Claims (4)
- 1個又は複数個の加工物に形成された複数の貫通孔に電極ワイヤを通すためのワイヤ放電加工におけるワイヤ通し方法であって、
前記複数の貫通孔を同軸上に配置した状態で全ての貫通孔に1本のパイプを挿入するパイプ挿入工程であって、前記複数個の加工物における互いに隣り合う加工物間に形成される空間にパイプガイドのガイド孔を配し、該ガイド孔に前記パイプを挿入する工程を含むパイプ挿入工程と、
該パイプ挿入工程後または該パイプ挿入工程と並行して行われるワイヤ挿入工程であって、前記パイプに電極ワイヤを挿入するワイヤ挿入工程と、
該ワイヤ挿入工程後、前記パイプのみを前記貫通孔から抜き取るパイプ抜取工程と、
前記パイプ抜取工程後、前記パイプガイドをパイプ抜取方向と直交する方向に抜き取るパイプガイド抜取工程と、
からなることを特徴とするワイヤ放電加工におけるワイヤ通し方法。 - 前記ガイド孔は、前記パイプの挿入方向に縮径するテーパ面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤ放電加工におけるワイヤ通し方法。
- 1個又は複数個の加工物に形成された複数の貫通孔に電極ワイヤを通すためのワイヤ放電加工におけるワイヤ通し装置であって、
前記複数の貫通孔を同軸上に配置した状態で全ての貫通孔に挿入されるとともに前記電極ワイヤが挿入され、その後前記貫通孔から抜き取られる1本のパイプと、
ガイド孔を有するパイプガイドと、
を備え、
前記ガイド孔は、前記複数個の加工物における互いに隣り合う加工物間に形成される空間に配置され、前記パイプが挿入され、
前記パイプガイドは、パイプ抜き取り後、パイプ抜取方向と直交する方向に抜き取られる
ことを特徴とするワイヤ放電加工におけるワイヤ通し装置。 - 前記ガイド孔は、前記パイプの挿入方向に縮径するテーパ面を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のワイヤ放電加工におけるワイヤ通し装置。
