tube 2 so as to be fixed to the side on which the planting plate 5 and the earthing plate 6 are provided with respect to the tube 2. As shown, it is provided in the horizontal direction. Below the handle grip 4, a planting operation lever 14 is provided that can be operated while an operator holds the handle grip 4. The planting operation lever 14 is configured to be rotatable about a horizontal rotation shaft 14a.
[0013]
The planting operation lever 14 is provided with a relay arm 15 that rotates integrally with the lever 14 on the upper side of the rotating shaft 14a. 16, and the other end of the rod 16 is connected to a turntable drive arm 17 that can be rotated about the rotation shaft 11 a of the turntable 11 of the seedling supply unit 3. The turntable drive arm 17 is provided with a ratchet claw 19 for driving a ratchet wheel 18 that rotates integrally with the turntable 11. Therefore, by rotating the planting operation lever 14 upward, the rotary base drive arm 17 is rotated in a direction away from the handle grip 4 via the rotary base drive rod 16. The ratchet pawl 19 engages with an adjacent ratchet groove 18 a provided on the outer periphery of the ratchet wheel 18. Then, when the planting operation lever 14 is turned downward and returned, the turntable drive arm 17 is turned to the handle grip 4 side, and the ratchet wheel 18 is turned by one pitch to turn the turntable. 11 is rotated so that the next seedling supply cylinder 12 moves above the seedling dropping guide cylinder 2. The reverse rotation restricting claw 20 attached to the seedling dropping guide tube 2 is engaged with the ratchet groove 18a of the ratchet wheel 18 so that the turntable 11 does not reverse.
[0014]
Further, a moving rod 21 extending downward from the lever 14 is connected to the planting operation lever 14, and a lower end portion of the moving rod 21 is connected to the seedling holder 7. The moving rod 21 is connected to the seedling holding body 7 on the side away from the seedling dropping guide tube 2 from the rotation shaft 7a of the seedling holding body 7. Accordingly, when the planting operation lever 14 is turned upward, the seedling holder 7 and the resistance plate 10 are turned to the handle grip 4 side in the lateral direction via the moving rod 21. In addition, the rectangular hole 7c at the lower end of the seedling holding body 7 prevents the seedling holding body 7 from interfering with the planting plate 5 and the earthing plate 6 even if the seedling holding body 7 is rotated. When the planting operation lever 14 is rotated downward and returned, the seedling holding body 7 and the resistance plate 10 are rotated in the lateral direction to the opposite side of the handle grip 4, and the seedling holding body. 7 returns to a position where the bottom plate 8 overlaps with the entire space inside the seedling dropping guide tube 2 in plan view. In addition, the seedling holding body 7 is urged by the return spring 22 provided between the seedling holding body 7 and the seedling dropping guide cylinder 2 in the lateral direction to the opposite side to the handle grip 4, so that the planting operation is performed. When the lever 14 is released, the lever 14 is rotated downward by the return spring 22 and returned.
[0015]
Next, the operation | work which transplants a seedling to agricultural fields, such as a paddy field, using this seedling planting machine 1 is demonstrated.
