Description

The present invention relates to a ceiling ventilator that is disposed behind a ceiling of a room and sucks out air in the room and exhausts the air to the outside.

Ceiling ventilation fans are often used that are arranged behind the ceiling of the room and draw in the air of the room and exhaust it to the outside through a duct. This ceiling ventilation fan has an opening facing the room, houses a blower composed of a fan and a motor for driving the fan, and has a ventilation fan body to which a duct is connected, and the opening of the ventilation fan body is closed. And a decorative cover having a suction grille exposed in the room.

It is inevitable that the air in the room where the person lives is contaminated while being almost sealed. When a certain period of time elapses, dust or dust contained in the smoke of cigarettes adheres to the decorative cover under the influence of dirty air passing through the ceiling ventilation fan, and the aesthetics are impaired. Therefore, it is necessary to perform a so-called maintenance operation of removing the decorative cover and removing the dirt adhering to the decorative cover after an appropriate period of time has elapsed.

Since the above-mentioned decorative cover is located on the ceiling board, it is necessary to use a stepladder, step ladder, etc. for maintenance, and the position is unstable, and it is forced to take an unreasonable posture looking up at the ceiling board. It is. [Patent Document 1] describes a ceiling ventilation fan that facilitates the attaching and detaching operation of the decorative cover.
Briefly explaining the technique of [Patent Document 1], a casing bridge having a support portion is provided on the side of the ventilation fan main body, and an arm portion of a torsion coil spring is received and supported by the support portion. A metal fitting provided on the decorative cover is inserted into the annular portion. The decorative cover is pulled up by the spreading force of both arms, and covers the opening of the ventilation fan body.
JP 7-239143 A

By the way, the ceiling plate itself is a relatively thin plate, but the ventilation fan body has a certain amount of weight from the place where the blower is housed, so the ceiling plate part to which the ventilation fan body is attached must adopt a sturdy reinforcement structure. Don't be. There is no fixed shape for this reinforcing structure, and it will vary as needed.
Therefore, the distance between the ceiling plate and the support portion provided in the ventilation fan main body of [Patent Document 1] varies depending on the reinforcement structure adopted, and the distance between the annular portion position of the torsion coil spring attached to the support portion and the ceiling plate is constant. do not do. A certain amount of misalignment can be absorbed by the stroke of the arm portion of the torsion coil spring. However, if the misalignment exceeds a predetermined amount, the receiving support for the coil spring becomes impossible.

Even if the torsion coil spring is forcibly pulled out and the decorative cover is attached in an unreasonable state, if the attachment interval between the decorative cover and the support portion increases, the annular portion and the support portion of the torsion coil spring into which the metal fitting is inserted The interval of increases. Therefore, the upward pulling force by the left and right arm portions of the torsion coil spring is also increased, and a large load is applied to the metal fitting through the annular portion, and the metal fitting is easily damaged with respect to the decorative cover.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a reinforcing structure for the ceiling plate on the premise that the retaining member of the decorative cover can be freely engaged with and disengaged from the supporting member of the ventilation fan body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ceiling ventilator that can improve the workability by ensuring that the decorative cover can be detachably attached to the support member without being affected, and that can improve the reliability by preventing damage to the components.

The ceiling plate 10 of the room R is provided with a mounting opening (not shown) (10a shown in FIGS. 6A and 7B), and a reinforcing structure not shown along the opening. The body (30 shown to FIG. 6 (A) and FIG. 7 (B)) is provided, and the ventilation fan main body 1 is attached. In the ventilation fan body 1, a body case 11 which is an outer casing made of a metal plate protrudes from the back of the ceiling, and is attached and fixed to a constituent member of the back of the ceiling by an appropriate means. The entire lower surface of the main body case 11 is open, and the opening 12 is exposed to the room R.

