Claims (7)
- 外装容器と、当該外装容器内に配された内装容器と、当該内装容器内に形成され、試料を収容可能な培養室と、前記外装容器と内装容器との間に形成され、熱媒体を貯留可能なジャケット室と、前記培養室内に雰囲気ガスを供給可能なガス供給手段と、前記ジャケット室内に配され、当該ジャケット室内に貯留された熱媒体を加熱可能な加熱手段と、前記培養室とジャケット室とを連通する連通手段と、当該連通手段の中途に設けられ、前記培養室とジャケット室とを遮断可能な遮断手段とを有し、
前記培養室とジャケット室とを遮断した状態において前記ジャケット室内に貯留された熱媒体を加熱することにより培養室内を加熱する培養運転と、
前記培養室とジャケット室とを連通させた状態において前記ジャケット室内に貯留された熱媒体を気化させ、連通手段を介して気化した熱媒体を培養室内に導入する滅菌運転とを行えることを特徴とする培養装置。 - 外装容器が耐圧容器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の培養装置。
- 滅菌運転の完了後に、培養室内に残存している気体よりも湿度の低い乾燥気体を導入する乾燥運転を実施可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の培養装置。
- 培養室内に器具及び/又は機器が配されており、
当該器具及び/又は機器に向けて乾燥気体を吹き込む乾燥気体導入手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の培養装置。 - 培養室内に器具及び/又は機器が配されており、当該器具及び/又は機器が培養室に対して回転可能なものであり、
前記器具及び/又は機器は、培養室内に乾燥気体を吹き込む乾燥気体導入手段に対向する位置に配されており、
乾燥運転中に前記器具及び/又は機器が回転することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の培養装置。 - 滅菌運転の完了後に、ジャケット室内に熱媒体を供給して内装容器を冷却し、培養室内の温度を所定の培養温度に調整する温調運転を実施可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の培養装置。
- 外装容器および内装容器が円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の培養装置。