In this seedling planting machine 1, seedlings that are grown one by one in a seedling pot are used. The worker supplies the seedlings one by one into the seedling supply cylinder 12 of the seedling supply unit 3. Note that the seedling n supplied to the seedling supply cylinder 12 positioned above the seedling dropping guide cylinder 2 is guided by the seedling dropping guide cylinder 2 and falls to be on the bottom plate 8 of the seedling holder 7. To be supplied. Then, at a desired planting position in the field, for example, a position where a plant stock planted by a rice planting machine is generated, the handle grip 4 is held and the lower end of the seedling planting machine 1 is provided on the seedling holder 7. The planting depth setting plate 9 is plunged into the soil to a position where it contacts the farm scene. At this time, a planting hole is formed in the field by the bottom plate 8 of the seedling holder 7. Then, the planting operation lever 14 is grasped together with the handle grip 4 and the lever 14 is rotated upward to rotate the seedling holder 7 and the resistance plate 10. As a result, the seedling drop guide tube 2 is moved about 4 cm to 5 cm to the opposite side of the handle grip 4 from the lower end of the resistance plate 10 to the opposite side of the handle grip 4 so that the posture is not changed by gripping the handle grip 4. Then, the seedling n is pushed out to the side by the planting plate 5, and the soil in the three directions excluding the handle grip 4 side of the planting hole that is opened in a square shape in plan view by the pushing of the seedling is compressed. To be suppressed. More specifically, since the compressive force is transmitted by the compression of the soil on the extrusion side of the seedling and the soil on both sides thereof is compressed, the soil in three directions is compressed. At this time, since the earthing plate 6 also moves sideways integrally with the planting plate 5, the soil between the planting plate 5 and the earthing plate 6 also moves with the seedlings. Then, when the seedling planting machine 1 is moved upward by the handle grip 4 and released from the field while the planting operation lever 14 is pivoted upward, the planting plate 5 and the earthing plate 6 are moved. The soil between the two is covered by the side of the seedling n, and planting of the seedling is completed. After that, the planting operation lever 14 is released and the lever 14 is rotated downward to return the seedling holder 7 to the original position, and the turntable 11 of the seedling supply unit 3 is rotated to rotate the lever. A seedling is dropped and supplied from the seedling supply unit 3 to the seedling holder 7. Similarly to the above, the lower end portion of the seedling planting machine 1 is plunged into the soil at the next desired planting position, and seedling planting work is performed.
[0016]
In addition, since it arrange | positions so that the space | interval with the planting plate 5 may become wide as the soil gathering plate 6 goes down, when planting the lower end part of the seedling planting machine 1 in soil, planting The soil is somewhat compressed between the plate 5 and the earthing plate 6, and the compressed soil is moved to the upper side of the seedling planting machine 1 to cover the side of the seedling n. Soil covering can be performed stably, and the seedling planting posture can be stabilized.
[0017]
Further, the planting depth setting plate 9 is used to rotate the seedling holder 7 toward the handlebar grip 4 side by the bent portion 9a at the end of the planting depth setting plate 9 so that the soil in the field is reduced. Is not pushed downward, so that the movement resistance in the lateral movement of the seedling drop guide tube 2 is reduced, and the field scene around the seedling is excessively recessed so as not to be roughened. The planting posture can be stabilized.
[0018]
In addition, the seedling planting machine 1 can plant a plurality of seedlings while holding the handle grip 4 by supplying a plurality of seedlings to the seedling supply unit 3. Efficiency is improved. In addition, since the seedling supply unit 3 supplies the seedlings to the seedling dropping guide tube 2 in conjunction with the operation of the planting operation lever 14, a special operation is performed in the supply of seedlings from the seedling supply unit 3. There is no need, and the planting work can be easily performed.
[0019]
As described above, the seedling planting machine 1 is configured to feed seedlings from the lower end portion of the seedling dropping guide tube 2 and plant the seedlings on the field, and also includes a planting operation lever 14, a resistance plate 10, and a planting plate 5. By moving the seedlings to the side by a moving device constituted by, etc., pressure suppression means for pressing down the soil around the seedlings from the side is provided. Compared with pressing down the soil around the seedling from above, the soil around the seedling is not extremely recessed from above, so it is desirable to dig a hole for planting in the farm field without digging too deeply. The seedling planting depth can be obtained, and the posture of the seedling can be accurately stabilized by the suppression means, and the seedling can be planted in an appropriate posture. In addition, since the seedling drop guide tube 2 is moved to the side by the moving device and the seedling n is moved to the side with respect to the field to suppress the soil around the seedling, the handle grip around the seedling The soil in three directions excluding the four sides can be crushed with substantially equal pressure. For example, when using a plurality of squeezing tools to squeeze around the seedling with a plurality of squeezing tools, etc. There is a possibility that the seedling may be inclined and become an inappropriate planting posture due to the difference in pressure, but this can be prevented and the seedling can be planted in an appropriate posture.
[0020]
Further, in this seedling planting machine 1, the above-described suppression means operates in conjunction with the rotation of the seedling holder 7 that feeds the seedling n from the lower end of the seedling dropping guide tube 2, so that the seedling n is supplied to the field. Accordingly, the soil around the seedling n can be reduced, and the seedling can be immediately planted from the state supported by the seedling dropping guide tube 2 or the seedling holder 7, and the seedling can be stably maintained in an appropriate posture. Can be planted.