A flange 13 is integrally provided along the periphery of the opening 12 of the main body case 11, and the flange 13 is exposed to the room R side of the ceiling board 10 here. The flange 13 is attached and fixed to the above-described reinforcing structure via the ceiling board 10 using an attachment such as an attachment screw. A blower 15 and a pair of support members 3 to be described later are accommodated in the ventilation fan main body 1, and are fixedly attached to the main body case 11 by appropriate means, and face the opening 12.

The blower 15 is provided in a fan casing 16, and a multi-blade fan 17 that sucks in from the axial direction and blows out in the circumferential direction, and the fan 17 is fitted to the rotating shaft. And a motor (18 shown in FIGS. 6A and 7B). The fan casing 16 is opened at the upper side, and a flange provided along the periphery of the opening is attached and fixed to the upper surface of the main body case 11. The peripheral surface of the fan casing 16 is spaced apart from the peripheral surface of the fan 17 and covers the peripheral surface of the fan 17.

Further, the lower surface of the fan casing 16 is formed with an opening 16a having substantially the same diameter as the inner diameter of the fan 17, and there is a predetermined dimensional difference between the outer diameter of the fan casing 16 and the diameter of the lower surface opening 16a. In this way, the fan casing 16 is provided with the lower surface opening 16a so as to face the suction direction of the fan 17, and the fan casing lower surface opening 16a is a so-called bell mouth facing the opening 12 of the ventilation fan body 1. Become. A part of the side surface portion of the fan casing 16, which is the blowing direction of the fan 17, is opened and communicates with a blowing port 19 provided on one side portion of the main body case 11. An exhaust duct 20 is attached to the outer surface side of the main body case 11 facing the air outlet 19.

A part of the support member 3 is attached to the lower surface of the fan casing 16 constituting the blower 15, and most of the support member 3 is located between the fan casing 16 and the side wall of the main body case 11. A pair of support members 3 are provided at positions facing left and right.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 3 in an enlarged manner, the support member 3 is an injection molded product made of a synthetic resin material. The support member 3 includes a mounting portion 22 having a lengthwise dimension that is extremely large with respect to the widthwise dimension, and a boss portion 23 that is integrally connected to one side of the mounting portion 22.

First, from the boss portion 23, the reinforcing plate 24 is integrally connected to the side surface of the mounting portion 22, and a pair of screw seats 25 are formed in series at the tip of the reinforcing plate 24 with a predetermined interval. The A mounting screw is inserted through these screw seats 25, and a tip screw portion of the mounting screw is screwed into the lower surface portion of the fan casing 16. That is, the support member 3 is attached and fixed to the fan casing 16 via the attachment screw.

The mounting portion 22 has a predetermined plate thickness on the front surface side and the lower surface side shown in the figure, and a back surface and an upper part (not shown) are formed open, so to speak, a hollow shape. And the attachment part 22 is comprised from the 1st attachment part 22A which is a boss | hub part side, and the 2nd attachment part 22B integrally connected by the side surface of this 1st attachment part 22A.
A distance La from the upper end edge of the attachment portion 22 to the lower surface of the first attachment portion 22A is formed to be smaller than a distance Lb from the upper end edge of the attachment portion 22 to the lower surface of the second attachment portion 22B. Accordingly, there is a predetermined step S between the lower surface of the first mounting portion 22A and the lower surface of the second mounting portion 22B. Taking the lower end edge of the attachment portion 22 as a reference, the lower surface of the first attachment portion 22A is at a high position, and the lower surface of the second attachment portion 22B is at a low position.

In both the first attachment portion 22A and the second attachment portion 22B, a part of the lower surface is recessed upward in a substantially mountain shape, and the respective dimensional shapes are exactly the same. The left and right bent portions of the recessed portion 26 are provided with elongated groove-shaped notches 27 extending between the inclined portion and the lower surface portion. Further, a hole is provided in the vicinity of one (right side in the drawing) of the notch 27 on the side (not shown) of the mounting portion 22, and a rectangular portion is provided in the vicinity of the other (left side in the drawing) notch 27. A shaped hole 28 is provided.

