本発明は、容器の閉栓構造に関するものであって、該容器を傾けて口元部から内容物を注ぐ際に避けられなかった液だれを効果的に軽減するとともに、口元部に直接口をつけて内容物を飲む場合の口当たりの改善を図ろうとするものである。

近年、飲料水やジュース、酒あるいは醤油の如き調味料類を充填する容器として多用されているボトル型の容器(PETボトル等)は、内容物を流出させる環状の口元部にねじ込み式のキャップを装着して容器を密閉するのが普通になっている。

ところで、従来のボトル型容器は、容器の口元部の外側にキャップに係合するねじ部が設けられているため、容器を傾けて内容物を注ぐとき(とくに注ぎ始めと注ぎ終えたとき)に、内容物がねじ部を伝わって流れていくのが避けられず、口元部を汚してしまう不具合がある。

本発明の課題は、ボトル型容器において生じていた上記のような従来の問題を解決できる新規な閉栓構造について提案するところにある。

本発明は、内容物を流出させる環状の口元部を有する容器につき、該口元部にキャップをねじ込んで閉栓する閉栓構造において、
容器の口元部の内周面にねじ部を設け、このねじ部にキャップのねじ部を係合させて閉栓してなり、
前記キャップが、容器の口元部をその内外で全周にわたって取り囲む同心二重配置の環状壁を備え、その環状壁のうち内側に位置する環状壁は、容器の口元部の内周面に設けられたねじ部に係合するねじ部と、該環状壁の下端でその周りに沿って形成された複数のスリットを有することを特徴とする容器の閉栓構造である。

以下、図面を用いて本発明をより具体的に説明する。

図において番号1はボトル型容器、2は容器1と一体成形される環状の口元部であり、この口元部2の内周面にはねじ部2aが設けられていて先端にいくに従い径を大とする末広がりの環状体よりなる。
