Description
また、円筒形ケーシング内に軸方向に走る多数のチューブラ膜が配置される管状膜モジュールであって、円筒形ケーシングの両側に、内部にU字形連結管の配置された加熱チャンバをそれぞれ有し、これらのU字形連結管の両端の開口端はそれぞれの加熱チャンバと円筒形ケーシングとの間の隔壁を貫き、それぞれ、並行した2チューブラ膜の開口端と連結し、長いチューブラ膜を形成することを特徴とする管状膜モジュールによって解決される。
U字形連結管115の長さは、U字形連結管115の内部を貫流する分離されるべき混合物への十分な熱伝達が保証されるように選択されている。U字形の連結管115は、それ自体で、エンドプレート117に設けられた孔116,116’に嵌挿固定されていてよい。この場合、エンドプレート117と隔壁114との間には適切なシール材(図示せず)が配置されている。分離されるべき混合物の給排出用の接続口119,119’を備えた管路118,118’は加熱チャンバ110を貫通している。
Claims (7)
- 円筒形ケーシング(102)内に軸方向に走る多数のチューブラ膜(104)が配置される管状膜モジュールであって、
円筒形ケーシング(102)の一方の側に、内部にU字形連結管(115)の配置された加熱チャンバ(110)を有し、これらのU字形連結管(115)の両端の開口端は加熱チャンバ(110)と円筒形ケーシング(102)との間の隔壁(117,114)を貫き、それぞれ、並行した2チューブラ膜(104)の開口端(112,112’)と連結し、
円筒形ケーシング(102)の他方の側において、チューブラ膜(104)は端部(105,105’)で互いに連結し、
長いチューブラ膜(104)を形成することを特徴とする管状膜モジュール。 - 円筒形ケーシング(202)内に軸方向に走る多数のチューブラ膜(204)が配置される管状膜モジュールであって、
円筒形ケーシング(202)の両側に、内部にU字形連結管(215a,215b)の配置された加熱チャンバ(210a,210b)をそれぞれ有し、これらのU字形連結管(215a,215b)の両端の開口端はそれぞれの加熱チャンバ(210a,210b)と円筒形ケーシング(202)との間の隔壁(217a,207a,217b,207b)を貫き、それぞれ、並行した2チューブラ膜(204)の開口端(205a,205a’,205b,205b’)と連結し、
長いチューブラ膜(204)を形成することを特徴とする管状膜モジュール。 - 請求項1又は請求項2において、
チューブラ膜は12〜25mmの範囲内の直径を有することを特徴とする管状膜モジュール。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項において、
チューブラ膜はフリースまたはクロスからなる単層または複層の外側層で被覆されているかまたはそれらの層が外側層として製紡被着されており、そのため、高度な耐圧性を有しかつ支持管なしでモジュールに使用することができることを特徴とする管状膜モジュール。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項において、
チューブラ膜はパーベーパレーションに適した合成膜であることを特徴とする管状膜モジュール。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項において、
加熱チャンバは取外し可能な装置として構成されていることを特徴とする管状膜モジュール。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の管状膜モジュールを用いる、パーベーパレーション法による液体混合物の分離方法。