The pair of left and right support members 3 are arranged so that the boss portions 23 of the left and right faces the central portion of the fan 17 on the inner side, and the second mounting portion 22B faces the side wall of the main body case 11 on the outer side. The boss portions 23 are attached to face each other through the lower surface opening 16 a of the fan casing 16.
With respect to this ventilation fan main body 1, the said decorative cover 2 becomes a structure shown only to FIG. 1 (A) (B). The decorative cover 2 has a cross-sectional dish shape that is open at the top, has a plate shape only along the periphery thereof, and is largely open. A suction grill G is fitted into the opening, and is detachably attached from the back side of the decorative cover 2 via an attachment (rotating claw).

Furthermore, the engagement metal fitting 5 which is an engagement part is attached to the part which opposes right and left in the back side of the decorative cover 2. The engagement metal fitting 5 has a base end portion attached to the plate portion of the decorative cover 2 via an attachment such as an attachment screw, and ensures necessary rigidity. An engagement piece K is projected from the base end toward the inside of the decorative cover 2, and the distal end of the engagement piece K is larger in width than the portion other than the distal end as shown in FIG. It has become.

The tip of the engagement piece K and the attachment portion 22 of any one of the support members 3 are engaged with a spring member 4 that is an elastic latch member. The spring member 4 has a shape structure shown in FIG. 4 and is composed of a spring wire having a thickness required to attach and hold the decorative cover 2. The spring member 4 includes an annular portion 35 having a predetermined diameter that is swung a plurality of times, and two arm portions 36 that extend integrally from both ends of the annular portion 35 and to the left and right. The mutual arm portions 36 are formed in a curved shape to some extent, and the tip is a hook portion 37 having a substantially hook shape.

When the spring member 4 is not used, the two arm portions 36 are greatly expanded to the left and right as indicated by solid lines, and the two arm portions 36 are pressed against each other against the elastic force before use. Then, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Further, the arm portion 36 may be elastically deformed to a position where the hook portions 37 at the tips of the arm portions 36 are close to each other.
While maintaining this state, the spring member 4 is attached by selecting one of the first and second mounting portions 22A and 22B of the support member 3 from the conditions described later. That is, both the hooks 37 are narrowed so as to face the recessed portion 26 of one of the attachment portions 22 and to be inserted into the notch 27. And the urging | biasing force with respect to the arm part 36 is removed. An elastic return force acts on the arm portion 36 to return to the left and right expanded form shown by the solid line in FIG.

When the above-described spring member 4 is attached to the attachment portion 22 of the support member 3 shown in FIG. 3, the right hook portion 37 inserted into the right cutout portion 27 in the drawing protrudes from the right side portion of the support member 3. Finally, almost the entire right arm portion 36 protrudes from the side of the support member 3. The left hook 37 inserted into the left cutout 27 in the drawing protrudes toward the back side of the support member 3, and finally the entire left arm portion 36 protrudes toward the back side of the support member 3. As a result, the annular portion 35 of the spring member 4 is inserted into the recessed portion 26 constituting the attachment portion 22 and is brought into a close contact state.

In order to attach the decorative cover 2 to the ventilation fan body 1, the decorative cover 2 is pulled down by holding the annular portion 35 of the spring member 4 in close contact with the recessed portion 26 of the attachment portion 22. The arm portion 36 together with the annular portion 35 is pulled out from the cutout portion 27 while being elastically deformed. By pulling out as much as possible, the hooking portion 37 is inevitably hooked at a portion between the notch portion 27 and the hole portion 28, and further drawing is restricted.

In this state, the engagement piece K of the engagement fitting 5 provided on the decorative cover 2 is inserted into the annular portion 35 of the spring member 4 as shown in FIG. When it is confirmed that the tip of the engagement piece K is securely inserted into the annular portion 35, the decorative cover 2 is lightly pushed upward and biased. Then, an elastic return force acts again on the arm portion 36 of the spring member 4, the arm portion 36 protrudes from the notch portion 27 together with the hook portion 37, and the annular portion 35 moves upward. The decorative cover 2 is lifted via the engagement piece K that is hooked to the annular portion 35, and finally the upper end edge of the decorative cover 2 comes into close contact with the ceiling plate 10. That is, the decorative cover 2 is attached to the ventilation fan body 1 by the elastic force of the spring member 4.