[0021]
5 to 8 show the seedling planting machine 1 having a different configuration, and only the configuration different from the seedling planting machine 1 described above will be described below. The seedling dropping guide tube 2 has a cylindrical shape. The planting operation lever 14 is provided on the side of the handle grip 4 and rotates around the rotation shaft 14a in the vertical direction. A rotation claw 30 for rotating the turntable 11 of the seedling supply unit 3 is provided integrally with the planting operation lever 14, and a plurality of slots 31 are provided in the turntable 11 engaged with the claw 30. . Note that one end of the rotating claw 30 is provided with an inclined surface 30a. Therefore, when the planting operation lever 14 is gripped and operated to the handle grip 4 side, the turntable 11 is rotated by one pitch, the next seedling supply cylinder 12 is positioned above the seedling dropping guide cylinder 12, and the planting is performed. When the attachment lever 14 is released and the lever is operated away from the handle grip 4, it engages with the adjacent slot 31 provided in the circumferential direction of the turntable 11, and rotates the turntable 11 as seedlings are planted. To go. The seedling receiving plate 13 has a configuration in which an upper portion of the seedling dropping guide tube 2 and an operation portion of the rotating claw 30 are cut out. Further, when the planting operation lever 14 is rotated by the pivot shaft 14a in the vertical direction, the shutter plate 32 that rotates integrally with the shaft 14a is positioned in the internal space of the seedling drop guide tube 2 in plan view, and It is configured to switch to the state of being retracted from the tube 2. The portion of the seedling drop guide tube 2 where the shutter plate 32 moves is cut out so that the shutter plate 32 can move. Accordingly, the seedling supported at the lower part in the seedling dropping guide tube 2 is fed out to the field by the operation of the shutter plate 32. Further, by the rotation of the rotating shaft 14 a in the vertical direction of the planting operation lever 14, the pressure-reducing plate 33 that rotates integrally with the shaft 14 a is rotated in the lateral direction. The seedling is pressed and the soil around the seedling is compressed and crushed. Reference numeral 34 denotes a planting depth setting gauge, which is configured to obtain a desired planting depth by an operator having the gauge 34 inserted into a desired position. The planting depth setting gauge 34 is preferably configured so that the operator can easily confirm the planting depth by marking the upper and lower positions or color-coding them.
[0022]
Moreover, FIG. 9 thru | or FIG. 11 shows the seedling planting machine 1 of a different structure, Based on this, only a different structure from the seedling planting machine 1 explained in full detail first is demonstrated below. Similar to the above, the seedling dropping guide tube 2 has a cylindrical shape. This seedling planting machine 1 is not provided with a seedling supply part as described above that can accommodate a plurality of seedlings, and supplies seedlings into the cylinder 2 one by one from the upper end of the seedling dropping guide cylinder 2. ing. A shutter plate 41 and a pressure-reducing plate 42 are connected via a rod 40 connected to the planting operation lever 14, and a horizontal rotation is performed by operating the planting operation lever 14 upward. The shutter plate 41 is retracted from the seedling drop guide tube 2 via a shutter drive arm 43 that rotates about a moving shaft 43a, and a pressure-reducing drive arm that rotates about a horizontal rotation shaft 44a. The crushing plate 42 is moved in the lateral direction via the system 44 to move and plant the seedling. As described above, the portion of the seedling drop guide tube 2 where the shutter plate 41 moves is cut out so that the shutter plate 41 can move. The seedling planting machine 1 is provided with a planting depth setting gauge 34. The pressure-reducing plate 42 is connected to the rod 40 through the long hole 40a, and operates so as to be delayed from the retracting operation of the shutter plate 41. As a result, the suppression plate 42 operates after the seedlings supported on the shutter plate 41 are dropped and supplied to the field, so that the posture of the seedlings in the middle of dropping is inclined by the operation of the suppression plate 42. This prevents improper planting and improper seedling planting. Moreover, since the said suppression plate | plate 42 moves sideways slightly toward the lower side, the soil around a seedling can be suppressed reliably.
[0023]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention demonstrated the case where a rice seedling was planted in a field, you may use it to plant other seedlings, such as a vegetable seedling.