FIG. 6A shows a reinforcing structure for the ceiling board 10, and a reinforcing frame (so-called field edge) is formed on the upper surface of the ceiling board 10 along the periphery of the mounting opening 10 a provided in the ceiling board 10. 30 is provided. The ventilation fan body 1 is inserted into the inner opening 30 a of the reinforcing frame 30 and the mounting opening 10 a provided in the ceiling plate 10. A flange 13 provided along the periphery of the lower surface opening 12 of the ventilation fan body 1 is exposed on the lower surface of the ceiling plate 10 (also facing the room R) and is attached via a fixture.

Since the reinforcing structure for the ceiling plate 10 and the structure for attaching the ventilation fan body 1 to the ceiling board 10 are provided, the structure for attaching the decorative cover 2 when the attachment position of the decoration cover 2 is close to the ventilation fan body 1 is obtained. .
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the first attachment portion 22A on the upper stage side is selected as the target to which the hook portion 37 of the spring member 4 is inserted. In this figure, the hook portion 37 of the spring member 4 is inserted into the notch portion 27 of the first mounting portion 22A to expand the left and right arm portions 36, and then the holding portion 37 is pulled down with the annular portion 35. Shows a state in which is hooked on the first mounting portion 22A.

FIG. 7A shows another reinforcing structure for the ceiling board 10, and a reinforcing frame (so-called field) is formed on the upper surface of the ceiling board 10 along the periphery of the mounting opening 10 a provided in the ceiling board 10. Edge) 30 is provided. The flange 13 provided along the periphery of the lower surface opening 12 of the ventilation fan body 1 is attached to the upper surface of the reinforcing frame 30 via an attachment.
Since the reinforcing structure for the ceiling plate 10 and the structure for attaching the ventilation fan body 1 to the ceiling board 10 are the attachment structure for the decorative cover 2 when the attachment position of the decorative cover 2 is far from the ventilation fan body 1.

Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the second attachment portion 22B on the lower stage side is selected as the target to which the hook portion 37 of the spring member 4 is inserted. In this figure, the hook portion 22B of the spring member 4 is inserted into the notch portion 27 of the second mounting portion 22B to expand the left and right arm portions 36, and then pulled down with the annular portion 35. The state which hooked the part 37 to the 2nd attachment part 22B is shown.

6 and 7, the annular portion 35 of the spring member 4 sufficiently protrudes from the ceiling plate 10 to the room R side. Therefore, the engagement metal provided on the decorative cover 2 on the annular portion 35. It is easy to insert the engagement piece K of the tool 5. Once inserted, if the decorative cover 2 is lightly lifted up, the decorative cover 2 is pulled up by the action of the elastic restoring force by the arm portion 36 of the spring member 4, and is securely in close contact with the ceiling plate 10. Therefore, it is extremely easy to attach the decorative cover 2 and workability can be improved.

At this time, a part of the hook part 37 and the arm part 36 protrudes from the notch part 27 of the attachment part 22 to be in a state with a margin. Since it is not in a state where an excessive force is applied to extend the arm portion 36, an excessive force is not applied to the engagement piece K, and there is no fear of breakage and the like, and an improvement in reliability can be obtained.
When the maintenance cover 2 is pulled down for maintenance, the spring member 4 is pulled down via the engagement fitting 5. A gap is formed between the decorative cover 2 and the ceiling board 10, and the engagement piece K of the engagement fitting 5 may be pulled out from the annular portion 35 of the spring member 4 by visual observation from the gap. In this way, the operation of removing the decorative cover 2 is extremely easy, and the workability can be improved.

In the structure of the above-described embodiment, the mounting portion 22 has a two-stage configuration including the first mounting portion 22A and the second mounting portion 22B.
